Thank you for the cache.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on our first full day in Invercargill. Today we are concentrating on solved puzzles, and any other cache that leaps into our path .
After a long walk around the area, I was feeling rather weary so we drove the couple of hundred metres from our original parking place to the nearest parking Wp . SW got to GZ first and made a quick find. TFTC.

#20757. Troodles was keen to find this one to help us get to 20 for the day (not a huge total, but there was quite a lot of walking involved, and a few frustrating DNFs). TFTC.
Had the Day off work, so my daughter and I thought be great day for caching in and around Invercargill.

Parked in the first layby and walked to this one. Quick snag and tag at GZ. Cheers.
Thursday 29 October. Its exploring Sandy Point today on a cool overcast morning. So lets get exploring!
Toby, Zara and I are on a 3 week geo adventure of Cromwell, Southland, Catlins, Balclutha with a day in Dunedin and quick stop in Timaru. With Lenny, my trusty navigator and TBD my companion/mascot. we managed to visit lots of green boxes, now happy faces with the odd sad one. Did some LABs , earth caches, virtuals and wherigos, all chucked into the mix to rack up 500 odd caches. Lots of kilometers, lots of exploring and lots of fun. Thanks to all COs for our wonderful experience.

Had a great day out and about caching in Southland area today, many thanks to all the cache placer's.Thanks Bitsprayer
Found on a caching two day journey into Central Otago and Southland with Bitsprayer. Really enjoyed the challenge of the puzzle caches and the many hours spent to unravel the coordinates. Also great to travel along the many roads in the area. Many thanks to the various cache owners for placing and maintaining their caches. TFTC
This was the first cache in our 3rd geocaching outing - we are trying to earn our Geocaching badge for guides and one of the clauses is to find 10 caches including 4 different types.
Catching up on some logging...
After an excursion to the beach to watch sunset and tow MrChosen out, we collected this dot on the way home. Found with Searchwisely and Granville, thanks for the memories...

After a truly miserable and cold start to the week it's great to finally have some beautiful weather! We made the most of it by meeting a couple of fellow cachers out at Oreti beach to watch the sunset tonight, but before we could stop and admire it we had to attach a row rope to my Beast and drag their vehicle out of the soft sand they'd become stuck in, oopsie! After the sun had gone down, we watched a couple of tourists driving their car dubiously through the shallow waves and wondered if we would see their car on the Stuff website the next morning being dragged out by a tractor... Anyhow... decided to detour on the way home to fill in our dot day and decided this cache was our target. A vehicle parked nearby with the occupants chowing down on their dinner wad no deterrent, shortly after we had the cache in hand. Clue is perfect. TFTC
It was getting dark but I thought that it worth an attempt before driving back to Dunedin. i spotted the hint object from a distance. I wonder what non Australians and New Zealanders would make of the hint. Quickly had the cache located, signed and replaced. A nice dry spot.
Found it. Out for hunt on 3rd day of streak challenge. Parked close enough and took a walk along track and one foot entered large puddle ending with wet foot in the gathering darkness near gz. Spotted possible hint item and the cache soon found. Logbook signed and returned to its hide. Thanks Wombat. Worth a fav point.
Great spot.
Love the hint/ very appropriate.
Our two pens did not work so couldn’t write paper log. Will do nxt time in the area.

As I pulled up in the carpark to go find the last 2 caches in here I met up with one of my Brownie families. They've been thinking about getting started, so together we found this nearby cache.
