️ might need maintenance? There's been a lot of water through the area. A resident said she thought it had been thrown into the long grass.
My first time looking for a cache unfortunately I couldn’t find it. I looked everywhere and it seemed like someone took it.
Been orienteering in the area so came down here to pick up a few caches hopefully. Quick find by buzzybb. New area. Tftc
Find number 7811. On a day trip with eyespyben and ABCDF4 to cache in both Rotorua and Tauranga. Heading out of town and came up here to grab a couple of caches before going over the hill again. Nice quick find here. No ducks were hurt in signing this cache. Thank you for the placement.
Out bright and early before the heat of the day with KGD and EyespyBen
To get our first cache for the 2022 and points for Reach the Peck
No Duckies but a easy quick find in the sun thanks

Out with ABCDF4 and KGD for the day to tidy a few caches in the bay, to get some points for the peak, short walk cache soon in hand signed and returned, TFTC.
Thanks for your amazing cache McJandals. I really appreciate the time you took to set up and maintain your caches.
The last day of the year.
Found with Fisha1288.
Beautiful day with birds and frogs

Absolutely beautiful spot with the tuis singing to us in the pink trees! Tftg!
Out for some geocaching and came by to pick up this one. Arrived at GZ and quickly had the cache in hand. Thanks.
Wonderful use of a spare sunny afternoon. Once again, a new area for us. The plastic bag was ripped down the side but luckily we happened to have a new one to replace it with. Cache is all good. TFTC
Nice cache it was hard to open mostly because I didn’t know it was a slide open cache I would’ve put something in there but I didn’t have anything small sorry but I sign the log
This definitely took longer than it should have! But once we looked from the right angle, we snapped up the cache and signed it. Beautiful spot! Jealous of those who live in the area! TFTC
What a nice little spot. Good excuse to introduce my sister to the world of geocaching. Tftc
This was a nice quick cache after a long walk at a previous find. Great place to sit and enjoy a bit of sunshine before it got too hot. TFTC
All the builders sitting out the front of the garages having lunch so no one working and looking at the lake. TFTC
First cache of the day - what a great area for a cache - thanks very much for bringing us here on a Sunday morning.
After a tough week in Tauranga, we needed to get out and about. Located the position quickly, but took a little longer to get the cache. Thanks
After a wet morning I had to get outside wth the dog.
Decided to check out this area.
It's amazing how quickly the area gets developed.

Went shopping down the lakes so decided to load up the old geocaching app and have a look. Nice little walk down to the cache and had cache in hand pretty soon had some people across the lake waving and gesturing hints held up cache and a thumbs up to get a thumbs up back so looks like the cache neighbours know about it
With tggatat2 on a walk cause it's too wet to work.

Just checking out this new neck of the woods. Quite peaceful here today. With my caching buddy My.Precious, pm signed the log with our joint name TT2M.P
Lots of muggle eyes around as neighbours seemed to be mowing lawns. But that didn’t phase the children who set to work to find. Good little cache thank you
A bit of a family day today... The dog had her vaccination appointment at the vet. Then we met up with my niece and her American husband. The weather was marginal, so we looked around for things to keep ourselves occupied. Someone suggested caching... We don't need to be told twice.
This hide gave us plenty of grief on our last visit. We met the neighbour across the pond, who was overly suspicious of our activity. We had to calm his fears by explaining the minute details of caching until he was satisfied. But worst of all, we couldn't 'feel' the cache and had nothing to show for our toil... It certainly doesn't help to have giant hands. Today, four pairs of eyes arrived at ground zone. Fortunately, none of the previous troubles came back to haunt us. We spotted the hide this time, and a smaller pair of hands did the job... Thanks McJandals and TFTC.

Found 12.50pm
GZ is fairly open to some new houses here but this is caching and the rain was slowing me down. Could only be in one place, sure enough BINGO!!!! SLTFTC

Out and about searching for jewels. Easy find for another to add to our collection TFTC.
Not a lot on today so I scooped up my two youngest and and came out here. There weren't any people around but with all the construction happening we kept our eyes peeled anyway. The cache was found quickly and in good condition thanks to a good hint, accurate coords and a straight forward placement. A little tricky to retrieve with my big fat fingers but a neat container. Cheers Mc Jandals, TFTC

Second time hunting this cache and found it! Great cache and lovely place for feeding the ducks
Tricky but easy find.
Tama and I were in the area for another purpose and actually walked right on by.
Google maps and thereby c:geo app maps are at least a year out of date and not showing any roads or tracks here.
Later realised there was this cache here so returned for this one.
I see every residential building company represented here including the company I used to work for. Impressive homes.
Impressive little park. Wildlife is already established on tge little lake. TFTC

Another find during our mini raid on Tauranga. So many hidden places to visit and a nice pond for a few ducks.
Thanks McJandals.
Thanks McJandals.
It was a tricky one but we found it. We forgot to take a pen so will go back and sign the log another time
After driving round for ages eventually found gz. Sadly couldn’t find the cache but had to head home out of the rain after a few minutes of hunting. Maybe next time...!

Wow, hasn't this area just expanded and keeps expanding! There are some lovely properties around and it was nice to see the walkway that had been created for the locals to enjoy. A quick find at GZ and it was off home for a well-earned drink and to decide where to head next. TFTC

Driving round in circles for miles but unable to find access point to this!!!!!
Just catching upon afew local Caches...they seemed to have sprouted forth in great numbers... thanks MxJ for the nice tidy placement this area has really expanded
Wow what a lovely spot. The pukekos think so too. I hope they adapt to the high muggle count that will be making this area home soon. The picturesque stream is already being over run by gorse. I hope that council or actually it should be the developers, sort it out soon. Great walkway around here too. Thanks for bringing us here McJandals
Wow this area is certainly growing and so nice to see the parks and recreational areas being done before the people move in. Managed to do the walk in between showers and had the area to myself. Nice little hide and lovely area TFTC
Headed out last night in the company of HKCB to see what we could score across the Eastern side of town to make the next trip over here that much easier. Headed off at 6.30pm and were home by 2am managing somehow to avoid a shower or two along the way.
the second of nineteen for the evening. Only realized it was here when checking the phone as obviously I hadn't updated the GPS quite soon enough so had to rely on the trusty old phone. Walked the circuit and disturbed a few ducks. All in all it was a great night and got to see a few sights along the way
A big thanks for the CO's for maintaining their caches and giving us so much enjoyment.
Thanks for the placement, thanks for the cache

Nice quick find here this afternoon. Ca Came over a little earlier for the event this afternoon so I can get my 500pts . Yay FP from me I now have all souvenirs.
Yet another small mission to Tauranga to keep the growing number of unfound caches at bay. An 6.30pm start from Hamilton with Cats&Dragons we managed 14 finds before we headed home to bed, however as numbers are getting fewer over here now a big numbers were never going to be on the cards. So not a bad effort indeed. As always a big thanks to the CO's for the hides we found tonight.
Last time I was here we couldn't drive under the bridge to get to this side. Nice to stretch the legs a little after the ride over. No issues with this find.

No work today so I thought I would try for another smiley which I managed without much trouble.Sorry guys,no duckies today, just a bunch of Pukeko's.Thanks Mc Jandals.
Instead of going for a walk this morning, thought I'd cycle out to the lakes. And woop.....woop. My very first FTF. So I guess that will be a favourite from me
Cheers

Congrats Dee + ME on your FTF. Decided to check this one out. The place out here has changed so much. Had a fair idea where this one was hiding at. Nice cache. Now off for a roast and cheesecake. Mmmmmm. Tftc
Saw this come out last night and quite surprised to see that P.P hadn't visited overnight. Unfortunately, work beckoned and by lunchtime it had been found. Oh well, time for a nice relaxed find in the cool of the evening. Knew where it had to be but, by the time I had my fingertips on it, two dog walkers had arrived. Waited them out then made the retrieve. TFTC. The addiction is fed once more!
