Logs
Over in Tauranga for the day walking and caching. Bit of a tricky one here and found lower than the level suggested in the hint. TFTC
Read all the comments and looked at all the photos but could not find it. 100% sure we are in the correct spot
Came here with a previous finder on our way to another cache. Unable to locate this one even with the help of previous finder. Theres been a lot of tree pruning in the area so wondering if this one is gone - especially with a couple of other DNFs here today as well
Pdnz reckoned I wouldn't be able to find it so I came...and found it! That was difficult. Glad the tree wasn't covered in leaves.
Great hide, thanks!! Didn't have a pen on me so will come back tomorrow to update log. Love the flowers!
Took a little thinking at first and it wasn't until after reading logs and seeing pictures we realized we were a few metres off. After finding the hint it was soon found. Tftc!
Took us moment to find the correct flower, but after that it was easy to located the cache. Tftc
Kids were avit disappointed they couldnt find a actual box but its different and think it is cool
Thanks Raconteur for the cache. It’s #1610 for us. We found your cache on 29 June 2022. Nice hide - interesting artwork.
Nice to know someone else out here Caching on this lovely day. Thanks for the cache snd great little walk in nature
Good hint definitely took us time to actually realise the situation thanks heaps for this experience
cool flowers took a while to find even sat down at the log read the comments. the 'flower' comments were putting me off
Awesome kids had great fun with the clues. Tiny cache no room for anything inside! Have fun finding !!!
Located the flowers quickly and easily…. The cache took a little longer. Unfortunately my pen had stopped working, so took photo of log instead.
As promised a nice new log. Interesting reading last note. As a cache owner it’s apparent that some log but haven’t actually found it.
Very nice track here, thanks for setting up this cache.
Very nice track here, thanks for setting up this cache.
Cache checked and log replaced as it was almost full.
Interesting to check the log against the computer page.
One finder had no pencil so posted a photo of the log.
There are seven entries on the log who have not recorded their find on the computer page.
There are 13 entries on the computer page who have not physically signed the log. Of those 13, ten of them have less or around 20 caches so they're new cachers.
Thank you everyone for looking after our cache, it is in good condition.

I was here in Feb with no luck so thought I better come back & get the smiley. The clue didn't help until I had an aha moment. Tftc
Been in Auckland visiting family and now travelling back home. Stayed the night in Tauranga and had time to collect some local caches. Parked up at Fantail drive for lunch and then took the geo hound out to stretch our legs. Loved this walkway. Tall mature punga trees and nice views over the water. Liked the art work. Cache all fine. Happy to give it a favourite. Thanks for the smiley.
Cute sculpture. Cache quickly found and signed with a piwakawaka looking on. Good to see the path being well used.
Logging this find from a while back. Neat walkway through here! Enjoyed some of the installations dotted along this part of the trail. Cheers!
Love the flowers. Beautiful afternoon walk. Forgot a pen so took a photo of the log. TFTC
Out for the day caching with Supernannny . Easy find. Nice area for a walk. TFTC
I think it may be here but I couldn't find it. Clue didn't help as I couldn't see any flowers. 2 DNF for the day
First find in a very long time!! Nice and easy and in a spot that I have walked past so many times.
It was dusk and the light was fading fast. Thankfully no muggles in sight so we looked around a bit but as darkness closed in we hinted it up and soon had the cache in hand. Log is a little soggy. TFTC
Just taking the opportunity to check our cache while we were in the area. All good to go.
Nice wee hide

Find number 6702. Decide to come over the Kaimais with ABCDF4 and eyespyben to attend an event. Spent the time before grabbing a few caches along the way. In the area so walked around to this one. At our GZ there was nothing that matched the hint so we widened our search. This resulted in a quick find once we had smelt the flowers. Thank you for the placement.
Mum found the cache while Dad and SuperHazel (2.5 yrs) were preoccupied with the beautiful flowers. TFTC.
Great day to be out caching dodging the occasional showers. Nice quick find here today, enjoyed the walk to GZ TFTC.
Very different Art for sure!
Enjoying a wander through the path today while on holiday.
Thanks .

Our GPS was a little way off and after scouting around we decided to go back to basics by re reading the cache and before long the sneaky hide was located, signed and ready for next punter.
After hunting a few mins we decided GPS was a little bit off so came back closer to the attraction. Sneaky hide but obvious once we knew

A lovely walkway and interesting sculpture. Lovely day to be out and about - cache quickly found once standing in the correct area. Taking me awhile to get my caching mojo back. Think I'm getting there! TFTC

Headed out last night in the company of HKCB to see what we could score across the Eastern side of town to make the next trip over here that much easier. Headed off at 6.30pm and were home by 2am managing somehow to avoid a shower or two along the way.
The seventh of nineteen for the evening. Headed for this one, overshot the GZ and had to backtrack, once in place the cache was quickly in hand and we could head for the next. All in all it was a great night and got to see a few sights along the way
A big thanks for the CO's for maintaining their caches and giving us so much enjoyment.
Thanks for the placement, thanks for the cache

Yet another small mission to Tauranga to keep the growing number of unfound caches at bay. An 6.30pm start from Hamilton with Cats&Dragons we managed 14 finds before we headed home to bed, however as numbers are getting fewer over here now a big numbers were never going to be on the cards. So not a bad effort indeed. As always a big thanks to the CO's for the hides we found tonight.
Nice wandering along another cycle path. GPS was pointing us a few meters out, but I remembered the cache name and we back tracked a few meters and found the cache. Nice artwork!

There were a few places to search for this one which wasn't helped by a very jumpy gps at gz. I liked the art installation but soon wrote that off as a potential hiding spot which ultimately caused a long delay in finding this one. Got there eventually - relieved to be headed back to the car. A straight forward hide - everything is in good condition here. Cheers Raconteur, TFTC
