So much history. Ive driven past you many times and never not just this little church Thanks for bringing me and showing me something extraordinary.Cache was easily foundTFTC
Found by Mary and David at 11:20. A FP for bringing us here. M loves cemeteries for the carved symbolism of the headstone designs and the stories in the epitaphs. She could have stayed here all day exploring. The oldest date we found was 1885. The pigeons have taken over the church. Our thanks to ttrogg.
Left home early for a day's caching in the Gawler to Bolivar area to see if I could achieve a Personal Best month. Most caches were in good condition, but there were some on the Gawler to Port Adelaide trail that needed maintenance that I didn't have with me. TFTCSorted out coordinates and quickly found for the first of the day.
Day 6 of the SA trip and after many great caches, bike rides and sights my car is turned for home. Before I left the area I sought out a few easy multis. This church has seen better days.Easy find at gz.Cheers
Today out and about on 194 of 274 days to get my daily cacher Emerald Using my Garmin Etrex 22X and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC

Am such a sucker for Multis, and Church Micros this was a no-brainer. Soon had the details and an easy find at GZ. There are so many pe=pigeons now living in the church, so much poo too. After starting the day doing the first 10 in the PATOGs I found 3 more at the Gawler end before attempting to reconstruct Anna, or Tommy. Good to be caching over this way again. I will put specific cache-related comments as I post. I seemed to mostly sign in just behind NZ cacher bullertrout. I also signed alongside some geo-stamps which took up 4 or 5 lines. Sad to see so much fly-tipping on the quieter back roads, some wasn't even dumped off the road but on it. A nice day to be out and about though. The last full day in town after my original plans to stay til Monday were changed. I had some admin stuff to tidy up before I could think about doing anything for myself so those were attended to via some messaging to and from NZ. I headed out for a walk along the cycleway besides the Expressway and managed a first few PATOG caches, esp nice now the weather has dropped to a much more palatable 19 -25 degrees for the daytime, yay. Following that it was back for some more work stuff before heading out to Gawler to head around the delightful Anna Tommy series of caches (and collateral extras). I was lucky that a recently made acquaintance was able to help me with the series of solves, thanks sooooo much for that. Then it was time to cache in the richness and make the finds, I was not disappointed. And so South Australia, so long and thanks for all the cache(s). I think this March will be my most bountiful month since I started caching, not bad considering I missed out on 3 days, by choice, and today is only 20th of the month. Alas my NZ pickings are slim so back to a more sedentary pace of finds. One last time, thanks to all the COs whose finds make this game so awesome.
Plans were made to attend the SA mega although our plans changed as both of our team couldn't go due to other commitments. So with that being sorted we booked everything and only made it a short visit to SA this time. Flew into SA this morning with Rapidlywild and being neither one of us is a fan of city caching we headed out to do this Anna Tommy series that we have had solved for quiet awhile now. Feeling back at home on the dirt roads although a bit of a rougher ride not being in a 4WD but our hire car still did the trick. Another cache picked up along our journey although Rapidlywild had previously done this one, checked out the church here looks like the pigeons have moved in. Good for them. Thanks for the hide ttrogg and thanks for a fun short stint away caching Rapidlywild.
Used 2B a Church Micro #00422.0/1.5 Micro Multi-cache Back in Adelaide after 14 years. Here for The Great Leap Forward Mega and catching up with awesome caching friends and revisiting Adelaide where we lived for 16 beautiful years! Had a wonderful time reminiscing and admiring wonderful changes in the State, meeting friendly cachers and helpful COs and finding quality caches, high D/Ts and old ones.Thank you for the cache ttrogg the pagan.
TFTC ttrogg your cache Used 2B a Church Micro #0042 that we found today. In Mallala today and the rest of the week as we wait for the Leap Day Mega. A scorcher tipped for today so we were taking it easy heading to Gawler to get some supplies and some refuge from the heat in the shopping centre. We also found some caches this was one of them.Found as we made our way to Gawler. Nice and quick.Find Count: 18379

Southern Autumn adventure Day 47. Mid North section of SA trip Day 18. Gawler Day 6. Today was Unicorn day. I jumped in the car and started out driving west to these caches. Along the way I found a few other interesting challenges and small towns before getting stuck into the great series these magical caches were. Plenty of variety in the puzzles, all solved quite some time ago, and the containers were often quite interesting. It was very quiet out on this section of the trail today, so it made for a very pleasant day before the drive back to Gawler for Dinner.
I drove past this spot on the way home and felt I was due a stop. The pigeons have taken over inside, but there was not problems with the cache or questions here.

Cache was open with no log. Bottom bit of cache is broken.

After a day caching with sixpak69 whilst KBKL was at work, we went back to Balaklava to pick up KBKL after her shift and head out caching again. I really wanted to do a cache in Gawler which has won a number of awards and has heaps of fav points, so we cached our way in.
Across this visit, we have completed a fair few of the Used 2B a Church Micro series of caches, always an interesting read when completing these and seeing the old buildings is always a bonus. No issues locating the cache at GZ, signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache placement ttrogg the pagan and thanks for the company sixpak69 and KBKL.

It was school holidays and I needed a break from school and chores and needed to just have some fun. I talked sir_spectre into joining me for a weekend away caching near Clare and Burra. We avoided the big towns and focused on the caches we normally drive past on the way to somewhere else. Any caches that needed some attention got it.

First multi of the trip ( and i need a multi tomorrow not today for my calendar, 21 days left ). got some figures and a quick find.
found with Mogni. Headed out in the general direction of clare and planned to clean out clare before the June Long Weekend End Event in 2022. As usual there was ALOT of caches found before then and only a couple of caches where found in clare before staying in Farrel Flat for the night. The next day was cleaning out Burra and slowly making our way home. Damn doing multi's takes so long, since the final has a habit of not being in the direction you are planning to go next. All caches that where found that were brittle or damaged were replaced and logs found wet where replaced, except for nano's. Nano's are evil spawn and you can do your own maintanence on them.

I love it how the old former church is now home for Pigeons and boy there is evidence they're there on the ground of the church floor lol
The 'PP' is anything from an inch to 1ft deep in places but they are happy birds in their Pigeon-Palace fit for a feathered king! [^]
Did the info gather and sums then was off to the final to make the find in the 1st place i looked

Found during a caching trip with e.gregory1 for the day. The main aim was to complete the Anna Tommy puzzle series but we extended our foray to find a number of other caches around the Gawler area. It was a great day for caching, the weather cool and cloudy, and we managed to dodge the showers. Also chatted to a couple of friendly farmers along the way. Thanks for the cache ttrog!
This cache was found on a trip to the Gawler area with FeatherWaite today. Our main aim was to complete the ‘Anna Tommy’ puzzle series, but we also took the opportunity to target some other selected puzzles and multis, and grabbed a few traditionals that we passed along the way.
We had a good day weather wise. Despite the threat of rain, it held off all day for us. We were a bit surprised at just how busy some of the back roads were, with a constant stream of passing traffic. A couple of local farmers also stopped for a chat and to see what we were up to. Apparently there has been quite a lot of theft and illegal dumping out this way of late.
The required information was quickly gathered and GZ calculated. The cache was found without any trouble and the container and log sheet were in good condition.
All in all it was a very productive and enjoyable day out with around 60 finds in total and no DNFs.
Thanks ttrogg the pagan for the cache.

This morning, [@Freddo](http://coord.info/PR8C14), Team Waldron, thewhitedoggang, and Trail06 joined forces to complete the new Anna Tommy geoart series. The puzzle series took a while and some were pretty finnicky, but in the end, my anatomy knowledge had improved. We then detoured through a few geocaches around Gawler like the Meat Trail series, before I met with jesswrigley, and we took a drive through the wine country through Lyndoch finding a few oldie geocaches, and enjoying some wine tasting. We ended up calling through Tanunda for a bakery lunch, before closing out our day with some small walks/hiking in Kaiserstuhl Conservation Park, finding one of South Australia's oldest caches *Barossa High* as well as a few other older caches. A nice day to be out and about before we start seeing serious COVID-19 travel restrictions take effect.
Wow, this used church is now a bird barn, and they've filled it up real good. We didn't dare walk through just in case there was COVID-20 about, so we went back to the plaque to do the calculations, and then a final walk to GZ where the cache was found. The geocache container and logbook were in good shape, and found within a few minutes of looking. Thanks ttrogg the pagan for the geocache placement, and ongoing maintenance efforts.

I needed a multi today so it was a toss up between Salisbury and Gawler: except I later found out that I had no multi's left at Gawler
Rex needed his daily walk[^] too and as it was lateish[|)], I decided he'd enjoy the dirt road out the back of Gawler so we drove out there and oh boy: that sunset was stunning! So were the gorgeous horses that I got to pat[:X][:X]
Then I realised that instead fo driving to Salisbury, there was a multi cache at a flattened Australian Icon spot not too far away and so we found ourselves with almost metre high piles of manure [?][?] This place had sure changed since I was here last
A short wander after viewing the plaque and we made the find
Strangely enough, on our way home, Nuvi took us the 'shortest' route which meant that we passed through the caches of the Anna Tommy series that this CO and I are planning to find tomorrow
I did really well on this clear and lovely night and did NOT stop for any of them!!

The usual Wednesday Wander for members of the Puzzled Puzzlers saw only myself and Mrs. S.A. Sewer Rat available for the day. Time to take the circuitous route between the main arterial roads cleaning out all those caches just a little off the beaten track. Of course we also needed to pick up a few that had popped up in the main towns since the last time we had been through.
Deja vu, deja vu. I think I have been to this church and graveyard for a previous cache. I quickly had the numbers I needed. Even the math didn't prove to be too difficult - even for me. [B)] A short stroll and the cache was in hand. I think I will pass on the fertilizer. My chooks give the citrus trees enough.

Owl had an unexpected bathroom-tradies-free day and put out a call to JJ52 to help her escape the chaos and enjoy the glorious day with a caching run. The expected destination of the Barossa didn't materialise, as they were distracted by little green boxes scattered in their path. It was a day of barking dogs and PaFs, but lots of areas were cleared of stray caches and they finished up very satisfied. This was the last of the day for Owl and a familiar place. The numbers were crunched easily and the cache a quick find. Sad to see the building in such disrepair.
After a call from Doctor Owl to arrange a caching day it was decided that today would be the day. [^]
We had plans to head to the Barossa, but we didn't quite make it, there were too many other areas that needed to be visited on our way.
On a beautiful day for caching we set out and had a great time with a bit of walking, a few drive bys, a lot of barking dogs, ants in the pants and a few PaF's...all in all what more could one ask. [?]
We were close by and decided to find another Used 2B in a place we have both visited before. It seems the pigeons worship here regularly and often.
Didn't take us long to work out where GZ was and after a short walk we had the cache.
