This area seems to be a popular stopping spot these days for the caravan and campers using the waste disposal do dad thing just up from the big information board. This cache was another much driven past and never stopped at one so this will clear a heap more off the map with todays effort. There was a nice big caravan pulled over for its elevensies cup of tea and a bicky. Caravaners are very set in their ways, always see them pulling over and having their lil picnics in the rest areas.

Found it. Today is our 53 wedding anniversary and we are going out to lunch in Pt. Elliot
Decided to cache along the way but have been pulled apart by bushes and fallen into soggy ground so we will not look too tidy when we finally arrive

7years of full time travelling and we have only been to Victor Harbor once when we were staying in Kuitpo Forest in 2014. Time for a longer stay this year. Yesterday we were riding about on the train.

Just a day at the van today so we ducked out to find a few caches before lunch today. Nicely placed cache.

Out and about in Victor Harber today for main purpose seeing Dr Lud thought I would do a few cache

Every good dump requires a good geocache. Sneaky little hide. FP from me.

I have checked this one and all as it should be. Velcro nothing to do with this hide. Although cache is close by.

A cleverly constructed hide! Nearly DNF it again hehe but it was here this time and I eventually spotted something that looked a little suspicious! Sure enough And I then had the cache in hand! Thanks for placing and maintaining this hide for us mogni!

can’t believe how close we were all along after coming to look three times
was just about to give up and knew we needed one last look and success! Loved this one super tricky TFTC

I too was tricked by some nearby evidence of a cache placement but found also after looking a little further

Another find on my way home from a great walk to Deep Creek Cove. TFTC mogni. I thought the cache was missing when I saw evidence of a previous hide but a little bit of further investigation revealed the clever hide.

Nice little hidong spot, took us a little bit bit got there in the end

Somehow I ended up being lucky enough to have a day out caching with erine14
My goal was to head south to Victor way[^] as it's been a long time since I've seen the southern areas
Had a fantastic day with Rex enjoying the day out almost as much as we did
I had 1 DNF at the 2nd cache of the day however every other cache was found so 10 finds in all

DNF! Had a pretty good search as we all know that I do not like DNFs
Hopefully I make it back to find this cache another day![^]

A bit tricky for us today

Finally found this one, we came back today after a trip to Hallet Cove. Took a bit of thinking but finally successful. TFTC

All I found were some HUGE ants. Almost spider size. I’ll post a photo but it probably doesn’t show the size comparison which I will forever have a photo of in my brain. Didn’t want the cache anyway
Next cachers be careful.
Also, the hint doesn’t help when weeds have taken over verywhere.

Whew, man! This was a toughie. We spent about 10 minutes, working over this spot until Mrs. iowaPete noticed a bit of color that wasn't natural....

BINGO! Cache in hand. [^] That is VERY well hidden. It's also in great shape. Clean, dry log sheet to sign. We added our name to the growing list, then made sure we returned it to its hidey hole exactly like we found it.

Wow. If this is how they're all hidden in Victor Harbor, we've got our work cut out for us!

After walking around for a bit I finally gave away my preconceived idea of where the cache would be and looked somewhere else. Instantly I had the pride in hand and our name in the log book

This location had too many choices (and not the obvious one), so it took a little while to spot the cache.

TFTC very sneaky though it took a while. Hint helps.

We were held up for a while with a Muggle making a dump at the dump point but otherwise a straightforward find.

Today my target was to hit my next big milestone. I also wanted to get 10 Freddo caches, I am attempting to get to 350 Freddo finds by the end of the year. I think I got 8 in the end, 10 was a bit too ambitious given all the other things that needed to be done today. My list tells me I still have 360 odd to find so a long way off ever being anything near Freddovarna.
I did however make it to 9000 caches and had a nice day out. Saw lots of wildlife including a ginormous bull. The weather was a bit weird but definitely much better than yesterday.
Managed to make my on time arrival at Marion shopping centre at 3.30pm if only I had all the day light hours for caching....
So once the Freddo business was out of the way (this took up most of my caching allowance) I headed to Mogni territory, I think I hit 100 Mogni finds today.
Didn't need any tourist info today no time for doing anything other than caching! TFTC mogni nice quick find here.

Who doesn't like to find a cache in a rock garden ? Using logic a quick find.
after voting i came up to find a few caches in victor harbour. After doing some multi's on route and quite a few detours getting here, i only got as close as the two nearby trails before heading home ( with a few more detours ) in the dark. quick find.
