Decided not to replace after encountering a council surveyor who told us that they are looking at making more of the areas along the river into more formal conservation areas
After visiting friend in Batemans BAy yesterday, today we went for a little geocaching adventure and then it was already time to make my way home up the coast. Picked up caches all the way from Moruya till Nowra. Blended in very well

In Moruya for some caching today and decided to do the trail of caches along the Moruya River! Drove as far as I could until the road ended, and then walked to the last few

**This Cache:**
After finding Fun Guy nearby, I had an idea of what to look for here! It took me a while to locate this one, it was well hidden and there were many many trees and spots to search.
Thanks Youban!

I loved this one! TravelGran needs new glasses, trying to find a Fun Gun and was momentarily perplexed when we discovered the clever hide. Brill and a fave
For some reason I was reading the name differently, yes need new glasses, lucky Silvereyes was on the ball & caught on to what type of container we were searching for, took a little time, thanks for these interesting containers, Youban
Spent the day in Moruya with Bonfire7. We had a successful day outdoors, finding caches in the various trails in the area. I walked away with 60 finds and 0 DNF's! All coordinates were pretty spot on (<5m variance on average). All cache containers were well-themed and consistent, which made for a very pleasant day of caching. Thanks For The Caches Youban!
Great hide starting to warm to the CO a bit now lol. Only spotted this cos it hadnt been put back properly.

Continuing me wander along the riverside ...
... and I was looking for a well hidden cache
I know I was,
because,
the previous caches were well hidden
Taking note of the clue,
I soon tracked this sneaky cache down
I'm definitely working out the 'modus operandi' of the cache hiders [^]

Another novel cache. Yes, another FP. TFTC. Only hassle was dodging the spider webs, then the cache had a Huntsman as a guardian. Scared Sue. Oops, now I've had it.
Our goal for this afternoon was to find the caches in this lovely riverside parkland. We soon found this nicely hidden cache once at Ground Zero, but probably only because we had a very good idea as to what we would be searching for! We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for another great cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
Last night (after a tip-off ) I saw a bunch of new caches down at the coast! Well, it was too late to head off then, so I decided to head off bright and early this morning! It was very drizzly and wet and super foggy driving down the Clyde (love it), and the 22° day down here was wonderful! Especially after all the recent high 30° days in Canberra lately!
This was another fine cache! Found quickly, but only after walking into a massive big spiderweb - with a spider sitting in the middle! Yuck! (Someone should have taken a video of me ). Thanks Youban.

17,415. Found during a south coast run today with minniek.
Dropped minniek's kids off in Batemans Bay with other family for a week (Yee-haa !!) and so we continued south for some caching. Parked at the end of the road and walked in for this one. Quick find once at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and then headed off to the next one.
Thanks Youban !! Did quite a few of your caches today and they were a lot of fun.

Dropped the kids at Batemans Bay so that they could continue with family to Narooma for the week. Fitzy_1965 and I had a bit of caching time up our sleeves so caching we did go.
Having found Fun Guy.....this was a quick find too.

First for the year. Given the size of the cache, the dodginess of my phone GPS and the tree coverage I knew I had a larger area to search. A satisfying find once you know what you’re looking for.

Enjoyed the walk from Well Drilled thru the bush and back along the river. A quick find as we are starting to see how you think Youban ! Great little series, gave us some brain exercise and a break on our road trip today as well as a few laughs. SL TFTCM
Enjoyed the walk here from the carpark. Great spot next to the river. Was getting worried I’d have to log frowny face on my first cache in Moruya but finally spied the clever hide.

We have returned to hopefully find some we miss last trip and to hit up some new ones. Coordinates spot on made this one easier than it migh otherwise have been. Great camo. Tftc
AddictedGamer, the geodaughter and I are down for the school holidays and thought we would pick up a few caches I had outstanding around the place.
After parking nearby to pick up "Well Drilled", we walked down towards the river then followed the well worn path all along the river bank to GZ. As we came close to GZ and knowing what my phone is like at the Coast I started scanning around the area. Knowing Youban and what they are like I thought I had an idea of what I was looking for. Not long later I saw what I thought would be it and bingo I was rewarded with the cache. We signed the log, replaced the cache then headed back down to the car to go check out the others nearer to town.
A favourite point from me for bringing me to a really nice spot I never knew existed before and the effort put into into making this one. Tftc Youban!!!

Fun guy and his son in one afternoon.
After parking at the end of the road and grabbing Well Drilled i had a pleasant walk along the river to the GZ.
He’s a cute little thing. Im sure he’ll grow up to make his father proud.

{*FTF*} we were about to give up and then there it was. The GPS just didn't want to home in on GZ. Very satisfying find in the moon light. The geo hounds weren't much help. They just sat there an occasional whimper we heard. TFTC
