This one has had a very good life, and we have replaced the container a number of times over the years.
Time to put this one to rest now.

Great cache and execution. The container needs a repair, as it is broken. Happy to elaborate to the CO, so not to give away the cache and it’s secrets!
Found and there was just enough room to leave a trackable which was carried over from Perth.
On our way from Cairns to Gold Coast we stopped for 2 days in Brisbane. I like South Bank and went to find some geocaches here. This mystery was my favourite! Very original hiding place and great fun!
Thank you domsky for this cache and greetings,

Reasonably unpopulated at GZ, sat down for the quick field puzzle and had it in minutes. TFTC!
Having been prepared with the code. We were able to retrieve the cache without drawing any unwanted attention
Interesting cache. I was wondering what the number was for until I saw the cache. TFTC.
Great little field puzzle which took a bit of figuring out. It wasn't long before I figured out what we should be looking for, and __Cat__ found it. +1FP. TFTC!
I figured out what I needed to do some time ago but it was not an easy task to retrieve then. Today I was passing and my timing was ideal for a retrieval. Log signed but I was stymied on a quick return. After a short wait the area cleared & I was able to replace the cache TFTC
I had no plans to be in this area on the first day of school. Unfortunately Mr9 put his arm through a glass window, creating pretty horrific injuries that needed surgery.
It is so hard to leave your child on the operating table, so I knew caching would be the best distraction.
Upon approach of gz, I remember reading about this one. I collected the nearby info them crossed the road to have a day and play with the numbers. I was confused as it didn't seem to give me coordinates. But then it clicked. Coordinates it was not.
Cache signed and is in good condition. Thanks for something different and thanks for the distraction.

Took the day off from our bushwalking group itinerary today, as it’s our last day in Brisbane, ti cache of course!
So please to be able to pick this one up after making a simple maths mistake ( unable to count properly) the other day.
It was much quieter then than at 8.30 on Easter Monday. Every rider from town must be here!
Any rate everyone is totally engrossed in conversation and coffee to even note my presence.
Thanks to the wonderful CO!
What a great cache, it’s certainly safe!

At a recent get together to paddle Hays Inlet, one of the participants mentioned making their next HUGE milestone a unique cache type during the Mega in Townsville…Well if that didn’t plant a little seed that sees me trying to get a couple of hundred caches in two weeks so I can make my little milestone something unique too…
I’m targeting Adventures from New Farm to Southbank and any other caches that I step over on the way…
I had no idea of what to expect at GZ, but considering the CO and the location I knew it would be something fitting…
I did my calculations and thought “what next…” then I spied something familiar but it wasn’t attached… it was just there, on the ground…
After doing what had to be done, I reattached it as I thought it was supposed to be… very odd…

After spending the day at a seminar at the convention centre, sonqld and I went for dinner close by.
Decided on this one and once the co-ords were worked out we stumbled on the sign. Have to admit we were looking for a bigger sign like an information board.
At first we completed the easy puzzle and then thought ok this is only half of new co-ords for a waypoint. Do we must be missing something. Keep thinking...
Then some more thought while sonqld was reading past logs she stumbled on some very important hints. I went straight to the source and said "how clever".
Great spot to put a cache and kept in theme with the surrounding items. Loved it.

Very clever. Found the board then what do we do? After looking the other logs worked it out. Very busy spot.
Solved it and found it! What a clever mystery and hiding spot. We really enjoyed this and definitely worthy of a favourite point from us. TFTC
Today I had a flying visit to the city. Southbank really. And after the effort of putting on pants and making the trip in, I figured I should maximise with a bit more time invested. Geocaching app is first (yeah, somehow it even beat coffee!) and this icon isn't so far away. I made my way there.
If I'm honest, I didn't quite understand what I had to do for this puzzle, but I figured I'd work it out once there. Thankfully upon arrival, the area was about as un-busy as I've ever seen it. But I did spent about a minute looking at the wrong thing some 15 metres away. Good work, for my next trick, I'm off to the actual GZ.
Once there I found the information required and sat at an empty table to crunch the numbers. Which I did. But I had no clue what to do with them. I had figured the geocache was here, but I hadn't seen it. I went for another look and again proved to myself that little blue question marks never fail to make me feel dumb.
Between muggles wandering right up close to me, I'd bent down and started entering the code. Only, the numbers I had wouldn't work. I checked them and found two simple counting errors. I am such a comedy of errors!
With a few more squats I got the container open and retired back to my bench. I am astounded at how out in the open, yet unassuming this geocache is. The audacity of it is fantastic, yet I can't imagine it'd have too many problems.
Logbook signed and with another stealthy pass, I got it all replaced as found. I'm not usually a fan of urban geocaches but this is so well considered and executed. I really enjoyed it. That's what you want when you make just one smiley for the day. Now for coffee. Thank you for this brilliant geocache, domsky

Down in Brisbane to visit the Imaginaria exhibit at the maritime museum. We came down early and had some time to kill so came to the cafe nearby to have a coffee. I could see the cache from where we were sitting but had to wait for a gap in the people walking past. Took my opportunity and made the grab and came back to the table to sign the log. Replaced as found with no one the wiser. Love the container sitting in plain view, worthy of a FP. Tftc domsky
It was my sister’s birthday recently and she said that she wanted to go to the Alice in Wonderland cocktail do close by. Cocktails aren’t necessarily my jam but my vote to abstain from the event was vetoed by my wife, 3 children and mother. While we waited to be allowed in I gathered what I needed and even spied the hide.
Off we went to watch the Mad Hatter host the festivities which was really good fun, even if the cocktails were mid range. To top it off I even won a free drink by drawing a portrait of Mrs Woodyrothwell in the top of a cocktail.
As we were walking back to the train I had the perfect posse to hide my nefarious activities. Everyone stood around while my sister retrieved the log and handed it to me. What birthday party could be better than family, cocktails and a cache. Favourite point awarded for the audacity of the hide. tftc

On the way to dinner at Gauge, stopped by this one quickly and worked out the numbers. However, wasn't expecting to not know what to do with those numbers, and didn't have much time to think about it. Headed to dinner and thought about it more.. It was really bugging me. Then I had an idea and couldn't wait for dinner to be over so we could check out the GZ again. Yep, there it was. Love it. TFTC, FP from me
Finally catching up on back logs. Family day out as Team B.

After appointments today, my daughter Pinkypie05 and myself decided to find this cache. Cool cache idea. Not too many muggles around thankfully. TFTC!
Once we had the numbers we were slightly confused about what to do with them but after a couple of attempts at other things we realised what was needed. A nice introduction to mystery caches for my friend who is newly addicted to Geocaching!
Thanks for the cache!

Sorry for the longish log.
After meeting up with BrisLions we headed out while we were out for a day at Southbank. So head headed off to turn this into a yellow smiley.
We worked out the digits we needed then we walked away from the nearby muggles at the business and the markets to decipher what we had to do with the numbers we just worked out, to realise we were over thinking everything right from the start.
After trying multiple options. I headed to look through the activities in the log. To stumble across a log from a dear friend of ours and then we headed back to where we should have been the whole time. Shortly after arriving we used the numbers, added some ink to the log and replaced the cache as found.
The one day I decided to carry a handbag is the day I needed it to open a cache.
With BrisLions, Dfc_jlk2019, Tiny1508, MummaBear66, Krista8175 and Radar1959.

Walking past with the work caching group, we stopped in to grab this little mystery. One of the gang had already found this one but he stood back and watched us work our way through this one. Given the amount of fav points I thought we were in for a bit of fun and this one did not disappoint. What an awesome concept. A fav point from me for this unique idea. There was a few people walking past but the old tie the shoe trick worked a treat. Many thanks for setting this one up...
Now THIS was a cool cache! It would certainly pay to look like you know what you’re doing... Luckily due to a recent lockdown, the streets were pretty quiet when we were out and about for our “exercise”. A very satisfying solve in the end. Thanks for the cache domsky - certainly a fave from us!
Absolutely brilliant little cache! My little geokid worked it out and we did the old, ‘tie my shoelace’ trick which worked well. No one suspected. Thank you!
Out for a morning of Putt Putt and lunch with geohubby we decided to grab a few of the caches in the area.
Having had lunch nearby I realised that this was a mystery cache I needed to be at to solve. I quickly walked up while geohubby paid for lunch and sorted out the puzzle. Solution in hand I took a moment to think about what I needed to do with it.
Trying to be sneaky due to large numbers of muggles at the nearby Putt Putt (that we had enjoyed earlier in the day) I had a thought about what I might need to do, but couldn't see anything that resembled it. Walking away I had another quick thought and headed back.
Aha....there it is and it was exactly what I had thought, just camoflouged well.
Sitting down and pretending to search through my bag I made quick work of getting into the cache. Log signed and replaced. Cache in great condition.
Repacking my bag, geohubby and I set off for home.
TFTC.

Last cache of the day with Geokirky, as part of our date day. It was a very sneaky one, but great.
Visited GZ a few weeks ago to grab a photo of the sign and quickly scurried back to the car. Today I was riding past and decided that I as I had a been on me I should look for the cache. A few other early morning warriors seated nearby but more interested in their latte than me.
thanks for the puzzle and cache

Out and about in the City and Southbank today after an appointment this morning.
On arriving at the posted co-ords I gathered the information I needed and then tried to figure out what to do with what I had. I was a little stumped and decided to walk away, realising I had forgotten to complete the last stop and final of the nearby AL. After that was taken care of, I came back to this one and realised what I needed to do. Very shortly after that I had the cache in hand.
Log signed, cache replaced as found.
Thanks domsky for the awesome puzzle and cache. Loved this. A fav from me.

Greetings from Scotland. We are only in Brisbane for a couple of days, unfortunately. Today we decided to head into the city, pick up a few caches, and try a set of Labs. We started with a stroll along the South Bank and it is beautiful. We saw this one coming up on the GPSr. We headed up to see what we could find. We had solved the puzzle part before we left home. GZ was occupied when we arrived. Someone was on his phone. We sat nearby and waited patiently. Once he headed off we quickly spotted the cache. There were a few people sitting in the nearby cafe but nobody looking out way. We quickly had the container open and signed the log. We haven't seen a container the same design as this one before.

Found this one this evening escaping the rain. I am very impressed with this city hide. Good use of environment.
I decided to come back into the city today; the weather forecast said it would be overcast. They were wrong. It was boiling again. Not quite sure how I managed a 15 km round trip from the centre, across to the south bank, down to Kangaroo point across Story bridge and back to the bus stop.
I liked this little puzzle and the cache was in a very cool spot. FP awarded. Tftc and UTV

I quite enjoyed this cache. After relaxing for a few minutes on a very convenient bench and spotting the cache it was just a matter of time. Was able to grab, sign and quickly return. TFTC
This was fun. Had to get the timing right with lots of cyclists enjoying a morning coffee right beside GZ but got the job done. TFTC
Wow this was fun. At gz I spotted what I needed to do and the seat nearby meant I could relax and calculate. I took a look around and everyone was busy doing their own thing so I went over and bingo first go. I normally muck up these things on first go so I was happy. Absolutely loved this cache. Thanks for the fun. FP from me

Third day in Brisbane. An early end of day allowed me to go for some caches before dark…well sunset comes quickly here and some caches had been found thanks to the phone light.
__________
Crossed the Victoria Bridge to reach the southern part of Brisbane. Strolling back from Goodwill Bridge I had a quick look at this Mystery and found out the cache was at the listed coordinates. Gave it a try to solve this one on the spot. Hourray !!! Found the 3 figures to ‘unlock’ the cache.
Great idea! Worth a FP

We solved this one a year ago, but couldn’t complete it with our terrible stealth skills. Finally, today we could swoop in! Love how “hidden in plain sight” this is. TFTC!
We ventured into South Bank this evening to watch the Riverfire fireworks. We had two things planned for after the fireworks- find some dinner, and find a geocache. The first Urban Caching in South brisbane cache we aimed for was only 30 metres from where we'd sat to watch the fireworks, but with all the people around and temporary fencing in place, it proved too difficult to look for it adequately. We decided to abandon the search rather than attract attention by looking any more thoroughly, so headed to number 10 instead.
Here, as occasional cyclists, we were delighted to discover the maintenance station. Wish we'd cycled here! The puzzle was simple and we worked out straight away what to do with the result. We weren't as fortunate with finding dinner, as the crowds proved more than we could handle, and we ended up hopping on a bus back home and taking the car to get some dinner at Garden City instead.
This is such a clever cache, even more clever because the placement made it possible to look curious and retrieve the cache without drawing undue attention to ourselves, even with the seething crowds that were inevitable after the biggest fireworks display of the year. We loved it, and a FP is well deserved here!

Just a temporary disable of this geocache until the item to which it is fixed is repaired by the owner. Hopefully this will be back online within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime we have removed the container, to avoid any confusion. I will repost once it is back online.

After indulging in some nice nachos last night a bike ride was in order this morning to offset the intake, and the new adventure labs in the city fit the bill nicely, with a bunch of other unfound caches tacked on for good measure.
Parked my bike as it provided excellent cover for operation cache grab . Wanted to pump up the tyres but some cretin has cut the hose off the pump. Soon had the numbers I needed and popped open the lock easy as. I really enjoyed this one so I'm dropping a fave point.

Took some of the lads from the watch out for breakfast at Hargas before we needed to head off down to the Brass Bridge. There had been an affray the day before, which Constable Carrot had managed to put a stop to, and some of the Hippos has been knocked off their supports. What Morporkians love more than an affray is a show. Just the sight of Lance Constable Detritus trying to read the riot act was enough to put a stop to things. It was the way he broke out in a sweat over every letter.
This was a fun one! Tried to be stealthy, not very successfully as a lovely cacher eating brekkie spotted us and came over to borrow a pen. We all signed the log and returned to its spot after a nice chat. TFTC
Swearah, reezielou and I were so sneaky here that a lady walked up and asked us for a pen. Whoops, I guess we weren’t as subtle to those in the know. Always nice to meet cachers. A good puzzle, and a great spot. TFTC!
How to be stealthy in this area, clearly didn’t work the best for krcamber, swearah and myself as it wasn’t long before we were approach from another cacher who was eating breakie close by. Enjoyed this one, TFTC
Absolutely loved the openness of this one. One of the best hidden in plain sight caches I've seen so far!
Night-time caching with my Muggle daughter and her boyfriend. Loved this clever little cache. Thanks Domsky!

Over the last couple of weeks I have spent my spare time planning my caches for a trip down to the upcoming Queanbeyan Mega event. This meant I have been a little neglectful of finding enough caches to qualify for the current souvenir promotion. This morning was about rectifying that situation and I headed out with the sun shining on a lovely autumn day.
The markets were in full swing today which were a blessing as the increased muggle presence probably hid my actions among the constant passing pedestrians. Cache was quickly extracted and the logbook signed. TFTC

Continuing my scoot around today for caches. Glad to see this one back in play! Dodged the markets and parked nice and close. Muggle husband kept watch and claimed my find. Tftc

Log has been replaced and is good to go. If you have stored the information on a GPS device, please note the new adjusted numbers in the description.

The cache is missing...checked with a paf..there is a new pump here so wonder if council have removed it.
Nice and straight forward mystery to solve and cache to log. Thank You for the mystery cache!
