Parked over opposite and crossed over to make a quick find before continuing off along SH99, TFTC
I was expecting this to be in a different location that fit the title, but I was just as happy to make the easy find. TFTC.
Travelling around South Island for 2 weeks while in NZ. Finding caches here and there. Found cache and signed log. TFTC
Spending 2 days in Invercargill and have set aside one day to do the Pengi geoart and other caches along the way. Great weather today to be roaming the countryside. Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining the caches we visited today.
Did a maintenance check on this as an experienced cacher posted a DNF. It had a replacement creep of 1m from original spot so I have added a clue. Maybe they need to go to specsavers!!
Out and about grabbing some caches between showers.
All signed with full names, hz + hm, or h+h.
Thank you for placing this cache.

Finally an opportunity to reduce our solved puzzle list and pick up trades as we went. The rain didn't dampen our spirits and a good day caching was had. TFTC
Invading Invercargill with Gadget169 for a weekend of caching and 2 events.
This one was on our list after leaving Riverton and heading up and around, making our way to Invercargill for our first event...The GeoDuck Race. Nice quick find here TFTC

We are slowly heading back home after finishing the hump ridge track , picking up few caches on the way. It was an incredible three days of pure magic. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it.
Pretty straight forward find here. TFTC

I left 4Clubs in the car and made the dash over the road and luckily found the cache super quickly. I'm not a fan of cobwebs so glad it was in the first place I looked. TFTC
This was the first of our stops for the day. Not immediately obvious, but with a bit of thought it was located. Early in the morning, so not too much traffic. Thanks for placing this. Found with Debsnz.
Initially went for the object in the name until we looked at the GPS which had us at a different object and then a reasonably quick find in an obvious spot
Coordinates a little out with this one ! With a little thought we searched elsewhere and there it was !

Another nice quick find as we head back into Invercargill, traffic is finally building up, must be those poor Sunday workers who are finally heading home. TFTC

#18883. Made hard work of this find. Got there in the end, and then decided next stop was our lodgings in Invercargill (time to put our feet up for a bit and have a well earned coffee). TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ en route from Te Anau to Invercargill, using the scenic route, of course. A beautiful day after a cold start, perfect for caching.
We were obviously getting tired, or maybe the spiderwebs were putting us off because despite this cache being in the obvious place, it took a while to find. Good to finally get our names in the log book. Must be time for a coffee . TFTC.

Got this one snagged and tagged on my way past. Cheers.
Monday 2 November. Headed out to Otautau today. Another cool overcast day this morning at 8deg. Toby lets get exploring!
Toby, Zara and I are on a 3 week geo adventure of Cromwell, Southland, Catlins, Balclutha with a day in Dunedin and quick stop in Timaru. With Lenny, my trusty navigator and TBD my companion/mascot. we managed to visit lots of green boxes, now happy faces with the odd sad one. Did some LABs , earth caches, virtuals and wherigos, all chucked into the mix to rack up 500 odd caches. Lots of kilometers, lots of exploring and lots of fun. Thanks to all COs for our wonderful experience.

These are very attractive signs which I hadn't noticed before today but did over the following few. Nice to have a seat to complete the admin. TFTC # 15,483
Found on a caching two day journey into Central Otago and Southland with Bitsprayer. Really enjoyed the challenge of the puzzle caches and the many hours spent to unravel the coordinates. Also great to travel along the many roads in the area. Many thanks to the various cache owners for placing and maintaining their caches. TFTC
Had a great day out and about caching in Southland area today, many thanks to all the cache placer's.Thanks Bitsprayer

This weekend is my last chance to access the vault for the Mystery at the Museum.
Time to get this. Usually as I travel here on this side of the road it is farewell, though I sometimes take the back road where there is no signage at the boundary.
Today it was welcome, u turn, cache, farewell, then later tonight after the event it will be welcome.
Thanks for the smilie southlandicebergs.

We saved this cache for a rainy day, knowing there would be a challenge or a dot day when we'd really need it, today was the rainy day! We headed out to Otautau late this evening to start fulfilling the requirements of the Mystery at the Museum, we've cached the area almost bare so things are starting to be a little more difficult to fulfill without involving a roadtrip. On the way home at about 10.45PM we stopped and found this cache. After reading previous logs about all the spideys I was more than happy to stand back and let Tuitigger take the lead Easy find. TFTC
Thought we would save this for a dot day....
Five months after publication, plenty of dot days have since passed...
After a venture out to Otautau tonight, we thought we would get the required Shadow on the way past as part of the Museum challenge, even though it's not a dot day.

This one did not sit well with Sonya due to her arachnophobia but it was quickly located and log signed. TFTC [^]
On holiday in motorhome, so happy we could park here for a cache. After I had put my fingers in many spider webs, hubby comes along and puts his hand straight on it. Thanks for the cache southlandicebergs.
Came out this was as a detour on our way home.
A quick park and grab for us tonight!

A bad dream can't get back to sleep. Check email oh ...ok a wee road trip. Throw puppa in car as we're passing Donovans Park the whimpering starts. Noooo no walk the sun hasn't risen yet sheesh we're on a mission!! Not the first to sign the book but first log (so for others there's no rush enjoy your Sunday morning I'm covered in cobwebs hopefully not containing spiders! tftc
Looked at nearby caches last night and this wasn't there, so when I switched to 'live map' this morning, I was confused until I realised it was a new cache. We weren't first (we were fast asleep when it was found) but happy to be third when so far away from home. In fact this trip we've had a first, a second and now a third to find!

Working on some personal goals and this *FTF* cache isn't far away from the thread I have been spinning the last couple of months. The first thing spotted was the new Aluminum signs the Southland District council replaced the old signs with last year or so, taking out two (three) local caches. The magnetic mint tin was soon in hand in a place not many squeamish peeps would look first as the Irish curtains were white and willowy. The wee book took some extraction, and while it is in a good weather proof place, a baggy does often help to grip the logbook when the cache owner uses his sneaky magnets that take up a bit of room in the cache. It will save impatient peeps from ripping the log book or just squishing it in. Really?? who's still putting lollies in the caches? I will pop a wee baggy in sometime as I have a good supply of them, and yes they will all have numbers stuck on them. The cache was returned to hide and since it was still a luvly morning, a possie on the walkway was sought on the bridge to watch the sensational sun rise come up, the smoke from all the fires can be clearly seen out to sea. Leaving just as the dogs started up at the kennels and the roosters cleared their throats at the chook houses. Thanks for the new cache SIB. *Day 10 of February galloping through my 1300th cache.*
*Added a baggy.*
