### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there TheRaudinoTribe,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

No luck today. Wonder if it’s still here. Stumped on “attractive bit of metal”
Best laid plans: we stayed in Geelong for 2 nights then after picking up a former colleague and taking her to Torquay for an Indian tea at the beach[:X][^] Afterwards we walked the beach until it was dark and both her dog, Miss Mavis, and Rex had fun[:X][^]
I dropped my friend back home and then had to decide: sleep[|)][|)] or drive to Warrnambool in the hope of getting a FTF or 3
That's how we ended up in Warrnambool on Christmas morning and getting a FTF about 3am, 3.30am and 4am We did not see Santa at all in our travels though
We stayed in Warrnambool that night[^][|)][:X] and then stopped in Daylesford the next night[|)][^][|)] before finally getting home Monday evening[|)][^]
Many hours were spent on different beaches as they are Rex' happy place[:X][^][:X]
Over the trip, there were 5 DNFs, 1 Festivus event attended and 40 caches found
We even managed 1 complete adv lab at Daylesford, too[^]
DNF! We stopped and looked for this cache but could not find it Nice spot though

The South West Tour. We had planned a longer stay but a few things got in the way so it’s Saturday to Monday. The caching aim was to get some higher D/T ratings and get our average for both above 1.75. No luck here today.
Found it in the obvious location very nice spot to stop and have some lunch thanks for bringing me here
Us looking for a cache in the drizzling rain while muggles close by celebrate a birthday TFTC
Day out caching with sassieold55, the bird life very vocal, one waterhen put up a fuss. TFTC

On a family holiday with my kids, and most of the time caching ain't their thing.( yep that age) but while sitting for lunch he wanders off and returns with a great big smile. What a great spot.

I was heading to Portland for some caching tomorrow, and chose some well spaced caches to break my journey. Nice quick find in the first place I looked. There were a number of people in the park celebrating Australia Day, but fortunately, none at GZ.
My thanks for the cache, TheRaudinoTribe.

Found it right underneath a local bloke fishing for trout. He hadn't heard of caching before but I gave him the spiel and showed him the logbook. Maybe a future cacher.
Quick stop on our way between Port fairy and Ballarat. Thanks for the placing the cache in such a pleasant spot

I would never have found this lovely area without Geocaching. A few muggles nearby enjoying the lake too but none near the cache. Thanks TheRaudinoTribe
Travelling from MacArthur to Timboon via Mortlake, we found this cache along the way. This is a very pretty lake.
Plenty of water fowl and the Mortlake Caravan Park is full to overflowing! A number of folks enjoying the shady trees beside the Lake and the cool breeze off the water. SL at 2.17pm as we make our way from SA to Colac. #7524 TFTC The RaudinoTribe
I have visited here before but didnt think to check for a cache. After I realised there was one. Today a random call to my novia who was at the lake. She searched via video call as I guides her and the find was made!
Thanks to TheRaudinoTribe for the placement and fun.

Very sneaky. Had to wait for a muggle to leave before finding it where he was sitting. Tftc
Found this one at one of our favourite fishing spots. Miss 10 spotted the cache and secured easily without being seen. Her first find! Didn’t have a pen, so photo log instead

As always a 400+ km trip home requires regular stops to rest, revive and survive!
The lake is delightful, fortunately the one muggle was totally engaged in a phone call, we made a quick find.
Satellites today had our GZ 13 metres north west of where we found the cache.
Our thanks to 'TheRaudinoTribe' for placing this cache for us to find.

We were driving through the town and thought we would stop for a walk around the lake. Picked up the cache on the way. TFTC
I had to spread a bit. True - a good drop of rain is needed. Thanks to The RaudinoTribe.
Great spot to sit and rest.
I had to be super stealthy with this one. A group of muggles were sitting nearby having a picnic.

It took a second attempt to secure this find due to the friendly locals being up for a chat in the sunny afternoon! I didn’t mind as it was a beautiful spot to sit and relax in the evening when it was muggle free! Easy grab when the coast was clear! TFTC!
Well; there ya go [:o] - have passed through here on a number of occasions and wasn't aware this place even existed. A lovely summer day to experience it on as well!

Grabbed along our travels in this great country. Took the opportunity while no muggles close by. TFTC TheRaudinoTribe.
Found on my way home from Warrnambool to Ballarat. In all the years I have passed through Mortlake I have never stopped off in these gardens. What a great asset for the community. Absolutely beautiful. I must bring the family back for a night at the caravan park. Cache is in good order. TFTC TheRaudinoTribe
Nice quick find while out with ctone and family. On a camping visit back here after many years since family passed away.
Found while visiting the area for the Melbourne cup weekend. Remembering my mother in law who took the kids to the lake when they were little. With fluffyrabbit113, Dave and grandkids
What a pretty spot!!! Stopped here on the way home and love the area. Cache was an easy find. Thanks for highlighting the area
On our way home from a training weekend for Mr X at Hamilton stop this was the only one on our way so we decided to stop stop beautiful location right one to come back with the van. Lovely setting. Local man chatted to us so finding. Played. Needed to widen our search. Thanks for bringing us here.
#16379. Day 1 of a little break heading towards Carpenter Rocks for a few days. An early start from Melbourne so that we reached our destination just after lunch.
Cache #2 and welcome to the Western District! Freezing wind, freezing cold and also wet. A very pretty place though and amazing to think they had Botanical Gardens that once covered 50 acres. A nice spot to place the caravan park and there were quite a few muggles taking in the fresh air.
Thanks TheRaudinoTribe

A pre-Mega trip to Millicent with Bettyboo3747, and The Morris
Today straight off night shift, BB drove to Carpenter Rocks, and we did a few caches on the way to walk the dogs. Very changeable weather, but we arrived mostly dry.
Although it was blowy and spitting there were still quite a few muggled using the walking track.
A nice spot looking over the lake. No time for fishing today, still quite a way to go.
Thanks, Robmc.
