#3039 Filling in some time before heading a little further south this cache was a nice little diversion. I too don’t understand the need to change a solid game base to cater to another demographic. A lead pipe is an integral part of life. TFTC.
We found it it was a bit wet tho but we managed to log it look for the lead piping!
Last minute decision to go to Canberra for a few days of caching. Good friday event and then some CBD caches with excellent weather today.

I found it a bit less than 3 years ago and I didn't know what it was! I opened the geocache and saw my name that I had written all that time ago
Interesting hide! As luck would have it I was approaching from the correct angle. Otherwise would have been tricky.
Log all fun. So needs replacement. Thanks for the cache.

Very clever hide... was slightly hard to find. TFTC. Look higher up than you’d expect. Be very careful in rainy weather too...
Down here with Dino for his Saturday game and what so you know two caches right here at the field.
Quick find after being back at the car which I had parked strategically right here.
Thank you Professor GreyHams for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

My ban just ended, so will be getting out in the next week to try do all the 'Needs Maintenance' that is required
A quick find today with miss 4. The container was un-screwed and left near the top. Replaced as should be. Tftc
!PROJECT GOOD FOR ME GOOD FOR YOU 1 INITIATED!
The Geo-mum doesn't always want to go caching when I do, so recently I have arranged her in a cafe and me in a caching spot, it's very good for both of us, she has a nice coffee and what-not and I get a cache. How nice!
Today's target was Waramanga, I have been eyeing it off for awhile because of it's high cache density. Any place where a CO lives has a few caches! I actually was a bit greedier and went down to Fisher too because I couldn't help myself. I had to get more and I was near enough!
The Geo-mum however had a nice time at the cafe in Chilfey while I got a decent haul of 18 caches in about a hour and thirty minutes, I was on bike, I had an advantage.
Thanks to the CO's for their hides!

I was originally on the wrong side at first but then I switched and it was a quick find and sign. TFTC GreyHams!

After failing at our first for the night, we decided to grab a few easy ones. Great hide. Thank you
Yay!!! After spending an hour and a half looking for a multi we couldn’t crack, Onieferret, GLISS! and I were glad for a fast find on this one! Great to have another suburb in the bag for onieferret
This week consisted of getting away from work early enough to visit four or five caches, either on my scooter or driving, to try and continue building up my calendar finds days. Some days needed a specific cache type as well. This week was a lot nicer weather wise until Friday when it Started to rain.
Things were a bit late today, to get the timing right for the last cache. No problems here, a much better bridge cache than some up north.
Thanks for the cache GreyHams

TFTC Back to doing some neighbourhood caching, filling in some gaps! Grateful thanks to COs for placing and maintaining the caches to entertain me on my journey.
I spotted only the top of the cache hanging as I approached, as the bottom and log were missing. Then I looked down from GZ and spotted the rest of the cache, plus log, lying down below. I fetched them, squeezed in GW in a gap and put all the cache back together. I made sure it wasn't so visible by covering it. Log is full and needs replacement. TFTC GreyHams.
Found with Joolay - quick find here
Condition Report:. Good and dry
Log Status:. Log book is FULL but we squeezed our names on sideways. Sorry no log sheets on hand to help with maintenance.

A beautiful day for catching. Geokid spotted and cache was soon in hand... although lots of muggles taking advantage of sunny winters day so had to wait for the right moment. TFTC
Decided to go for a casual walk to grab some unfound caches after a doctors appointment in Fisher. I spotted the cache from 10m away, but I'm sure any muggles wouldn't think otherwise! Needs a new log, I managed to scrawl my name in one of the last remaining spots. TFTC GreyHams.
The cache itself was opened but luckily I found it and was able to sign it. Need a new log. Codawives

A perfect day of safe caching with SpecimenX. A holiday with occasional rain made it easier to grab a few urban caches due to there being fewer muggles about.
I sent SpecX to GZ as it looked a bit slippery to me in the rain and she happily agreed. She handed me the log to sign while we both tried to look like we were meant to be there
Thanks GreyHams

Today I teamed up with my geobuddy ZimbaW and her trusty geopup, Freda, for some south side suburban caching whilst all the muggles were away
After making the find on another nearby, we continued on with the wander to this one. Spied the bold hide straight away so then we were up for the signing.
Thanks for the hide, GreyHams

Wet cache hunting on the pushie. But, did it as much as possible on dirt trails so atleast mud brings more smiles than just wet. Tftc!
This container stood out well under torchlight making for an easy find. Watch out for the attaching mechanism, the wiring is frayed and it's very sharp!

We've taken an interest in the Canberra Mapping Challenge, which means walking the GeoPoodle in different suburbs every weekend which is fun, and makes for variety and discovering new places is always good.
Being a public holiday, it seems like the perfect time to go grab some caches, but, being hot and smokey, we headed out early to avoid the heat, and chose Fisher to avoid the hills.
This was the second cache of the day, and walked over from watch sports. Having being challenged at these underpasses before, it was almost disappointing to walk up and see it within seconds. Still, a nice hide, and good to find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Professor GreyHams .
