Out as a family enjoying a walk in the pleasant winter sunshine. Once off the main route of the old railway line the paths were muddy but still passable. Even saw a deer bouncing through the meadow.

Our final cache of the day which was found shortly after a bike almost running us down on the main path. Thanks for a fun series of caches and we will definitely be back to complete the others, possibly after a bit more dry weather. Good to see so many different containers on a cleverly themed route.

Out today for a quick find and to refuel which we did in Aldershot. Then drove back across the 331 and headed for the wee car park thankful that we didn't have to cross the level crossing which is closed today - so will have to return to the 331 for our route to Guildford.

Made our way along the disused rail track and soon reached GZ. The hint was very useful and quickly spotted the host. Thankfully the ivy wasn't so thick in places and the cache was quickly spotted. Retrieved the tin and soon had the log signed which was then replaced in the same spot. Nice one. Now to enjoy the walk back encountering quite a few muggles and their dogs along the way.

Many thanks FairyNic for setting this cache. Dipped personal coin.

Marshall’s Geelong found this cache today,
Yay! After several attempts over the last few months I can now say I’ve found this one! Now that the area has been cleared I can see the cache better. Happy i can tick this one off!

Finally found after several failed attempts! So good to be able to tick this one off Well hidden away and quite hard to retrieve but we got there! After signing the log we replaced where found TFTC. On our way back to the car we met up with the CO again and were able to give a thumbs up

Double checked on this one whilst out today. All is good.
Cut back the ivy to make it easier to find.
Also added a pic to help!
Happy Hunting

21:41:00 No luck here. Are the coordinates correct as the hint doesn't really make sense with the location...

Cache is still there. Coordinates are correct as is the hint. I'll take a photo of the cache when I visit it next. Happy caching!

Spent a few mins here searching through the wet Ivy, but soon got bored and moved on

Parked close to this one and looked hard along the length where we thought it was hidden and then again on our return having successfully found the others but no luck here

Previously posted a DNF on this cache and as we were in the area I thought we’d give it another go. Last time it was just me so today I brought along geo-kid with me as we’d been out doing the nearby series also set by the CO from this cache and highly recommended if you’ve yet to do it .
Unbelievably geo-kid found this within minutes how did I miss this the first time!!!
Thank you FairyNic for a fab afternoon.

Spotted exactly where to look immediately, but found after about 10 minutes of searching (and five minutes of polite chit chat with dog walkers). Lost my pen on the walk over, so was pleasantly surprised to find a pencil inside. Was a bit stiff to open, but got in eventually. Signed and replaced. Silica bag is a great idea! TFTC!

After a dog walk on Ash Ranges it was an opportunity to visit a couple of "unfound by us" local caches. As the GPS counted down then GZ became quite obvious. However it soon became clear that finding the cache might take a while, but luckily it didn't take as long as feared. It was a little difficult to open, but it was managed, and all is well inside.

Just as we were about to give up, there it was, plain as day, giggling at us for not spotting it sooner. Camo really helps. Ta

The smallest of the-2-monkeys and I stopped of the grab this one before picking the biggest monkey up. I eventually spotted it after a good 20 mins searching but it was a bit tricky to retrieve. Once we finally retrieved it the log was initialled SB85/T2M and then replaced. TFTC!!!
