TFTC. On our way to Dubbo. GZ had us in the middle of the road. So it was a choice of left or right.
Reperio 17:21Day 5 of our tour of Tamworth/Armidale caching trip, and today, Master Vitruvius and I were able to focus on more of the caches closer to the Tamworth area, and then progressively head home to Orange. This one didnt take long to find once we were at GZ.Gratias team_lewinAs a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV

Took us a few minutes to find the right way in for this one, but once there the cache was soon in hand. Checked out the nearby establishment for anything resembling a CORs, but alas nothing was spotted.

#10580 - 1:41:00 PM; Day one of a road trip with Sol de lune as we head north for the Dayboro Mega. The weather was fine at last as we set off from the National Capital and made our way towards Narrabri where we planned to spend the night. This one took a bit of time to find the right route to GZ, but once we picked the right road in, it was an easy find and sign. TFTC team_lewin
Oh I did not know this was in here. Thank you Team Lewin my boys would have loved this area when they were lads.
Found while trying to find a way to photograph a nearby trig. This find took longer than it should have thanks to the Scotch thistles but the log now carries my name. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to find team_lewin. TNLPT
We decided to get out for a weekend drive and decided to drop in and grab this cache as we passed by.
A quick stop to sign the log here today.

Orange 2020 Day 2. I headed out for a long weekend away with Fitzy1965 & MinnieK to cache between Orange and Dubbo. We explored forests and towns and camped at Macquarie Wood. The weather was great and we managed to visit many more caches than I ever expected. After a leisurely start to the morning we climbed into the car to head to Dubbo, but it took all day to get there via Orange, Manildra, Parks and Tomingly.
Thanks.

fitzy_1965, albida33 & I headed out for a long weekend away. Basing ourselves at Macquarie Woods, we ended up visiting Orange, Parkes, Dubbo and lots of towns inbetween.
Day 2 saw us head out from our campsite and rambling up towards Dubbo.....14 hours later we were back at camp.
Quick find here today.

20,290. Found with minniek and albida33 during a Canberra Day Long Weekend caching meander around the Orange/Parkes/Dubbo regions.
A plan was hatched for the three of us to head up this way for some quality caching over the 3 days. Day 2 and we headed off for further adventures. Next stop of the day as we were heading back to camp in the dark - and we spotted a familiar CO's name so we had to stop. A fun drive in and a quick find today once at GZ.
Thanks team_lewin !!

Found it & thanks again to Team_lewin for the hide. Nice camo.
I picked up an old made in Mexico oil filer & thought it was a cool & unique cache, only to be disappointed. The log was close by though.

Found while out in Dubbo with team_lewin for the holidays. Cache was soon spotted and then we admired the local area. Thanks for the cache and for bringing me here.
After a frustrating day of following hubby around Orange without being able to try for a single geocache, it was a pleasure to drop him off in Wellington and do the remainder of the trip home in my own, because... GEOCACHES!!!
The sun had just set as I pulled up to this cache, the first of 3 to find in town. I pulled out my phone to hunt down the cache and was interrupted with photos being sent from another geocacher on the road to the Parkville event in VIC. Haha.
GPS signal seemed all over the shop so I looked around for a while without using my phone. I eventually found it at the horizon started to glow.

The second find in the Bald Hill series today, nice to be out and about! Thanks for placing! : )
*FTF* After finding the other nearby one in this series I decided to continue on my Bald Hill journey. These are my favourite kinds of caches, out on a dirt road somewhere not near houses! Managed to find the cache without trouble, it had some water in it (which I found a bit ironic given the name of the cache!) but the log book was safe and dry in its plastic bag Signed log, took TB and replaced cache as found, albeit slightly drier inside.
Thanks team_lewin!
