This was a fun one but took us a long time and had to cheat in the end to solve it
Found it out and about with annabella02 kezzacosmo ,and friend who christened herself dragged along . lovely day for a walk ,tftc
Visiting from Sydney found with annabella02 sassieold55 and muggle friend. TFTC.
Found with sassieold55,kazzacosmo and a muggle friend, we soon had what was needed for GZ. TFTC
Today we headed out from Winchelsea to do our second day on the GOR. We made our way down through Wensleydale and picked up a few trads in tiny little none weatherproof pots. Nice little series. Then on to Anglesea which seemed to be very hipster/surfer vibes and we enjoyed a nice walk around The Wetlands, more caches and ate our packed lunch at one of the murals. Onwards to Aireys Inlet to visit the lighthouse and more caching. Lorne was our last stop on GOC seemed to be a bit more exy here and lots of posh Melbs people here . Back to Winchelsea via Erskine Falls, surprised no cache there and via Bambra area to collect some super cool woodland caches. Ran out of time to do everything we wanted but you can never get them all .Thanks to all the CO for some really great hides and especially to Bushfire we were sad to read of ill health.Good job jigsaws are my forte this was one of my favorites of the day TFTC
The third of three nice fine and warm days, so we thought we'd attack the Old Telegraph Road caches. The road was quite good, and nicely dried. This was an interesting challenge. We searched our brains, we exercised our planar morphology, and then did a second search with a larger memory! Victory was ours. Left a Geonickel. SL, TFTC.

*Cache find # 14846.*
Today I headed out to the Otway Forest Park and Paddy's Swamp area for a bit of a tour around on my bike and finding caches as I went.
After getting organised at Tanners Campground, I then headed out on the bike and started making my way towards Paddy's Swamp, trying to knock off a few from this Bambra series.
Well, what can I say about this one, it took a while, I even had another guy on a bike stop to see if I was okay, I said I was all good but really, this one was hurting my brain but I couldn't tell him that, eventually the puzzle was solved, with a little help, I then back tracked and was able to make the find.
**Thanks to The_Tritonz for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**

OK, you got us here, it took longer than i care to admit.
Onto the bonnet of the car the puzzle went while we waged war on the March flies.
We tried a bit of a logical 'shortcut' but that didnt yeild the required result.
Got it in the end!
Always great finding such big caches!
During our recent camping trip we decided to grab a couple of caches in the area and get out and smell the fresh air!

SueHut had the chance to kick back and have a coffee, while I got stuck in to this puzzle. Don't worry, her part came when we found the COUS (Cache Of Unusual Size). Every part worth a fave.
Thanks heaps, Tritonz!

Well I haven’t seen Wespro so engaged in something off the computer for ages. Lol. We were definitely not going home till this puzzle was solved. And to top it off a bloody big bucket with lots of cool trades. So a favourite from me for the puzzle entertainment and the large well stocked cache
Yay!! Another large full of goodies. Loving this series Thank you for placing and maintaining!
Donutholes asked me if I would like to go caching tonight. The weather at the time was wet, wild and wintry, but the answer is pretty much always yes; who cares about the weather.
We had planned to cache this area a month or so back but were sidetracked by a possible FTF in Melbourne, and today was the day we chose to cache this area.
The Bambra Series was the main target for the night. It had turned out to be a pretty clear night with an almost full moon. However, we did drive through some very thick fog and had to keep an eye out for kangaroos. No kangaroos were harmed in the finding of these caches.
A Field Puzzle and a Large. It doesn't get much better than this.
The cache is in excellent condition.
Thank you for this cache The_Tritonz.
A Favoruite Point from us.

This was a great field puzzle. It did take a little while & we got checked out by the game rangers all the way from Ballarat! We told them about Geocaching & they seemed quite amused! Oh well! Tftc
I am so glad I took my geodaughter to do this cache. The treasure at the end was amazing. To be completely honest, we both tried to complete the puzzle but ended up using a different way to solve it. The coordinates for the final were spot on. I have to say, my jeans are so muddy today lol… probably starting to look like I live in this forest! I’m having a ridiculous amount of fun which is an awesome experience. TFTC
Love a cache puzzle, and now realising we might have to backtrack and pickup the clues we missed recording for the final in the series. TFTC
We got lucky with this puzzle and after a bit of head angling came up with some promising coords. Did a backtrack and tried to give the mozzies the shake! TFTC.
In all are travels we would not have even thought to traveled to this location.
(Ha Ha). In your dreams, these cachers do.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Out today with sorceysal to clean up some caches in the area but mainly to complete this series.
Ha Ha! Another multi with a twist. After quite some time that puzzle wouldn't co-operate. Years of puzzle solving came to the fore and a well worthwhile suggestion (2 really) proved worthwhile.
Then I read those numbers in the wrong order which led to absolutely nothing. PACO straightened the number order out and then another large well stocked container was found -phew!
This deserves a FP for a cache that will not be forgotten.

Out with 6hinemoa2 to finish the Bambra series and clean up a few caches along the way. This was mean and took us about 20 minutes to complete the puzzle with a bit of help. Off to gz. Nope …. wrong numbers. Try again. A quick PAf and we realised our mistake. Thanks Chris and Lorraine for an interesting field puzzle that had us thinking for a while. A fave of course.
Always wondered how a multi would work this deep in the bush.
Well I soon understood.
At first I thought I'd be here for hours.
Then likely logic had me solving fairly quickly.
I was not overly confident with my GZ.
As it turned out I was wrong and spot on.

Mum! Guess what?! I solved a puzzle by myself! And a tricky field puzzle at that! Lots of sorting and shuffling later and some likely looking coordinates were in hand. Proudly shuffled off to get the treasure. My four brain cells are still capable of some good things it seems! TFTC
Wow, this field puzzle turned out to be a challenge. However, observation and thinking prevailed, and after what felt like an hour if not more, we had the coords. Phew!
No such issues at GZ where we were very pleased with another decent-sized container full of swaps for youngsters. Thank you for the workout, that deserves a FP!

I got a call today, asking if I was interested in finding a few caches. Sounds good to me, so off we headed. The car ride was enjoyable, in the company on the Na'wal family. I had cached in this area before and I was looking forward to returning here.
Wow , what a frustrating hide this turned out to be. If I had any hair , I would have tore it out !! Eventually we had what we needed, woohoo !! Thanks for the brain workout... TFTC The_Tritonz

With such a nice looking day weather wise, the little Na'wals and I decided to go out on an adventure down the coast and then through Bambra. DAB was interested too and wanted to get out of the house so we picked him up on the way and took off down the coast. It was a bit cool with the wind but it was a great day out exploring.
After some fun on the coast, our attention took us in land into the Bambra bush. Such a great area through here. After some snags for lunch, we took off to do some more caches. This one was soon found and the field puzzle was started. The geo boy had no interest in this one, so DAB, the geo daughter and I studied what needed to be done at the car. Hmmm, this had us stumped and little miss gave up. We ended up starting again and after about 15 minutes, we finally had some numbers. The cache was found quickly.
**Thanks to The Tritonz for hiding this cache for us to find and enjoy**

Well that took a while for Washboard and I to solve but got there in the end and the co-ords revealed themselves. The cache was soon in hand. A fav from me.
What fun. Robynonthego and moi. 2 brains found the circle. A terrific cache thankyou
My plan for the day was to find multi caches then head elsewhere, once I realised the effort to get here in a low vehicle I decided to work through the series.
A tricky way to get coords but persistance payed off in the end. Locating the cache was much easier.
Log signed and replaced as found
Thanks for the Bambra series The_Tritonz

BFMC put out a call for some company and was planning a first to find hunt much further afield than Banbra but when the cache was found the plans changed. I had also been held up in Melbourne not getting home till very late too allowing Neville_devil to join us finishing up his normal Friday night activities. By the time we got going the Bambra series was chosen as out destination and one last journey in my car before it was returned next week.
The three all huddled around the field puzzle (I always like field puzzles) all having input of solving it. It may have taken us a little while to complete what I am sure the kids would have done in no time . Then when we got to GZ it was my 100th large cache too.
Thank you The_Tritonz for a really enjoyable multi and a favourite from me

Cache Log: A large multi with a field puzzle? So many things to like about this cache. Given we had ticked over to Saturday, this find also brings up 300 days on my find streak. This is far from the first time a single caching trip has netted me 2 streak days. I like being a night owl. We fortunately made relatively short work of the field puzzle and interpreted the results correctly. FP for the field puzzle
Trip log: Our plans to head down to the western districts for a FTF got scuttled when it was found earlier in the day, so sims_family, neville_devil and myself decided to venture out anyway and with a batch of recent caches around here that none of us had found, this was the chosen location. Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable series, doing it in the dark was even more fun.

This cache came as a surprise
And after the initial look of "How the 'eck am I going to solve this one ??",
a bit of logic was applied,
and the pieces magically fell into place after about a minute [^]
I skipped off to GZ for a satisfyingly large dose of a cache

Amidst the myriad of summer sporting scores, relating to games, sets, innings, wickets, runs etc etc, it was interesting to post a 19/1/19 for the caches we visited in the very good company of Alansee, au.fait and Muzza today - a great team!
Yes we all went round and round with this one, getting nowhere! It was a real lifeline, when au.fait offered us some valuable help.
Thanks to 'The_Tritonz' for a very interesting and varied series.

After the first event in Colac I teamed up with Phetlern, Alansee and au.fait for the rest of the day's caching, in and around the area. We all spent a LOT of time with the puzzle, before finally heading off to GZ for a quick find. If that was a kids puzzle, I'd hate to try an adult puzzle.
My thanks for the cache, The_Tritonz.
My thanks for the cache, The_Tritonz.
I was with a group on this series and we all failed! this one! We tried everything but the right way. We were able to get to the final though thanks to the goodness of the owners. Whether they know it or not! A nice size container too.
After attending the 2 events in Colac this morning we set out on a day of very successful caching. I continued with Phetlern, while Alansee travelled with Muzza and proceeded in tandem this way all day. Just as well we had some help from the CO or we might still be sitting in s circle trying to make the circle. Lots of circling round but going nowhere TFTC The Tritonz
After calling into the "Little Chapel" on my way down here the GPS decided to take me on a very roundabout way to get to the closest cache in this series.
I should have known better as it is not the first time it has led me astray.
Turning off at Wensleydale Road I got to within 3.5 km but I kept running into dead ends and then decided to ask for help from Google which did help but it took me 25 minutes to finally arrive near the middle of these caches. Don't do as I did go to Bambra, much easier.
As I was not at one end of this series I just started and drove along the road that had the most caches that I could see and ended up here. Gee the bush is dry and not much water around though I did see some.
Soon worked out what needed to be done and then on to the cache. Happy to find a large container.
Thanks to The_Tritonz for placing these guys.

Another lovely day in the Otways collecting caches as I enjoy being in the bush. Well I was enjoying my day until I came across this puzzle. I was definitely not on the right mindset today as there was no way I could piece this together Next time I will come with someone with better skills TFTC The Tritonz
Unsure what to find here, soon coming across something I had not seen before. Well this one stumped me, was here q good half an hour and not once did I really get any closer. Just kept on going round in circles. Maybe that is why it's called the circle. Soon some divine intervention helped and I was on my way to a well stocked and large GZ!
A fave point for stumping me!

Found It....Joint FTF.....While Mr H_3 was finishing up work the notifications came in and Mrs H_3 put the call in to hurry him up. So a quick pack up at work then a flying trip home to pick up the other team member and we where off. Driving down the street it was noticed that the Geo Ute aka the work ute was in need of fuel to enable our return trip so a F1 style pit stop was made and we were back on the road (still struggling with road works). After bumping into Suscoe at the last cache we teamed up to get the remainder of caches in the area, After Suscoe doing the majority of the required work we headed into the bush in search of GZ and soon enough we where standing there and a quick search soon had the container in hand so with the blank log sheet filled with our names we continued onto the next one. Thanks The_Tritonz for the cache
JOINT FIRST TO FIND SUSCOE AND H_3
Suscoe headed out down Bambra way this afternoon as soon as the car could be packed for the trip after the notification arrived.
A pleasant trip with light traffic was had and soon Suscoe met up with H_3 on the road through the bushland where these caches had been published.
It was an unexpected surprise to find H_3 here and it was great to wander these roads with them to collect some caches on a pleasant Tuesday later afternoon.
Thanks to The_Tritonz for this cache.
