At the beginning of my caching career, GreenGecko1 laid out an agenda of caching each capital city. I'm happy to report 6 states down and only one to go.This weekend was our allocated visit time, unfortunately it arrived on the back of the recent Dunedin Mega epic.Arriving in town Thursday night at 11pm, we grabbed our hire car and set off.We have arrived at the FOTT series and we expected this to be a full on 4WD collection. In parts it was and others much easier. Sorry I don't have any specific notes but recall mostly easy finds at GZ with coords generally quite good no replacements required and caches in good condition.Caches signed as either Muggle65 or M65.
Muggle65 and l have only 1 day and a few hours left in WA. We have culled this series down to a few DTs that are in short supply in Qld. We also targeted a few multis, letterboxes and WIGs. Caches were generally in good condition. Thank you for a slow fun drive through the bush.
After one month without a geocaching car, I finally took a day to hit the trails again. With my recent favourite podcasts episodes ready and lunch, snacks packed and hot coffee in the thermos, I set out for a full day out in nature. Total geocaches found: 100Time traveled to first cache: 1h 24minFirst geocache logged: 8:26 Last geocache logged: 16:43Time traveled home 1h 12minTotal of kangaroos: 4Total of lost sheep: 1Total of snakes: 1 (dead)Total of flies: 0Total episodes of podcasts listened: 10TFTC
Kiwinic and myself have packed the car and left Albany for a geocaching weekend. We are here to do the 4wd series and grab a few others on our way. Another quick find. TFTC
Today in Perth for work, I headed out with Barnzy12 for a days caching. We headed out to the Mundaring State Forest to try and find as many of the 4wd FOTT caches as we could, we came away with 147 finds. With a 2wd car and these caches being on the bush tracks we managed to find most of the trail. All the caches found and are in good condition Thanks for the series
A new toy so decided to give it a run. Absolutely no issue with the car as was more clearance than 4WD needed. Stayed over night to have a second run the next day.TFTC
On our Australian trip . After started for some days in Darwin we are on the road to Perth now .On the Road after Katherine we have seen Edith Falls, Kunnurra and Bungles Bungle. Finally we cross the Pentecost-river to enter the Gibb RiverRoad . A lot to see like Emma Falls, El Questro, Mitchel Falls, Manning Gorge, Galvans Gorge, Bell Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge .Now return on the sealed road again . Further over Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, a sidekick to Karijini NP, Exmouth, Coral Bay, Carnarvan, Geraldton, Ellendale Pool, Lake Indoon, Cervantes, Yanchep NP and the rest down the coast to Perth .Uihuuu... cool .We have seen long ago this track and have done all the homework at home (most of it did Mrs. Muggefuerz ).Now we are on track and "I" have a lot of fun .Next found .TFTC# 17'492
Last one!Basing ourselves in York for a few days gave us a great opportunity to head out in the forest for the 4WD FOTT series. We had a late start to the day, waiting out some early morning rain. Ending up a great day, despite the long day and my persistent headache, definitely a great series. We were lucky with mostly dry roads, still water about in places, but passed through some interesting roads of much variety. Lots of wildlife, wildflowers and a beautiful bush setting. A really enjoyable day tackling the many road types and their obstacles. We took 12 hours to complete the series in a relaxed time and caching on late to get as many caches in a day, stopping just before midnight on our way back to York. Thanks for the cache!
Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. A great day out with Aquilus1 to get the FOTT 4WD geo art and some other local caches. An excellent day with lots of challenges including rain in the morning, sand, fallen trees, 4WD erosion gullies, puddles and wildlife.Didn't start the day until 11am due to scattered showers, but then ended up caching until midnight.By midnight we had collected 204 caches with just 2 people and 1 car, breaking my old daily record of 131.The caches were all excellent in condition, accurate and fun to find. No DNFs for the whole day.I wonder how many we could have found if we had started at 12am?TFTC FOTT
Now on to a road with a name that sounds like a bad joke but if it involves a cuppa I'm for it. 026 found. TFTC FOTT.
Our 2nd and final day to chip away at some more of this series. The puzzles were a lot of fun to solve, however we probably would need four or five visits to be able to collect the entire series. Without a four-wheel-drive, we did a mixture of driving today and also walked about 15 km. This allowed us to collect quite a few, but also to have some exercise out in the bush. It was peaceful doing some of these on foot. All of them were found very quickly and in good condition. Thanks FOTT for this great geo-art and fun out on the trails. Domsky
Torneremo domani. Lascio un ultimo Favorito su questa.Ciao e grazie. #10671Today we leave from Perth towards York where we will stay 3 nights so we can get lost in Wandoo Park. We don't pretend to do all the caches in this series but as many as possible, especially looking for those with high T. We couldn't afford a 4x4 and we opted for a compact 2-wheel drive hoping not to have too many difficulties on sandy tracks. This is the twentieth and last of the day spent in this beautiful park. In the end we will have walked almost 10km under the scorching sun, but the beauty of the place has alleviated the fatigue. We'll be back tomorrow.I'll leave one last PF on this one.Hello and thanks. #10671
Day 2 of our camping trip was another full of day caching smashing out the remained of the 4x4 geo art with great success followed by relaxing at Lake Leschenaultia for a swim.Tftc thanks for a great adventure.TPT
Out finally for a few days to finish these awesome caches before any more fires come through. Found a few dnf from our last trip. Most of them quick finds. A couple a bit longer. But well worth it. Thanks to CO for placing them. A long day today
Heading out today with the crew and Signing as SLICK G’s today (SirFancy, Lachlan177, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA, Kapelula and Geotrakka)
This is my 4364 find.
Thank you FellowshipOfTheTrail for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)
The “SLICK G’s” hit up the FOTT trail for a long weekend adventure. Rendezvous was in Sawyers Valley at 6.30am. Team GLICKs was comprised of Geotrakka, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA and Kapelula. Thanks to all the COs, and in particular the FellowshipOfTheTrail, for today’s entertainment. Cheers FellowshipOfTheTrail!
Join me at the 10th anniversary of WAGB in Narrogin on Friday 2 June to Monday 5 June 2023. There’ll be plenty of geocaching fun to be had, I can’t wait to see you there!

Spending the day out in the hills grabbing the FOTT GO BUSH 4WD series.
The planning started in December and this was the first weekend that was available and so the date was set.
Early in the morning the SLICK G’s (SirFancy, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Kapelula, Geotrakka & myself) met up in Sawyers Valley and piled into the 4x4’s and headed in.
It was an amazing day out with all caches found without issues.
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for placing 4WD 026 FOTT Go Bush for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 15:17 on 5/3/2023.
This is find number 6871 for me.

A plan was made in January for a caching day on the March long weekend. Today is the day! So here we are out tackling the 4WD FOTT trail and other caches in the area with Sir Fancy, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA and Geotrakka. Some logs signed SLICK Gs. TFTH!
During the lockdowns of 2020 we solved this series in anticipation that one day we would be able to visit WA to collect them all. Now in 2022 we have finally headed west to cache here for the very first time.
We set off from York early in light misty rain but luckily it didn’t last longer than 1/2 an hour, allowing us to complete the series today.
Wandoo National Park was alive with spring wildflowers, hundreds of different varieties in so many colours that it was a delight to cache here. WA certainly have the best wildflowers.
We methodically moved through each track, taking care with ruts and wash outs, small and large puddles and chicken tracks around fallen trees in our hire 4WD which handled it beautifully, that is until we only had 2 x 2.5 terrain caches left. Then disaster struck! Previous logs mention Beekeeper Rd being in the worst shape, which as far as rutty track’s go, it probably is but SURRY Rd (or is it SLURRY Rd?) is the boggiest, wet track after all the recent rain and we highly recommend people AVOID it until it has dried up. After GC83CXE the track was getting worse and worse so we tried to do a u-turn but it was too late, we were bogged. Luckily for us we belong to a great caching community so help was at hand and we lived to tell the tale.
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for all the work put into this series, we certainly had an adventure today.

Nice weekend out to York to tackle some of the FOTT 4WD Go Bush series as well as check out lovely York. Nice easy finds on all the caches, found approx 156/187 throughout the weekend, no DNFs on all caches tackled....all in great order.
The 4WDing was a little hairy at times but never any worries or doubts in the Cruiser, Beekeeper Rd was probably the worst of it....the scenery was absolutely amazing! What a great area....the weather was perfect for this time of year, no rain, no flies, no mozzies! Started raining on Sunday as we were finding the last of the day before heading back to reality...perfect!
We have added some photos of our journey around the tracks to make up for our generic logs sorry, never had to log 180 finds once we got back to reception before!
TFTC FellowshipOfTheTrail for bringing us out here, you managed to combine Pazzas love of 4Wding and Sazzas love of geocaching to make for an awesome weekend!! we will be back to tackle the rest of these.
PS Saz part of sazpazza thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of solving all of these with only a PAF on 3 of them, thanks for making it even more fun! There will definitely be loads of FPs for a great time
Enjoyed a wine after a wonderful, fun-filled weekend!

Staying in Beverley and doing some caching with ilook4geo. Today was a day of glorious weather to go and find some of the 4WD FOTT Go Bush series. This was an easy find in the indicated position. After both names were added to the log, all was put back into place before we moved on.
At one stage we burst out laughing when we saw the name of the road we were on, as it was just so appropriate for the conditions. FellowshipOfTheTrail gets our thanks for placing this fun series of caches.

Enjoyed the drive through the Wandoo National Park and exploring this area with goingplaces2. The caches were easy to find thanks to the hints. The tracks were fun and we bagged a good collection of caches. TFTC.
Back on the trail again today in this beautiful place with Redruthguy. Thanks for setting this up.
Out caching with geotrakka and getting some FOTT caches converted to smileys. Thanks so much to the FOTT guys for this bush adventure and especially to the best bush driver in all of WA, geotrakka. Tons of emu and kangaroos out today. Such a beautiful area

Back for another days adventure along the tracks of Wandoo. This time showing Pilotjen some Aussie bushland. Kangaroos and emus all out on show today for her even saw a wedge tail eagle. Nice cool day - I love it out here. Thanks to the FOTT for placing this magnificent series in this beautiful place.
I finished my 2 months roadtrip and before starting work I wanted to continue 4wd caching. I found most of them fairly quickly except in two puzzles I had done a mistake with numbers and my coordinates were wrong. Both errors were corrected quickly and caches were found. I like this small excitement driving here when I cannot be sure am I going to get through or not. Luckily I didn't get stuck even some parts were in quite bad condition. Tftc!
Worked out the majority of the puzzles while I was sick over 2 days then decided to go out and find some today. The puzzles were fun and found all the caches quickly. TFTC
Today we headed out for some 4wdriving and caching around these parts. With the geokids keen on adventure we decided to grab some of the caches that have been on our to do list for a longtime. All found in good condition. Thanks for placing for us to find.
pug002 found it 8/5/21 got the date wrong for our first lot but we had a lovely day it was dark when we finally got onto Yarra Road, still have more to do but that will be if we get a lockdown and aren't able to go down into the city. TFTF FOTT
8/1/2021 late log due to account splitting. Found with team W.L.M. Permission from CO to log these finds.
Back today to pick up the remaining couple of dozen hides I didn’t get to yesterday.
Thanks for the cache FellowshipOfTheTrail.
Found on 24/3/21 at 08:43.

An excellent day of caching in the forest. I didn’t think it was going to be as hot but the temperature gauge bounced between 39-40C for most of the day.
I ended up with 90 finds for the day before negotiating the rabbit warren of tracks back to Yarra Rd.
TFTC Fellowship of the Trail - you all have created an cracker of a series and some seriously good geo-art!

Teamed up with our family to conquer this series. With all the puzzles solved we had a great weekend in the forest locating the caches. Log signed as W.L.M. (WayneO, Leonie1971, Molibako).
Thanks Fellowship Of The Trail for the series and the adventure.

Thank you! The PUPP team (papillon367, ullyssia and Photo-Play) headed out on a rather nice summer's day to tackle the FOTT. I enjoyed travelling along the tracks, admiring the views at the top of the various hills, seeing the vegetation change at the bottom, and checking out some nice granite outcrops.
I thought we might get half of the series done, but was super happy when we managed to find 151 of the FOTTs, and a nearby traditional. All caches were in good condition, and most were found without too much trouble, though we did have one DNF which I hope to rectify at some point, perhaps when we head back to complete the series.

Found it. TFTC The Fellowship of The Trial. Signed the log as “PUPP” (papillon367, ullyssia and Photo-Play) We joined up and formed a gang to tackle this series. Planning was a few weeks prior so we put our order in for perfect weather. It was a great drive through this area and nice to get up close to a few of the locals. Most caches were quick finds except one. The track was acceptable with a few obstacles and detours. Although we are not complete, this is a fantastic series with about 150 completed today. We’ll be back to finish off. Thanks for bringing us to this area. There’s going to be a lot of generic logs here, sorry.
A quick find here. Thank you for the cache and for the fun series Fellowship Of The Trail! Apologies for the generic logs…
Photo-Play, ullyssia and I teamed up to start this series and we had a successful day with 152 finds over 8hrs of caching (plus 3hrs driving there and back), our best daily achievement. This is also over a quarter of my finds for the year in one day!
We picked the day a few weeks ago and we were lucky to enjoy perfect conditions weather-wise. All caches were quick finds except for 1 DNF. We took turns driving and finding, and signed the logs as P U P-P. We started at the eastern end to fill a few spots on our D/T grids and zig-zagged our way back towards the NW corner.
We really enjoyed driving through this beautiful forest. We disturbed several kangaroos and a rabbit along the way, and only came across one other car. There were quite a few trees laying across the roads but most of them already had a by-pass track. We had to make our own way through the bush for a couple but it was nothing that Photo-Play’s 4WD could not handle.
Will be back to finish off the series!

Chwiliwr and I had planned to do some of this series for some time and decided to drive out to the area today. After doing half of them by the time we had lunch we decided to continue and see if we could do them all today so it ended up being a full day of caching doing them all.
All caches found without too much searching although whoever pushed some of the containers right into the ground and/or mulch didn't realise that they would be covered over by insect activity making them all but impossible to find without reference to the hints.
Logs signed and caches returned as found (except for the buried ones which were left out of the ground/mulch.
Thanks Fellowship Of The Trail for placing these caches for us to find.

Out with meme28 geocaching for the day.

On our way back from a great long weekend camping in the wheatbelt, with just enough time to collect a few more of these! TFTC's
Perfect conditions to tackle the trail today, so we got out nice and early and arrived at the first GZ just after sun up. For the first hour we froze in -1 degrees C but thereafter it was glorious. Mrs O handled the 4WD tasks with aplomb despite starting on the very worst bit of track at #39 - all day leapfrogging Mr O on his mountain bike who rode 60+km all up. There were no crashes, just two DNFs, lots of pea gravel, a full day of sunshine to top up the Vitamin D and some nice wildlife throughout the day - the kangaroos were up early, while the emus appeared at the end. All the containers and logsheets that were found were in good condition apart from one throwdown and despite some burns having come very close on Warrigal Road. Unfortunately a whole section of 36 unfound caches below Warrigal was off limits, presumably due to burn offs, so we looked for a total of 141 caches and made 139 finds to add to the previous 10 finds from last year when the caches were fresh off the press.
Thanks to the Fellowship Of The Trail for placing and maintaining these caches in such a pristine section of forest for us to enjoy.

Team Red Roo and I had made tentative plans to tackle the FOTT 4WD series together sometime after he and his partner got back from their latest grey nomad adventures interstate. And they were gone for over six months this time, so all the solved puzzles, multis and whereigos just had to sit on the backburner and wait. But all is now good after a couple of fun days out there in the bush. We enjoyed the various types of bush we encountered but the wandoo forest were both our favourites. During the time we were away we saw emus, kangaroos, wedgetail eagles, red tail black cockatoos, parrots, perenti, gecko, galahs, twenty-eights, kookaburras, magpies, mudlarks, the list goes on, but what topped it off was the sighting of a couple of wild piglets (we wondered where the mother was, but didn't hang around to find out, lol). And of course, we found many, many geocaches too. This was one we stopped for on the way. All good with the cache. TN, LN, SL, replaced as found. Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to come and find FellowshipOfTheTrail
Hi there FellowshipOfTheTrail. I was out with Mistraluna for a couple of planned days of Geocaching around the FOTT trail near York. We had both worked out finals for all caches and using the Nuvi and both GPS's, all caches were found quickly - and the containers and logs are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to FellowshipOfTheTrail for this cache - our find 8176
Day 36 of my trip to WA from Adelaide.
Today I thought I’d head out and do some of the ‘4WD FOTT Go Bush’ series. It was a slightly later start than I’d have wanted and I needed to finish up at about 5 pm to head back towards Perth. However, I managed to find around 115 of the caches travelling on my own over a reasonably easy day with stops for coffee and to make some lunch. Rather coincidentally, I also bumped into a botanist I knew from 25 years ago along the way, so it was a nice opportunity for a chat and to check out some rare orchids.
I really enjoyed this series so far. It was a very pleasant drive through some nice bush, with a nice variety of hides at varying intervals that were easy enough to find. I particularly liked the areas of open Wandoo woodland. A 100% find rate also helps!
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for the caches and for bringing me to such a lovely spot! I will return to complete the remainder of the series in the next few days before I head back to Adelaide.

Out doing this great geo art, as well as other caches close by, with caching friends. Thanks to the COs for your planning, placement etc of these caches along some very interesting bush trails.
Out and about doing the FOTT Trail.
Seeing the sights of the great Aussie Bush through the eyes of the FOTT.
It was wonderful to see a father emu and his flock of little ones, he had Ten little ones.
And a family of kangaroos bounding across the tracks.
Plenty of wonderful wildflowers out today on a coolish Early Spring day.
Thanks for an interesting drive through the bush, some side tracks, some ruts, some puddles,
But all in all a great day out.
Thanks for sharing this drive.

Out on the 4WD series for a find or two with most of the other COs, Kyzabra SVKR_WA and Granett.
A great day out with plenty of laughs and an incident at the end, that will give us plenty of fodder to throw shade at Kyzabra for many outings to come.

A great day out with plenty of laughs and an incident at the end, that will give us plenty of fodder to throw shade at Kyzabra for many outings to come.

FellowshipOfTheTrail I found your cache at 8:45am, this was the 32nd of 118 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5631. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

The FOTT ventured back out to 4WD land today to log some finds and do a general welfare check.
An early start and a long day with plenty of laughs along the way. Garnett, AlliedOz, SVKR_WA and myself bundled into the PajeroSport for the day is always a blast.
4WD 026 FOTT Go Bush is sitting where it should be. All is well. Got here at 8:45:53 am

Spotted quickly.
Headed out in this brisk morning with Kyzabra, Granett and AlliedOz to finish the 4WD Geoart. We all met up at Granett’s and piled into Kyzabra’s Geopajero and we headed off.
FellowshipOfTheTrail SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache 4WD 026 FOTT Go Bush today at 08:46:52 7 Sep 2019. This brings my find count to 3707
FellowshipOfTheTrail - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

A while working them out, then out with the 4WD and off on the search, of a few at least. Thank you.
This was the 21st of our finds for today. We worked on solutions for the last couple of days and as this is my last day before heading home to the east coast we thought we would do a few caches today.
Back for round two of the FOTT series. Really enjoying it, thanks for setting it up
Another lovely winter's afternoon and another hour or two in the forest on this FOTT series. Today's mission was to knock off all the caches on Kent Road, plus a few extras at either end; 43 finds in all, no DNFs, all caches in top condition and accurately located. Also the spring wildflowers are starting to make a show, which is a bonus.
Was a bit wary of some terrain ratings but didn't need to engage 4WD today.
Thanks for all the puzzles and for the series. Top effort that.

We headed out on a lovely winters day to collect some less loved caches and to put the final parts back together on the the FOTT trail. The views were breathtaking and we visited some spectacular locations. We are happy to say we added our name to the log book and walked away with a smilie TFTC
Our second day out at this excellent series. We organised and teamed up with BJA3 for an early start to the day.
We also decided to turn it into a personal CITO event due to the fact that we did notice a fair bit of litter last time we were here. We ended up with two large garbage bags full by the end of day, with the disappointing coincidence that most was found around each cache location?? As I said, probably just a coincidence as geocachers wouldn’t sully such a beautiful area.
FOTT Team, each cache was found in good condition with no issues, TFTC!

We loved all aspects of this series, but we particularly enjoyed the (long) day in this beautiful Wandoo forest. A huge thanks must go to all contributors to the series, a sterling effort.
Up bright and early for our foray with iluvtrekking to do this series. Although the weather forecast was dire, surprisingly we had a clear run until around 2pm when the rain started again. The tracks had a few puddles but were easily negotiated by the two girls who did all the driving today while the men did the running from the car to grab the hides. We managed to get the series completed but toweards the end it the gps had already turned to 'night vision'. Thanks to FOTT for a great series. We enjoyed all the puzzles (except perhaps for a couple of the lengthier jigsaws) and had no problem locating any of the hides due to spot-on co-ords and great hints. This terrain is our preferred type of caching and a great day was had by both teams.
We spotted this series a while back and as it looked interesting got solving until we had a full set of numbers. Plenty of puzzle variety and all solvable but with some taking more time than others. Knowing we would not have many days to complete it we opted for the higher terrain ones first and then as time permitted we picked off the rest. Fortunately we made some good route choices and got around the series in a very big day finishing with head torches on after a few early start. Once we got into the swing of the hides and using the hints we progressed well as the GPSr seemed a bit laggy at times not giving us very accurate locations. We saw plenty of Roos and a few emus a lot the way. No real issues with any of the roads or tracks as we picked our way around without too much doubling back. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC and thanks for the series.

"Looking Forward" for this series before the winter coming
With K.B. for the afternoon... Plus lovely warm weather [:X][:X]
all good hide spot with "hint" it was helpful due to some not perfect coordinate but mostly perfect spot coordinate...
Always enjoyed the bush land than city oops...
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for organising the cache and hunt [^]

Last one on this series for this afternoon. I’m sick of getting in and out of the car. I’ll be back for the rest.
Another great day in WA today as Kittykatch, Grimraider, Smittengranny and I (known as Capital Crunchers) worked through the FOTT series. Also another fantastic day weather wise. Its freezing over in ACT and very glad to be over this way and enjoying this great weather. We managed to get down some hectic roads without a 4WD but some spots were a bit hectic. The height of the car also helped with some of the Terrain and GrinRaider did a great job driving.
We started out today with Kittykatch completing Parkrun at St Helena and then brekky at DOME in Mundaring. Delicious food and needed the sustenance for the long day ahead. GrimRaider was the driver and KK was the navigator. But it was a total team effort. We used the stamp of Capital Crunchers and that helped with time as well.
Still in all loved the countryside, the trees and the caches. All were in good condition and we all greatly appreciate the effort put into this series. Looking forward to completing the series tomorrow before we head back to the cold on Monday.
Apologies for the generic logs but we appreciated each and everyone.

Apologies for the generic logs. Another fabulous day in sunny WA. Great weather, great caches and great company again thanks to GrimRaider (Chauffeur extraordinaire), Kittykatch (Team Leader) and Joolay (cacher with built in GPS).
We started the day in Mt Helena and found 7 caches in the area before breakfast at Mundaring. Completely revitalised we took off for our planned attack on the FOTT series starting at GC83EAR and virtually travelled southwards with a few sidetracks. Having finished today's planned 52 caches, we became a bit carried away and started some of tomorrow's as well as we were keen to see the T5 caches. We were soon travelling back to Northam where we registered before logging some caches and returning for dinner.
Thanks again to the COs of this wonderful series. All caches were found to be in good condition with good coordinates and were signed, or stamped, as Capital Crunchers.

Hi there FellowshipOfTheTrail.
We found your cache **"4WD 026 FOTT Go Bush"** at 2:33:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 22420).
We are heading from SA to WAGB in Northam & we stopped off in York for a few days on the way through. Now that we've settled in a nearby caravan park we have taken the opportunity to head out and find some of the 4WD FOTT caches we couldn't have done with a caravan in tow.
Without knowing the area, we were a little dubious about attempting T5 caches without any prior preparation, but are pleased to say that our RAM completed the circuit in 2WD all the way. We're pretty sure that a 2WD sedan could have made the trip we did today without too much trouble
We found 83 caches today & DNF'd 1. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic travels around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found most caches within a few metres of where our GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The containers and log books were mostly in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny

Managed a couple of hours after watching a game of Auskick to collect a few more smiles in this FOTT series with familysteiner all caches were easily found and all in good condition tftc
We had a couple of free hours in the middle of the day so Neva2Old and I thought we might take advantage of the fine weather and head out to the FOTT 4WD trail again. We managed to get another 22 smilies on our geo-art. All caches found easily and in good condition. TFTC
Day 2 of our return visit to camp at Lake Leschenaultia, and today megawat60 and I are back on the FOTT 4x4 Trail. Another quick one, TFTC!
Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches.
Back at Lake Lesh and will tackle some more of these ones.
Thanks for the hide and FellowshipOfTheTrailteam.

Hit the trail today with Spatialriq for what turned out to be a very successful day of caching. 190 finds for me and no dnfs. Most tracks had dried up from Friday's downpour and I got to try out the new all terrain tyres.
Great series FOTT. Thanks for the time and effort involved in putting it all together.
Great series FOTT. Thanks for the time and effort involved in putting it all together.
Teamed up with ssclan today to tackle the 4WD FOTT series. Met up in Mundaring at 7am for a quick coffee, then off to the Wandoo area.
A great day with our first find around 7:50am, and the last around 4:30pm. A perfect day to head along the back roads and tracks. Most were in good condition with just a few with some serious ruts. Beekeeper road was particularly interesting!
Saw several kangaroos and one emu that decided to run down along the track in front of us for several hundred metres.
Special thanks to the FOTT team for their efforts in designing the geo-art, preparing all the cache pages and for hiding them all! TFTC

Day off today, so headed out to hit the new 4x4 serie. Goal was to complete 100, and be home by 14pm. Got the 100 but wasn't home by 14pm, was half hour late. Joined by Horsesrule1990 and Jelm-explorers, wr had a wonderful day, and couldn't have asked for better company. All caches are in good condition. Tftc. sl tnln.
Back in the bush again. Found in the place we could see from the track. A good placement for this cache.
We have been steadily solving these caches since they were published with only a couple giving us a bit of grief! We decided to head up here early today to grab as many as we could in the time available to us! This is a good chance to put the geowagons X-mode to task, let’s see how we go...
Unfortunately due to other commitments I wasn’t able to contribute to the planning or placement of these containers and huge kudos must go the the FOTT for creating a gem of a series, well done!
Cheers and TFTC.
G’day there FellowshipOfTheTrail, I was in this area today and found your cache 4WD 026 FOTT Go Bush GC83MCY. I added my name to the log book at 12:53 pm on 7 April 2019. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!
This cache find brings our total find count to 10592. Woohoo!!

An opportunity for a full day on this lovely 4WD trail. Once again we are blessed with fine weather & dry tracks. We managed 100 finds today(includes 5 non FOTT hides). No DNFs so we are well satisfied with our efforts.....yours too FOTT. Well done, great planning & we appreciate the work you have put in. Our Geoart is gradually coming back to life. TFTC FOTT
Big day out caching today with the aim of finishing off the 4wd FOTT Go Bush series.
Started well with the forecast rain not eventuating. Saw plenty of Kangaroos and Emus.
Seems to be the way for us at the moment, started last week at Lake Muir with multiple trees blocking our way, it was a little better here as diversions were already in play thanks to those travelling before us.
Coords today were all within 10metres for us. Good day out in the woodlands, very scenic. We need to put the GeoCruiser on a diet though before we play in these yukky scratchy parrot bush tracks again.
Much sadness though as we made a typing error entering coords and 1 of the caches was unable to be found as we were over 130mts from the correct GZ and stupidly [B)] the book with all our solutions in was left at the caravan! So a decision was made that we will need to return again tomorrow to find that one so we left a few others to do on our approach tomorrow.
Good fun series looking forward to seeing it eventually converted on our map.

After spending the weekend puzzling we decided to head out here and grab some smilies. Taking the weather forecast into consideration we left home early and were signing the first log at 6.40am. We had a good day with 120 finds thanks to good placement and generous hints. A special mention and congratulations on the great geo art.

This has been my biggest week of caching on record but a huge amount of fun was had along the way. Managing to obtain FTF's on about half of the series. This is why I am now over a month behind in logging.
I am so grateful to the FOTT team and all their hard work in giving us these amazing power trails, achievable fun to solve puzzle and the best piece of GEOART WA has ever seen. You are certainly an asset to this state.
Thank you FOTT- for all the caches, the series, the geo art and the many hours of enjoyment.

Well after a number of false starts the day finally arrived, or should i say night and days.
B12 I’m sure has been at the centre of most conversations during the FOTT outings yet he thought he was always one step ahead!
How wrong he was on multiple occasions!! At a time when no one thought it would be publish what do you know.
Any way some great times had now its time to clean the car out.
Thanks to the fellowship boys for some great Geo Art!

I’m not quite sure where to start with this log.
This series has been a fixation of mine for quite some time now when I first heard rumblings of its plan. I had come up with all sorts of theories on its location, and when it would come out. I’ve spent considerable time looking at the possibilities of where you can hide a series of this size, and even driven to several feasible locations.
I specifically recall one such weekend, when “I knew” the series was getting published. I had rang the crew, everyone was prepped, they asked me how sure I was, I told them “I know”, took time off work, car fueled up the day earlier - tank “brimmed”, grab bag loaded, you name it it was “prepped”, like a bad version of “doomsday preppers”.
Had a tough week on the caching trails with some very late night slogs through the bush chasing Dark energy puzzles in Harrisdale, so by the end of the week I was knackered, and I awoke on Friday night to the sound of my phone going nuts with all the emails. But I was too tired and had to sleep.
I awoke the next morning and the group which we had pre-named “COBWEB” - Cravo10, OOH YEH, Barnzy12 and WebblyWA - started the mammoth task of solving these puzzles and chasing down these containers. We had a late night on the Saturday chasing most of the evening, with the boys in the Captiva and the girls in the 4wd, just in case we got one car bogged, knowing reception was limited. We then got up Sunday morning and completed some more caching during the day before we picked up WebblyWAs dog from the vet and picked up supplies to keep us going into the wee hours of Monday morning.
A huge week of caching for us, with around 100 FTFs on this trail.
We had an absolute blast on the trail, finding cache after cache, cracking open the tubes gave us a seeet reminder of the number of FTFs we got on the LGA series in Boddington.
A massive shout out must go to the FOTT team, to place and setup a series of puzzles, whereigos and multis of this size and within the guidelines is a huge effort and one that I’m sure is appreciated by the whole geocaching community in WA.
Thanks again to the FOTT.

After the antics of the last couple of days, my plan for the day was catch up on the housework & to solve the rest of the puzzles in the series. I ended up do a shoddy job of the housework to get onto the important stuff of nutting out the puzzles I ended up with changed plans after spending too much time trying to convince my computer that I was not a robot [B)]
This was the first cache of the day & the kids are very eager to find some caches today. Master 7 raced to this one before running it back to the car for me
