Logs
Working in the area and just coming back from Lunch. Parked on the side of the road and walked to GZ to make a quick find.As per other logs paper is full but managed to scribble NZT as proof. Love these type hides. Fav point added !!
Log is full and needs replacing - I'm sorry, I didn't have anything on me to replace with.
Spent a couple of hours ripping out some cutty grass from our garden (seriously - who would intentionally plant that stuff?!), so rewarded myself with some geocaching. Rest of the team stayed home to chill out.Parked up nearby to grab this one. Quick and easy thankfully as a buss was coming down the road as I was returning it to its hidey spot. Log is full and needs replacing. Another great hide otherwise. TFTC!
I’m just doing a little shopping in the area and realised there are a number of GCs in this area I give not yet paid attention to. This is a nice little hide. TFTC and an FP
I spent the day exploring various cycle trails in the area.
A little hard to be inconspicuous here, but it was a quick find of another nicely hidden cache, so I didn't need to linger long. Log sheet nearly blew away though.
Thanks for setting this up

A short-notice work trip to Tauranga provided some fertile caching opportunities close to work.
So, whilst popping out for lunch, I took the opportunity to grab a few nearby.
A different hide here to those I’d experienced nearby so I was initially preparing to DNF this cache until I spotted something I thought I’d fiddle with. Ah! Perhaps it *is* meant to do that.
Nice hide.
Thanks Mc Jandals

Now that was cool. Being middle aged I was able to happily ignore any glares of passing motorists. Thanks for the cache. Plenty of room
Such a cool hide. Inspiring! Thanks for the cache. Tricky spot, especially on busy days. I looked rather suspicious. FYI the log may need maintenance.
Quick find. Buzzy bee hadn't seen one of these before. Deserves a fav point. Tftc
The log is full but due to this cache we discovered businesses we didn’t know existed.
Even at 9pm we had to be a little stealthy as the truckies were moving around in the yard. From one side to the other we zeroed in on gz. Always look at this building and think how cool it is.
Found where the King lives - had a short hunt - and then the cache was soon found and logged, thanks for the placement, really appreciated!
Passing through Tauranga and had to stop at Torpedo7 for some bike tools. Decided to park up nearby and collect as many of the local caches as we could. Nice easy cycle trails that took us in a large loop. Great use of the surroundings. Thanks
Cacheing with Camcat1 today, took us a little while to find this one, not much traffic about this afternoon, nice hide. Cheers
Ha ha, understand the clue now that we have been here. There were radio-controlled boats zipping around on the nearby lake which added to the interest, but luckily we had the cache area to ourselves. Nice camo. TFTC
Had breakfast with a friend and the kids decided to show her what geocaching is all about so this was a awsome first one for our friend!! TYFTC
Took a bit longer than it should of. A few muggles out even on a Sunday, thanks for the hide.
Down from Whangarei to do a few days caching in Tauranga and trying to pick up as many of the solved puzzles as possible from my list. The weather today had improved a lot, but Mrs was still keen on visiting the Tauranga Crossing shopping mall, whilst I went for a drive to pick up some outlying caches on the list.
After visiting our new branch at the end of the road, stopped off on the way back for this one. Parking is not the easiest during the day, but managed a spot and headed over to look for the cache, which was a nice quick find at GZ. Cleverly done though. TFTC

Perfect time of night to grab this one, 10pm and everything all quiet so didn’t take too long to zoom in on the nicely hidden cache.

I called in here after dropping my family off at the movies. I couldn't resist a quick find (or two) before getting some work done. Having found a couple of similar caches in the past I was onto this one straight away. Nice hide. TFTC.

Great spot - never been here before (never made it passed the mall), cache found quickly after taking some photos of the nearby building. Glad it was quiet here - TFTC

Brilliant thanks Mc J!
Was hoping it might be under the drawbridge.
Excellent co ords!
Is this a place to have kids parties?

Out and about today chasing creative caches, quick park and grab - signed sideways as log full TFTC.
Headed out last night in the company of HKCB to see what we could score across the Eastern side of town to make the next trip over here that much easier. Headed off at 6.30pm and were home by 2am managing somehow to avoid a shower or two along the way.
First one for the evening, and would have grabbed earlier this week when over here but for the fact that the place was far too busy to even consider stopping.
thanks for the placement, thanks for the cache

Find number 5479. After the event ABCDF4 and I decided t grab a couple of caches before heading home. My GPS took me straight to it. Log full but squeezed our names on. Thank you for the placement.
A couple of the kids and I have come over to Tauranga to find few caches . All caches were found in good condition.
Merry Xmas McJandals

Once again SB20 was on form - locating the cache while I was going wider out. TFTC. Love that building!
Came out to the lakes today to grab a couple of caches after attending the GIFF event. Very cool building nearby which I hadn't seen before. Was initially confused as to where GZ was supposed to be and searched a couple of spots before coming back to the original spot I'd looked at and there it was. I always like these types of caches. Thanks for the cache
#750 - Had time for some quick caching after work today, so came down here to check out all the new developments. Nice hide, glad i had found others like this, to make it a quick find. TFTC
With two nephews, a niece, and Mum.... On a small mission to open the Mythical Creatures account.
The area around ground zone was much quieter than we were expecting. The iPhone gps pointed specifically to one location, so it was a matter of identifying the cache. We had no trouble with this clever hide...TFTC.

Awesome building that inspired this cache! 'The Mr' found this one fairly quickly... in fact he's done well today! This area sure is developing quickly and I'm sure there will be lots more caches placed around here to keep us busy for ages. TFTC
Well that wasn't too strenuous. In fact, I pretty much called the hide as soon as it came out. Another dot day late call so this was perfect. The weather is reminding me why I have so many winter dot days. Yuck. Cacher's insanity. Why else would anyone be out on such a cold, wet night? But thanks to the hard work of the CO and other local cachers, my dot day streak lives to fight another day! TFTC.
On our way north for a few days in the camper. Every time we come past here Mr S says, "there's a cache in there somewhere, we should go and get it". Lol.
5.40pm - Even at this hour of the night very busy with traffic. This cache could only be in one place. SLTFTC
Out early doing a couple of jobs after a big family day yesterday Richard thought I may be having caching withdrawal systems so stopped for a couple of new caches in this area. Love the building nearby great idea. Spotted a good spot for the cache - do I don’t I . Busy place even on a Sunday morning TFTC
Pulled opposite GZ & straight away decided i'll be a robbers dog if that isn't it.Done & dusted in a minute or so.Thanks Jan,crafty & well placed.
The rain had eased as we headed to GZ as we approached a familiar figure was standing guard nearby...nice to chat Mc Jandals....I parked up a side Road and walked back to GZ ..ah yes I may have seen a few of these in professional career they are akwáys a crafty camo...thanks Jan
The "KL/MW have left town" alert was working well again. We were some where up Mount Pauanui (Yes in the dark) when this was published. Today to break the monotony of more rain we nipped out to find these caches. A nice surprise to see the CO parked nearby checking. A great little chat. We parked up the road and walked back - even on a holiday day it was busy here. Nicely camoed cache was quickly retreived and signed. Thanks for the placement McJandals.
With all the rain we've been having, that has meant a lot more time solving puzzles and with the solved pile getting rather large meant a mission to clear a few off it was needed. As Kiwis69 who was it a similar situation with her solved pile, it was a good idea to team up and head over to Tauranga. Having checked the weather report and it looking to flash but bare able I made sure the wet weathers were in the car before heading off. As usually with NZ weather it's never 100% right and as we started caching the weather got worse and worse until we called the trip off and headed home. Still we managed a handful of caches, so not all was lost.
Not a puzzle as such to get off the list but still a find nontheless, and a new one at that. A nice quick grab to get our eye in.

Managed to solve some more BOP puzzles & was keen to arrange another trip to Tauranga to sign them off. Had some spare time today but the weather is abysmal - definitely not a day to be out geocaching. Yet somehow, here i am in a storm, getting soaked to the skin as soon as we step outside the car, signing off another cache. Thanks for the quick drive-by!
At work on another night shift when the phone started pinging. Then as luck would have it another ambulance arrived at the doors... Finally I was off but I wasn't confident the FTF would still be up for grabs. GZ was really straight forward although I'm always a little surprised where these muzees turn up.... Anyway with cache in hand I unfolded the log - TNXPro had beaten me. Cheers Mc Jandals - TFTC
After finding the other cache just before and seeing TNXPro and P.P headed to find this one before heading home to get warm. Quickest find ever, walked over and had my hands on it before I even looked at my phone.
Great camo and some more awesome fun at night

When this notification came through, I was out the door immediately.
I knew exactly where this would be and after the GPS settled it confirmed my suspicions and led me straight to the obvious spot. There weren't many options to check here, so the cleverly disguised cache was found quickly. Its the perfect time to search for this cache as the place is deserted.
Thanks McJ for another great cache. I cant wait to see what else you have in your cache inventory next. Turns out, I needn't wait long to find out.
As soon as I had done the business, I thought I'd check my emails for any other notifications and wadda ya know, another one just down the road. Off I was.
