I can't find a suitable container to replace the one that was there, so I'm archiving this.
Unfortunately it does appear to be missing. I'll see what I can do about this very soon!
No luck today.
HAd a quick look but Ms_KR called so I had to dash off for lunch.

Spent quite a while trying to figure out what was so funny, but then I glanced to the right and yes, a classic piece of NZ road marking which I still can't get my head around. Quite hilarious the way this one reads. Anyway, had a really good search here in and around the power pole for over 20 minutes, but couldn't find it. Will be back though!
After completing my tennis training at the Next Generation tennis club this morning in Grafton, I thought I'd make the most of my time in the city and collect some caches... AND attempt to break my "Most cache types in a day" record In the end, I walked 17.1km through Parnell, Newmarket, Mount Eden, Epsom and Sandringham (See attached image), over 7 hours and made a grand total of 23 finds including 9 Traditional's, 4 Earthcache's, 3 Ad labs, 2 Wherigo's, 2 Mystery's, 1 Letterbox, 1 Multi and 1 Virtual - 7 cache types in 1 day Thanks very much to all the CO's for their wonderful hides, but these two caches - GC89NQA & GC9AZC6 deserve a massive shoutout because they are some of my all-time favs!

Awesome urban camo. Well done! Found it on my 66km bike ride during Auckland anniversary day!
we drove past the Hell's Angels headquarters who were having a party.
didn't get an invite so thought we might as well collect this cache in general area.
no problems with find

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)… The NZ Mega is done and dusted, and now behind us. What to do for the rest of the day? The plan is to continue caching together with (Mr) Davidson Clan, McJandals, and Philip.Perry.
An interesting drive into suburbia. We realised that five searching for a small cache might make a cool Enid Blyton mystery, but not a very good stealth mission. We sent the innocuous P.P to do the job… Thanks nzseries1 and TFTC.

Up in Auckland for the mega with Philip.Perry and McJandals. Left home at 0300 over the hill to Tauranga to pick up the others in Auckland by 6am. Only plans today are to attend Mega sign log there then follow the map to get as many caches as possible. Signed logs TeamBOP.
FINALLY we get to attend the MEGA. Attending as part of Team BoP. We have a load of solved puzzles and whilst we are concentrating on those, won’t pass up on trads either.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

Team BOP is back on the road this time heading to Auckland with our sights set on some Labs, puzzle solves and the NZ Mega 2020… I mean 2022
Our current incarnation includes Davidson Clan, McJandals and myself and we’ve signed the cache logs as ‘Team BOP’ to save time and log space. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the journey as most caches have been found quickly & without fuss thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placements.
I appreciate there’s a stigma attached to cut’n’paste logs like these so I’ll try to provide cache specific notes retrospectively when I get home. We do genuinely respect the work put into these caches, particularly some of the puzzles, but with a numbers mission like this - the hides start to blur together unfortunately. So Cheers COs, TFTC and most importantly - thanks for bringing us here

What a clever little cache! On a sunny lockdown walk very pleased to find this. TFTC
My first geocaching day (and didn't bring a pen, duh!) so really enjoy finding these gems in the area. Smartest so far, and first one I found without a hint!
Haha what a sneaky cache! Upon approaching gz I spotted roughly where it was hidden but wasn't quite sure where it was until I looked closer. I chose a bad time to look for this one (end of school rush, eek!) but managed to slip it in and out fiddling with the pram as a cover. TFTC!
I’ve passed this a stupid number of times and never grabbed it. Well today I finally did. Clever little cache, nicely hidden!
The way New Zealand writes the text on the road has continued to baffle me…I saw a meme about it a while ago, saying something like “New Zealand Traffic Engineers think they can change the way we read things…”
Was funny because no matter how hard I try, I read it the “normal” way…
Thanks for the cache!
Lane Bus, Lane Bus, Lane Bus, Lane Bus….

It was a long day for me, after a failed shopping trip I decided to head in this direction to grab some Munzees. Of course, while I am in the area I had to grab a cache as well.
Upon arriving at GZ I was pretty sure I spotted the cache, but there was this car hanging around with someone it in, as it suddenly started pouring with rain I decided to hang out under a nearby tree and wait for them to leave, while pretending to wait for someone. It took a while, but they eventually drove off and I quickly grabbed the cache, signed and left. Found a pub to warm up in and log the cache. Thanks for the cache a clever hide here. #1258

Up and about early on our last day in Auckland for the long weekend. Couldn't have been a better time to collect this one. Not a muggle, big or small, around! TFTC

too many people around here last time but no one around today, i love being able to park right next to a cache, tftc
Nice cache, and I also found the road markings very funny, so thanks for sharing that! No issues here, replaced as found. TFTC:)
#8901. I needed to visit a nearby cache to collect some information for a puzzle. But stopped here to do this one on the way. Just as I arrived the heavens opened up and a torrential downpour ensued. Had to sit in the car for 15 minutes until it passed. After that I headed out to inspect some likely spots and was pleased to have the cache in hand in seconds. Nicely made container and very well hidden. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache where found. Thanks nzseries1 for hiding it here and exposing us to your sense of humour.
At first the hint was confusing because of the way we approached GZ. But got there in the end. Nice camo. Tftc
Found while on a trip north with tmann421.

Today we took a walk around the Mt Eden area. It was a bit windy but nice sunshine all day. Small white clouds scattered over the sky.
Found the hiding place easily. Good with hints that makes it easier in a positive way.
Thanks for the cache!

A little while ago a plan was hatched by some of the Team SEAC members to attempt the nearby Werigo, some of the nearby puzzles and some trads as well. So today was the nominated day. After collecting the caches on Mt Eden it was time to head into the streets. A quick easy find at the location. Signed SEAC to save on space. TFTC.
In the area today with Team 'SEAC' , South East Auckland cachers.... hunting down some solved puzzles and the Werigo near by.
Where we needed to we signed in individually, but mostly as SEAC.....
Plus any traditional caches that got in the way.
TFTC.

A plan had been hatched with fellow Team SEAC members to get together and find as many caches around Mt Eden on Auckland Anniversary I come from the UK where road markings are painted the right way round as you read them... always seems bizarre to read it bottom to top TFTC!
A team SEAC caching mission was planned for Auckland Anniversary and the main target was Mt Eden, but as with all caching missions, the next cache is always just around the corner, and so was this one. A quick park and grab for the team, TFTC!
"Is anybody up for a caching mission?" was the cry from one of the members of Team SEAC. This mission contained a Whereigo, and a few puzzles in the Mt. Eden area, oh and we'll through in a few traditionals as well just to beef up the numbers.
Continuing our tiki tour through the back streets of Mt. Eden, we came to this cache. Parking a bit of a distance away from GZ to make our exit to the next planned cache easier, we traipsed over to GZ where the cache was quickly spied and extracted. Signing the log and replacing the cache took a little more time as we had to move away from GZ to avoid the gaze of muggles travelling along the roads at this intersection. The cache was replaced and it was off to or next conquest. Log signed as SEAC to save log space.

What a good hide. We could find it in a moment without muggles around.

Had decided to finally get myself together and complete my dot days this year (simply because I remembered before I passed a January date!) so organised some time between work and a hair appointment to grab one or two caches in the vicinity.
The road was quite busy but managed to spot a gap in the traffic, grab the cache, walk slightly away, complete the formalities and then return it during another gap.
Thanks for the cache - fav point for the container.

Excellent hide. I like these hidden in plain sight ones! Hint is accurate and geo sense is required. Nice to have a local cache ticked off finally. TFTC
After finding the cache at St. James Church I drove around to the Watch School. I was pleased to make another quick find here. Then back to the van to try and demist the windscreen before driving home. TFTC.
Some spare time before having to head to work this afternoon so stopped off to collect this cache.Parked up near by and made a quick find of this nicely cameoed cache.
Yeah, why do sign writers do that? Most of us know that readers of English start in the top left hand corner of a piece of text. Why would writing on the road be any different. Anyway I think most of us get the gist of the story without taking any notice of the way the words are arranged and that's the important thing.
Thanks for the cool hide .

Themexikiwi, evilno9 and I needed a good reason to walk of those beersies from last night and decided to geocache in the Mt Eden area. Easy find at GZ locating this very nice container. TFTC
Grabbing a couple of caches with alpenmilch80 and themexikiwi and stopped in here for a quick look. No dramas with the cache in a likely spot and we were soon on our way again. TFTC
First day in New Zealand so we have a jet lag. We can't think of a better way than to cache the jet lag away. Quickly found. TFTC
My only weekend in New Zealand i spent in Auckland and suburbs to discover some interesting places and of course to look for some geocaches. Despite I'm in a city here, the GPS signal is much better than in e.g. Brisbane. So at least one barrier less compared to the last two weeks in Aussy. It was a hard day with more than 20 kilometers walked. I'm tired but happy to find so many geocaches.
Many thanks to all owners for hiding and maintenance their caches!

We saw the cache name as we arrived so knew we were in the right place.
After waiting for some cars to pass we spotted the sneaky hide, very nicely done.
Thanks nzseries1 for another great cache in the area.

Approaching from the right direction I got the cleaver cache name instantly. I was glad it was hidden in the roundabout.
Spent a very enjoyable morning on a walk/driveby trip with Team Welsh. Lots of fun as is usual when we are out and about. Thanks.
Had a long overdue caching day with TF picking up some caches around this area, in between chats and laughs we managed to find a few.
TF was in charge of driving, parking and all those responsible adult things and he scored a nice close park.
Found the cache easily enough, TFTC

oops sorry, forgot to log this earlier! was in the area for some noodles on dominion road, so thought i'd pick this up. did not read the hint, and thought on approach to GZ that this may take a while, but very quickly spotted the cache. nice and easy. cache is in good condition. tftc
Exploring the outskirts of the city has been a blast so far and this cache was really cool! Favourited, TFFC
Now that I've collected all the gems, it looks likes my mission is to find 35 caches between now and 11 August. Here's #35 / 35. DONE!
Back in Auckland for more punishment - I mean work - this week. Finished work for the day and headed out to find a few caches before dinner to restore my sanity. All good here. Spotted the hide fairly quickly although I had to be patient and stealthy with quite a few muggles about. Took the cache round the corner to sign and then replaced as found. TFTC, Biggles.

Great hint - quick easy find, even with the clever camo.
After this only three more to go for MATM!!!

Nobody about when I arrived so made a nice quick find. I did look up the road to see the road markings. Very funny. TFTC
A break in the work day coincided with a break in the weather and I decided to take the opportunity to take a short bus ride to GZ and collect this hide. This cache had particular interest to me as it would give me my final footprint, allowing me to unlock the next level of the Museum Mystery souvenir promotion. Once I arrived at GZ the cache was detected after a short search. I had to take my time on the return due to the muggles walking and driving by. Cheers for the cache placement!
Out on a clue hunt today... Nice cache camo and great hint so we coukd grab it between showers. Thanks!
Watch school sounds like fun. Thanks for the hide nzseries, spending a lovely winters day looking for answers to the mystery at the museum with garball.
Yeah, I read it like that too! Out with [@WildTulip](http://coord.info/PRA2ZC5) looking for clues today. Got off to a bad start but getting the hang of hunting the thieves. Thanks for placing nzseries1. Nice camo.
Early morning side trip driving home after working the nightshift. Found a vacant parking spot just before gz and spotted the hide whilst still in the car. Excellent, exactly what I was after. A nice n easy park n grab for our daily cache. Good job on the camo. TFTC
Found this on the way home from town - no child muggles on a Sunday afternoon. TFTC
So I was eating Oreos and [@supernannny](http://coord.info/PR7JGWR) said to me "hey dude there is a cache here so go do that," or something like that. Anyways, it was a really cool cache. Clearly a lot of effort was put in and I had fun finding at like 8pm with my slides on and a towel on my head (I had just come back from waterpolo). Thanks for the cache!
I came during the week and parking was a big problem. Luckily, I was in the muggle's car and found just enough room to squeeze in.
When i got to GZ, I presumed what I needed to look for, but still had to try a few others before I got the cache. TFTC.

What better way to celebrate sitting my final exam for this semester than to go geocaching! Found myself out in Mt Eden today attempting the new wherigo on the Mt as I had my electric scooter with me. Decided to continue on and pick up all the unfound caches in the area that I've been meaning to find.
I approached this from the opposite side, so initially tried one spot before finding the cache, which was a little tricky to remove and for a second I thought it might not be the actual cache..

Parked close to GZ, and on our approach saw something that looked a little out of place. On closer inspection this proved to be the cache.TFTC
Cute and creative.
Found it with FMZ during the early morning browse through Mt. Eden.

Quick find here while in the area with xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo. Nice little hide quickly spotted by xo^8. TFTC!!!
was driving past and remembered there was a cache around here, so stopped and picked it up. once i had a quick look around gz i saw a good potential spot for the cache, waited for the traffic to pass and grabbed it. a sneaky little hide there, enjoyed it a lot.
Great to have a cache nice and close to collect to fill in a dot day. Saw this when it came out and saved it for just such a day.
Drove down today and parked up and walked the dog down - read the hint which had me pretty sure where I would need to look. Sure enough I have one or two a bit like this myself - this was well done here.
Got to the log and signed in and replaced - bit of stealth needed here as plenty of traffic and prying eyes.
Thanks for the cache, all good here.

Find number 5570. I was in Papakura when publication came out. I knew it was a slim chance I would be first but as I had no real plans for the day decided to change and cache in that area. Arrived and found a park right at GZ and cache was quickly found. And WOW a ftf. That is FOURTH TO FIND. Then it was back to the car to formulate a plan for the rest of the day. Thank you for the placement.
