I’m not the CO but I walk past this regularly and it is definitely still in place. I’ve sent the CO a pic of the cache in situ.

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

I DNF’d this one almost a year ago, when I was still a baby geocacher, and haven’t attempted it since.
I happened to be walking past today and decided to try, despite the last few logs being DNFs. Found it within a few minutes. Glad to have a new smiley on the map!

Finally managed to avenge my previous DNFs on this cache, my nemisis, although it wasn't how I'd planned it.
Previously I've been here 3 times. First time absolutely no luck and I lost my GPS cover when I had to replace the batteries. Second time I tried PAF who was unable to remember the hide so after much searching I gave up again. Third time the water was so deep there was no chance of it being possible to search.
Fast forward to today where I was in St Peters for lunch at a friends. After the delicious and filling lunch she suggested a walk was in order and brought me to Sydney Park.
Being local and knowing the park she showed me many hidden areas I'd not visited before, then we walked past Amy's wetland.
Fortunately she knows about my Geocaching hobby and was happy for me to search for the cache.
Well it took about one minute to put my hand on it. Even though the co-ords were a bit out I don't know why I didn't search there before. Signed the log which is a bit of a mess.
TFTC # 4318 - better than winning the Melbourne Cup!

Out in the inner west today and noticed this cache in sydney park that was still not found. I swear I had found this awhile ago, but maybe I forgot to log it. Anyway, I popped by and found it again and now I'm making sure to log it thanks for the cache!
Hunted all around without any luck. Looked in many many places, magnetic and otherwise.
This one was a little tricky, almost gave up but determined we ended up finding it in a clever place
Out for the afternoon looking for caches in Sydney Park.
Should imagine this is a very busy place on the weekends.
Lucky I’m here on a Friday with no one around so I was able to do a thorough search and came up trumps.

Fairly quick find but I did look at previous logs which helped me narrow it down TFTC
Urgh, tried so hard! Gorgeous spot but alas, walked away empty handed. So sad...
Found some other people out looking and recognized that hunt face. Realized that I hadn’t refound it since it was moved and joined the hunt
I've looked for this cache before and I'm not sure why I couldn't find it. But it's lovely to come back here again, it's such a nice spot.
My dog did exactly the same thing, but he wasn't too clever, he did it twice about a month apart!

A cold morning walking around this park, avoiding the dogs and their droppings, (unfortunately). TFTC
Nice hide and good to get my two boys active. High water mark makes it a bit messy now
Third cache of the day with Aussiewolves on a beautiful Saturday morning. Lots of muggles enjoying the morning, logged and returned. TFTC
#2105 Second of two finds with Rieka while out and about on a beautiful Saturday morning post Covid. Found after a short search and a muggle diversion. TFTC
Took me and my friend a while to find it but was worth the search and wasn’t busy which helped!
Yewww took us as beginners geocache into X intellects a hot second a hot as a beginner wait
Once in amongst the natural stuff I was attracted to the steely spot to make a quick find.
This took some searching, but the comments from previous hunters were helpful! The dog loved splashing in the water
Lovely stroll through Sydney park led us to checking for caches. Bit of a tricky one but happy we hunted around to find it!
I was a bit hesitant to try this one seeing the previous cachet couldn’t find it but it was quite easy in the end with spot on coordinates.
This one took ages to find, but we got there in the end. Just visiting from Fiji for Christmas. TFTC
Great spot. Also seem to recall a find here many years ago of an archived cache.
Indeed had gone back on logs and found this one in previous listing;)
Thanks for updating this hide;)
Thanks for updating this hide;)
Out with Baby J Man and decided to have a stroll through the park.
Lots of places this one could have been, but reading prior logs helped us make the relatively straightforward find (luckily the area was completely muggle free).
Cache is in good condition, thanks!

Like a number of previous finders, I had to wait for a number of canines and their companions to depart before I was able to search.
Once they did I was able to move to the correct side, and quickly spied the prize.

Sydney Park is such a great space, I’m so glad it hasn’t been wrecked by all the nearby “development”. Loads of human and canine onlookers about but I found the cache relatively easily while being entertained by the antics of a hyperactive fox terrier. TFTC.
Got back to Sydney about half a day earlier than I expected - flight isn’t until 4PM tomorrow so I will head into the city and pick up a few more caches. But tonight I had enough time to walk to Sydney Park and try for the ones in there - they have a few DNFs but I expect inexperience May have been the problem on a few. Found all five and now having dinner on the way back to the hotel.
It was a fair walk in a straight line from where I was staying, but this was the closest cache. And with the massive roadworks in the vicinity it was an even longer walk - crossing roads, walking down laneways, avoiding men and women in hi-vis but eventually made it to the entrance. Wasn’t certain how busy the park would be (not surprisingly very!) but all caches were tucked away far enough to have privacy. This was the first attempted, and took a while as I had to wait for a dog (and it’s owner) to depart - the canine was very keen on a swim. Knew what I was looking for but forgot one fact, so eventually found the cache in one of the first places I looked when I explored a little more thoroughly. Log is pretty full but found a corner to scratch TE5

Parkrun and cache seems to be the combination lately, today I did the St Peters one here in the Sydney park. Fun and a few caches afterwards!

We found it but we did not have a pen to write our names in and there was no more space it was a good hide and a good find ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha the geocache was a hit
I remember previously finding an archived cache here in almost the same spot, so had a rough idea where to look. But I still missed it on my first sweep, and it was only on the return that I spotted the little cache tucked away down there. Signed the log and replaced it all as found, in between passing muggles. Then enjoyed the nice water vista. TFTC
Almost gave up on that one haha !
I checked this spot a couple of times, but my friend ended up finding it.
Nice hide !

What, no Easter Egg? No, but a beautiful pair of ducks enjoying some sub-flightpath peace and tranquillity instead. Found on a spectacular Easter Sunday walk with plane spotter Eilox867 and bradpartridge. TFTC
