As there's been no cache to find for a long time, and it appears to have been abandoned, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
There has been a buildup of caches around the Mid North Coast that have not been found for quite some time with multiple DNF's, Write Note, or Needs Maintenance and where the CO has not been able to follow up or are no longer caching. Consequently these caches appear to have been abandoned.
These caches need to be archived to stop visitors to our region from being disappointed after in some cases having to make a significant effort to get to GZ only to find nothing.

I was the last person to find this cache in Jan 2020. The sign where I found it has now gone and there is a very new fence nearby. Suggest it's archived.
Escaping beach crowds and scoping some new kayaking drop in points via caching. The bridge provided some needed shade to park in Tftc
Found by Mary and David at 13:00. Who could forget that day? Such a tragedy. Nice recognition and commemoration by his home town. Our thanks to Nudge74.
After being muggled out at Gumma dock we were happy to make a quick find here. Luckily was able to spot this one even from my vertically challenged position. Tftc
First day using the app, had a look at 2 other caches previously but this is the first one we found
Over the moon once we found it !
Over the moon once we found it !
Grabbed this one on the way in to Macksville where we were staying for the night.
The GPS was a lot more cooperative here than it has been today and led us straight to GZ.
Such a tragedy what happened to Phillip Hughes but it's good to have some permanent recognition of the man.
Thanks.

Nudge 74 - you have been very busy populating the area with geocaches, many of which we have gladly found today. We thank you for all your efforts in making your neck of the woods a place to draw geocachers to the area. Thanks for the bit of history here too. Cricket is not really my game but many in my family follow it. I'm very glad they have named this bridge after Phillip Hughes. I do remember when he was hit with the ball and the tragedy that followed. A sad day for cricket and a horrendous shock for his family.
Cheers and happy caching!

Today's main event was lunch at the Buffalo farm, but still plenty of time to do some caching around Macksville before the event.
A nice quick find here. I'm glad this bridge was named after Phillip Hughes a most promissing young cricket playing.

Wow we haven't found a FTF for ages. Saw these new caches appear last night and this morning was perfect for a drive to Macksville. We walked this bridge just before it opened late last year , with about 10,000 other locals too.
Thanks for the cache Nudge

2nd to Find, we must have been hot on coongoola's heels! A glorious Sunday and we decided to pop up to Macksville to put a few more smilies on the map. Such a tragedy that a talented local boy died so young, ahead of what was looking like a promising career in cricket. Thanks for placing this cache Nudge
