Logs
DNF 23/11/24. No sign of this cache despite the hints and photos of the cache in the log, i think this is gone
On our way from Sydney to Nabiac and we ended up in Gloucester. A detour after a big truck crash and fuel spill closed the highway near the Bucketts Way intersection. Why not stop for a geocache? TN L a pirates eye patch and a small bumblebee. SL TFTC Cheers Gaztek
Had a good search for where I think/ thought the cache is but no luck. Lots of webs but no treasure.
Found once the gps settled. Nice view of the mountains, thanks for putting a cache here.
Some water had made the cache a bit damp. I was still able to sign it though. Good spot for a stop.
TFTC smile19959 Out and about on a Sunny day on my way to Wollongong in a round about way picking up LGAs on the way GS1947 on small logs Thank you Trainsport for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Passing through Gloucester during a break in the rain, we picked up one smilie along the way.All good with this cache.
Spending this unofficial 4 day weekend as a caching road trip through central NSW picking up a few unloved LGAs. We really enjoyed taking in the sights and feel of the country lifestyle. Thanks for contributing to our lovely weekend. An early morning find as we headed for home. Container lid is crackedTFTC
Quick find!! Wish I could walk into the little school. Looks like the one I went to! Tftc
Quite an easy fun find. Thank you for taking us to a bit of Gloucester history.
Couple of hairy guardians guarding this cache looks like a nice park, and what a great view across the road!Day 9 of the travels towards Barrington Tops before heading to the VC 2024 Canberra Geobash. Thanks Trainsport for placing this here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy.
Very quiet today. Another used 2B. Praise whoever. Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Thanks Trainsport and clear skies from TeamAstro. ?? Watch out for the local/muggles haven't done this in a while so trying to remind the geokids to be discrete was a challange TFTC
GAP YEAR BIG LAP - PART 2: THE ROAD TRIP Day 10 After a rainy start to the day, we had a good explore around Gloucester Tops & excited to see our first lyrebird of the trip! It was just wandering around the picnic area. Pretty quiet around the area today, probably due to the weather. Some lookouts "socked out" with cloud but still great views of the forest. Didn't manage to find any other caches on our scenic drive around so glad to come across this one on the way back into town not far from our camp at the showgrounds. Spotted the bright container in a rusty relic after peeping into the old school building.#3753 @ 1805hTFTC Trainsport ??
Had some time to spare before dinner - this one took a little longer than expected. TFTC!
Very interesting find, found on New Year's Day during a camping holiday with friends in Gloucester. TFTC
Nice easy find, interesting little school hallThe teacher looks weird thoughTFTC
Lovely Sunday morning after a week of drizzle weather. Cache in good order but will need more log paper soon. TFTC
Nice easy find today. Log dry. A few muggles next door meant it took a little wait to get it back in position.
TFTC! Stoked to get a find while I was in town for work on a job for NPWS. Just came back from a swim at the Barrington Camp Ground, logged a DNF on a cache on the other side of town and decided to give this one a go before heading back to my accommodation. Glad it wasnt too far away from my car as I had no shoes with me haha still managed to land a bindie in my heel so deep only tweezers could get it out. Still a very happy man though! Cheers
Day 11. A last minute plan had been hatched to make my way to QOGM. Very little planning had been done but a very rough outline was in place and it was going to be a day by day trip.
After managing to catch up with posums in Taree yesterday, it was off further north towards Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.
The first find to start the day and tick off one of the last remaining well travelled cacher slots.
A relatively easy find and all in good order.
Thanks Trainsport for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Managed to find this one during our brief stop off in town on our way through. Spotted from the correct angle.
Can’t believe it took us two ‘looks’ to find this one! First time a muggle was metres away so couldn’t get too close.
GPS bounced around a lot but we let instinct guide us.
Great little historical spot. Thanks for taking us there.

We're enjoying a bike ride around town having watched the Anzac Day parade.

When you check out how many logs a cache has it is a sure indicator that the CO has picked a good/interesting place to hide their cache. SL TFTC
A trip to check out some of the awesome places in NSW and grab some old caches. TFTC.

Heading home from Albury to Brisbane with T4mmmy, picking up some random caches that help us with challenges and whatnot. Overnight in Gloucester so a quick driveby.
Thanks Trainsport for entertaining me at this location.

Staying in Gloucester for a few days and collecting some caches on our travels. After exploring the Copeland SRA we drove around collecting some caches.. Unfortunately, it was a no-show for us this afternoon, even tried the original coordinates in case that helped...just gave us a different structure but no find. Thanks for the hunt Trainsport.
Easy to find this time, don’t think it was there last visit. Found with Symonds5
A quick little find in a lovely little historical spot to break up a drive to the coast

I came back earlier today for another look but the nearby workers and their cars were a distraction. Returning after they had left work, I had a fresh look and found the cache straightaway, very nicely tucked away too. Thanks to the CO for their suggestions, I would still be looking otherwise. The listed coordinates need to be amended though, this is a big search area without a clue when the cache is so far from GZ. Thanks for a very good hide, I enjoyed the search.
The GPS was quite definite about where this was, but a check of anything within 3m did not show me the cache. I assume it must be there as the CO has just replaced it, but with new coords. Will try again tomorrow before heading home.
