Will replace somewhere else ....obviously this one didn't work out under rotten log
Bad luck on our searching again! Thought we were looking in the right place but couldn’t find it.
DNF. found the only rotten log beside the path but no luck, searched the area but couldnt find it
Cache on view after a local clean up.
Replaced at a tree base
Thank you from Howard and Kath

This one was completely exposed just lying on the ground. I hadn't started looking and it already found me. Take care to recover and ensure this one won't roll down the hill again. tftc.
Easy find. We noticed the the arch and then the rotten log stuck out at us. Really appreciate the cache. TFTC
Signal bouncing but found with instructions.
Amazing bird song coming from the old fat tree

Out and about for a couple of hours this afternoon to get some sun, exercise, and, of course some smiley faces. Kepa Bush Reserve was my main target for the day. After finding "Beautiful" I made my way to this one. Initially the GPSr had me overshoot the mark, but, I made a quick find on the back-track. Took a moment to appreciate the view at the nearby seat. Cheers for the cache placement!
Nothing too rotten here. You need moisture for that. Everything was more desicated if anything. Cache and log/s all in good order thanks.
Made more work than was required looking for this while on a walk through the reserve. Thanks cO for the cache.
Nice & easy close to the track. Exchanged the spider for an equally cool toy
Just as I arrived at GZ it rained. So l ducked under a tree canopy to read a bit of the cache description. Once the rain stopped, back to GZ. Made a nice quick find & didnt see the surprise till I returned the cache! Lucky for me otherwise all of Auckland may have heard me. TFTC
Replaced for THIRD time...
Under pile of logs .
I really hope it will stay safe...Someone seens to get a kick out of taking away my fun caches.

Strange....I replaced the missing bug recently with a gory looking rubber Halloween finger...
Maybe someone thought they'd keep it ...Shame....Will check next week when we at Level 2 and I can go geocaching " legally."

Fun hide!
We found the location we thought it should be but unfortunately couldn't locate the cach. I hope it hasn't vanished as it looks like such a cool one from other peoples posts.
Mr P and I had a fantastic walk in the reserve collecting the caches. Beautiful place. T4tc
After a mini group adventure to the local Fort Bastion, cragger, laval, draffin and I decided to go for a bush walk to collect the caches here.
The cache title warned us! Found quickly but the mini-cachers were not too keen on opening it.
Thanks for the cache - fav point for the container.

Off for a walk around Kepa Bush with Cragger, Laval and Keylev. The guardian of the cache was spotted protecting it! TFTC!
Some men were doing some maintance\clearing nearby, but not so close as to stop me find this one.
Another day, another walk around this nice track. Found the GPS a bit jumpy on the phone so started up the garmin to narrow down the search area, a quick find being made as a result. We could have benefited from this camo as our Staggering Pincer cache was almost identical , tragically it likely fell into the drink, and is all but a distant memory to but a few. No doubt we will return to collect the other cache for the daily task. TFTC.
Out today in this reserve to collect all finds. Enjoyed the weta home on the way to GZ. TFTC
Eeek..... and another nice little hide along here! Just what you expect to find under a rotten log! TFTC
Last one to clean up Kepa bush once more(it has been a few times in this bush). A second under phone light but this one was more an easy find. Glad to have this completed once more
My son got quite a surprise getting the cache out . The kids have absolutely loved this series of 4 caches, particularly being able to trade. The directions were spot on! TFTC
Carried on our walk in the reserve and came across the next cache.Good job I reached for it not sure how the other of us would of reacted.Liked the cache container here a very suitable hide.
