It's a beautiful spring day and the deadly treadlies need some dusting off. TNLN SL TFTCSubmitted via Garmin Live Geocaching
Looked past it 3 times then noticed a the container took so much wiggle and manipulating to get it out of its spot as someone had shoved a rock blocking it TFTC
We packed the ebikes and headed to the big smoke for a couple of days. While Mr Morris conducted some business, Lady Morris joined the CO and hit the trails. Despite the smells, the blunt pencils and all the works going on - it was a great morning's ride. Thanks for adding the trail Robmc
Spent the morning with Chewinprickes on our deadly treadlies completing a maintenance run on the FT and KCT trails. All caches are now in good condition and ready to be found.Robmc.
Had a nice day traversing parts of my old stamping ground, and reliving memories fast dissapearing into the past. Thanks Robmc
Caching buddy: Me, myself and I I was indecisive about riding to this one for a few minutes.. I really should get back to the car.. but oh, just 1 more!! Lol CiH was great... I also spotted my future parking spot for the next batch of caches!Thank you Robmc, for creating, placing and maintaining this cache. I have enjoyed finding it and visiting this spot.Follow my story on Instagram @AlphaDeltaIndigo
The weather looked like it was going to be nice to us today so it was decided to head to the other side of town. We encountered a couple of snakes but they weren't interested in us and slithered off home. Most finds were made although we did have to leave a couple and search for them on the way back and a couple of others seem to be missing. We got a little bamboozled with the tracks but it was a lovely day to be out and about. Thanks for placing all these caches for us to find.
It was a lovely day for a scooter ride! I encountered tiger snakes on the path twice in different locations, and I had to swerve my scooter to avoid them quickly. Thankfully, I narrowly missed them! I ended up with a pretty bad sunburn by the end of the day. Robmc, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area.
I arrived at GZ after the short walk here from my previous find. I managed to find this cache quickly and easily as it was in the exact spot I expected it to be, something which hasn't always worked out for me today. I quickly opened the container and signed the log before placing it back in its simple little hidey hole. Due to running low on space on my line in the log sheet, I shortened my name to 'PagC' when I signed it. Thank you CO for placing this cache along with the many others in this series along this pathway. I have been thoroughly enjoying my time finding them and exploring this area of Melbourne I have never been before.TFTC
Todays mission is to grab enough caches to get the solstice souvenir. With that in mind I looked at the map to find a nice cluster of twelve or more with out to much of a walk and somewhere I could park. This little bit of the Federation Trail and Kororoit Creek Trail seemed to fill my requirements and had a plenty of extras if the dreaded DNF occurred. With all that in mind I parked around 2pm and headed off.The cache name says it all here I didn't even need to get the GPS out to find the cache.Thank you Robmc for the series and the opportunity to get the latest souvenir
Great find along the fed trail trying to get some smileys closer to home. TFTC!
I found this cache today on my 35,000 step walk from Sunshine to Laverton via the Kororoit Creek Trail and the Federation Trail. After doing 3 caches to the NE. I was now heading SW towards Laverton. Thanks from D B-A
Out and about with My good caching mate Omegaman1971, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles.
This is one of the caches found today.
Thanks Robmc for the cache.

Have had my eyes on the Federation Trail series of caches for a while so was grateful for the caching opportunity that presented itself today. With SpursNorth in company, we started on Fitzgerald Road and finished the day at Altona Gate shopping centre for a well deserved snack before heading home.
A blustery but mostly pleasant Friday afternoon minus the intermittent unbearable stench along the trail. With thanks to Robmc for placing and maintaining a variety of caches.

Out for the day geocaching with my brother Ketchthor. Some good spots threw out the day and no DNFs which was amazing. TFTC
In the middle of a 70km bike ride to pick up a hiking bag. I passed by and just suspected "there must be a geocache here". Sure enough there was indeed.
Met ConnieandRick here to start off what was to be a fun day as always and after parking nearby we set off to find caches. Thanks Robmc for placing this cache and contributing to this great game. Happy trails, Deanside
Stopped by here this afternoon, parked in a spot that wasn’t exactly public but no-one seemed to mind. Found the cache, signed the log and then headed on my way home…..via the carpark that was the M80 today.
Thanks for placing the cache Robmc.

Quick and easy find, now that we've got our caching eye locked in for the day!!
Something looked a little out of place (a pole turtle comes to mind!!) and sure enough, there was the cache!
Cache and log in good condition, all signed and replaced as found.

In the area with some time to kill so decided to walk a section of the trail and pick up a few caches. A nice quick find to start off with before crossing the road and heading along the trail.
Found this one without any trouble. The log was full, so I added a sheet from my note pad. It's not rainproof paper, so may not last the distance.
Many thanks to Robmc for the cache.
Many thanks to Robmc for the cache.
We resisted the temptation to restock sweet supplies from the store nearby and headed to this cache instead. The camo needed a little persistence to reveal the cache. The log was quite wet. TFTC
So last night I called up BackPAQer and like you do.. I said lets go find some caches...
so after some debate on which trail we would tackle we decided to FT and KCT track.
So early morning start with two scooter and BackPAQer and myself hit the trails.
Hot day for it considering it is spring.. 33C out there today..
Day started badly with two Did Not Finds in the first three...
But we ended up with 27 Finds and 7 Did Not Finds and picked up a trackable
It was a fun day out and even managed a great lunch and a pint in Yarraville to break up the day.
Thanks to RobMC for the trail. Sorry for the generic logs
Thanks for the cache and the hide
log book has been signed and returned

Knowing I had a trip out here for work I put the scooter in the car for this trail after work. Plenty of smells out here with the various factories around.
Another quick find here.
Thanks to Robmc for the fun and the adventure.

I'd spent the day yesterday at the Grand Final.
I left the car in the CBD.
So back I went on the treddly to pick it up.
Great morning for a ride and some smiley's.
Another one of the list here.
Thanks for the fun!

It has been a while with all the cold rainy winter weekends that we have gone a scooter ride but my smallest geokid and I headed out today to this trail. The weather was almost perfect and there was a small section I needed to revisit to avenge a couple DNF's I had a while ago as well. There were quite a few "interesting" smells emanating from some of the industrial areas.
After a long search at the previous cache it was nice to make a quick find here. My kid was onto it before me.
Thanks Robmc for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

I've taken a right-hand turn, and am now cycling along the Federation Trail. There's a few caches back there I might get to on the way back. In the mean time...
Thanks heaps, Robmc.

Nothing better than going geocaching to celebrate the last day of school holidays! TFTC
I love this trail, perfect for kids. Very easy find. Look out for spiders!
Total of 14 logs found today. Final calculations Cam 6 - Steph 7. We both agreed this last find was a joint effort and would not count towards the final score. Gg miss Steph, this isn’t the end!
Today's 'brief' stint was an 18km (we thought it would be about 10) walk which took us nearly 5 hrs, along a bike track, my bike is currently in pieces.
By this point, day1976 was finding all the caches while I sat down whenever we stopped.

Found with ilukaperi on a short day stint in Melbourne's western suburbs.
Only really one spot where it could be.

Wow, with the junction to the freeway closed nearby, the road is really busy. But got here eventually

Day Five: Wangaratta to Drysdale
The missing Victorian LGAs
I was aiming for Hobsons Bay here, and got Wyndham instead. Both are on my to do list, so it’s all good.
Thanks yet again Robmc.

Out with au.fait & xambo4u, we were doing the FT trail and part of the KCT trail. We had a great day with lots of talk and laughter. Easy find. Thanks Robmc.
Out and about with echidna44 and au_fait for the day doing the bike trail here. We left one car at one end and one at the other. Enjoyed good company, weather excellent and mostly success was gained. This was a quick find by au-fait this time, which was good after the last DNF. Cache in excellent condition. Thanks for our journey Robmc
Out today in the excellent company of echidna44 and xambo4u on an overcast but fine day. Just perfect for doing a length of the Federation Trail. Another easy find which I was first to see TFTC Robmc
First find of the day as we start our journey on this cold Sunday lockdown. TFTC! H&C
Got no pen! Found it on the way walking to Mccas. I dropped my work car for tyres replacement and didnt have any coworker close by to pick me up. It's cold and lock down️
Quick find. Thanks for this trail! We saved it for a rainy day! That day is today
Suscoe decided to wander along the Fed Trail this morning to see what we could find.
With the car parked a little further north, this became the first stop.
A quick find which was a good way to start the day.
Thanks to Robmc for this hide.
