Checked on this one today after several recent DNFs. The garden at gz is quite overgrown and I could to not readily find it today. Possibly the container is still there if a thorough excavation under the groundcover was undertaken but I do not want to put more people through is somewhat unsavoury ordeal with the amount of rubbish in the area as well.
So, I will say farewell to this one after 4yrs & 10mths active, 72 Finds, 20 DNFs and 2 Favourite points.
Thanks to all those who visited and kept it going this long.

Found nothing. Also there is so much garbage that it's hard to tell what's garbage and what could possibly be the cache
Me and friend looking for it and since it was in 2018 we assumed it’s been covered up
Mr Riddell didn’t think it would be that easy!
Luckily she quickly stumbled onto it.

A plan was set for today to try to complete as many of the sunshine coast caches as possible with a target of 140 (my target). Todays little group was Willis007, Esmiley, newcomer Duppers and myself. We meet at the arranged meeting point; we worked out where we were going and had a plan for the day. It was a little slow start but once all the formalities were done it was all systems go. The day was a lot of fun, with laughs, the usual banter and some nice walks. The plan changed a little as we went, we got a third of our targets, which I was happy with, as it was a big ask considering the caches were doing. We had a few DNF’s which took up a lot of time, a couple of multis that had us stuck for a checker tick. We were lucky to have Esmiley along who had completed a few of the caches and gave us some insight.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the caches and some fun hides and to my caching buddies for the day. We signed all logs and replaced containers as we found them.
This was the job for Esmiley’s pole again, nicely hidden as per the hint.
All good with this cache and now it is onto the next one.

Out with chamad, E_Smiley, Duppers collecting caches on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
After an early start we made our way north, collecting caches as we went.
This was a quick find, after signing the log we continued our journey.
Thanks spiderwebbs4 for the cache.

Found the spot but once again it was not there.
Beginning to wonder what has happened to them all. Found one in Woombye and that's all so far

This was our first find. For two Geocaching muggles this was a fun first experience and a sign of more adventures to come.
The first find for an afternoon cycling around Currimundi and Caloundra, I came here to avenge this old DNF. Last few times it felt too awkward searching as suspicious KFC diners looked right at me rummaging through the garden. Today however, I was lucky to find it on top of the foliage. After signing the log I placed it back in a more appropriate hiding spot. Thanks for the cache SW4!
A bit awkward. Had a look but didn’t see it. Saw a little red toy lizard in the area. It may have been taken.
That was much less awkward early in the morning before the drive through was operating. A quick look through and around some rubbish and I made a quick grab. Wait until traffic lights change before rehiding. I actually did need air in my tyres so perfect stop TFTC
I didn’t feel comfortable searching this location at night. I’ll leave that for the stealth gurus
After finding a cache nearby I noticed this one in my map so headed across to GZ. As it was early there were no customers at the drive through which made for a quick hint and find. Thanks Spiderwebbs4
Very exposed area, lots of eyes watching, felt awkward so we bailed on this hunt
Eep. This cache was discovered with sunshine58 while out on a geoforay in currimundi a few weeks ago now. Oops!
So glad to find this then, as it was the fifth or sixth time i'd hunted for this one despite slow kfc drivethroughers staring me down each time.
Thanks spiderwebbs4 for another in the ILTL series. Sorry bout the late log.

Too many cars with watchful eyes at the KFC drive through to have A decent look. Late afternoon no time to go looking for this one!
another dnf here... feel so awkward and exposed with every car passing the drive thru area, and the busy main road. gasp. still gave it a bit of a half hearted rummage around, then high tailed it before i started to look obviously suspicious.
Left a little something for the next "winner"
It's still there...really hunt for it

Out at an event today thought we would make a couple of stops on our way home TFTC
No luck.
Scratched around here, there and here again. It was probably over there.

Another no show here too. I'm starting to think we should quit while we're ahead.
Sigh.
Sigh.
On our first Wednesday out for a while, we signed as QQ for the three of us to save space. Still a lot of rubbish here, but also a cache.
20/2/19 11:40 am Find #2372
Our first Wacky Wednesday of the year and we decided to spend it on the Sunny coast today.
While NyssaFlutterby ducked in to the 7 Eleven for a slurpee, Wombles&Co and I headed over to begin our search. Sifting through the garden bed we made our find just as Nyssa rejoined us. Signed log as QQ for the three of us.
Thanks for the cache spiderwebbs4.

Finally out for a maintenance run and this one was #3 of 10 on the list today.
Had to wade through a bit of rubbish unfortunately near gz but found the cache safe and sound. Glad to see guardian is still attached.
Replaced log and dried out the container.
Happy hunting!!

Geohubby is a traffic signals technician so decided to do a few of this series before visiting friends. TFTC. Log was VERY wet and tore and was only just able to sign it.
While staying at Elimbah we ventured out and found this cache. We enjoyed this series, nicely placed and well thought out. Plus checking out the art was great. Fav point alloc. Thankyou spiderwebbs4 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
The little guardian is still in action. TFTC. My 3rd find of the traffic signal box art trail.
I love Thursdays (because that is usually my caching day for the week) and I can almost say I love traffic lights! barbbowman and I fluked a FTF on one of the caches in this series a few months ago and since then we've wanted to come and have an ILTL caching day...and that day has finally arrived!
bb and I found this cache a challenge because we were so exposed to passing muggles. We found it in the end, but coming when it is dark or quieter would make things easy (if you come at night though, definitely have your torch on before you start searching around - you don't want to put your hands anywhere unpleasant). #15876. We felt a bit exposed here even though it was before 7 on a Sunday morning. Our knowledge of Aussie plant species is still rather lacking, so the phone was pressed into service to help us interpret the hint. With the right plant species identified, Troodles made a quick find. Good to get the first ILTL cache under the belt. TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on a geo-mission to find at least a dozen caches before 9am on a coolish Sunday morning.
This was the first find of the morning and we weren't too sure what the hint object is, so had to google it. That confirmed, after a bit of scratching around, we found the cache and were on the board for the day. First of a few in this series found - enjoyed the artwork. TFTC.

Out and about on the Sunny Coast for a little Tuesday morning adventure with Slow Puncture, visiting loads of pretty traffic light boxes, puzzles and other hides along the way. The morning started out chilly but soon warmed up into a beaut clear warm winter's day.
A quick find amongst quite a collection of old rubbish. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache **spiderwebbs4**.

Tuesday. Mr SP was out today up the Sunshine Coast with Orange Crew. Mr OC made the find. Mr SP noted as we drove past later that we had been right next to a KFC and had not realised. Shame, as this was lunchtime. We had lunch a bit later at a shop to the south named "Chicken Spot". Very nice it was, too. But I digress. After a short search, Mr OC spotted the hide.
This was the 11th of 20 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***spiderwebbs4***, for showing us this place.

It was bucketing down but that didn't stop me! I was tempted to go through the drive through for a coffee but no time to waste - more caches to find. Thanks for the reminder of the good ol' Big Pineapple
Enjoying the series today.
A nice quick find here.
Signed the log and returned to where I found it.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks spiderwebbs4 All good with this cache

My last for today, l parked at the traffic control box and followed the iPhone’s arrow to the spot to search Finding the cache after a quick search
Heading home from the beach a I decided to detour and grab these new caches that had recently popped up.
After parking nearby I was soon at GZ where the cache was soon in hand.
Once the log was signed the cache was returned as found.

On my rounds this morning and this one was on my radar.
I parked near by and wandered over to GZ. It wasn't long before I had the beast in hand and the log was signed.
Everything was replaced as found, already for the next lucky adventurer.
