With the last 5 logs being DNFs, it's probably time for a CO check to confirm the status of the cache.Thanks.
@1150Visiting Bathurst for the weekend from Canberra. After a convoy of Canberra cachers 'raced' around the track collecting all the caches, smittengranny and I wandered around this reserve. A welcome change of pace. This cache proved too elusive.
Searched the obvious spot with no luck. Expanded search radius and still no good.
Out on a fabulous ANZAC weekend caching adventure with Ash_Kate and Rama497. Our base for the weekend was Bathurst where we hoped we could find lots of fun caches in and around and enjoy some relaxing time away from Sydney. This was a DNF for us. Found an obvious spot but nothing located. We widened the search but came up empty handed. I'll be back some day for another go.

The family and I headed to Bathurst today for a drive, and so we stopped off at this one to give the legs a quick stretch. Lovely walk through here as we saw a few kangaroos bouncing around and other people enjoying the trails.

We've come out to Bathurst for the weekend for a mini geo-holiday, with the focus mainly on collecting a bunch of pre-solved puzzle caches. After running parkrun in -2 degrees, GGCoconut and I met up with Team Canary and Its_Dozzie for a yummy breakfast before systematically making our way around Bathurst, Mt Panorama and beyond to grab said caches. What an amazing spot this is! Beautiful bushland, lovely easy tracks to stroll around and lots of roos blending into the landscape! Thanks for bringing us here!

At the end of a long day driving from one Joshwa27 cache to another, we opted for a bushwalk in search of Kangaroos. We were not disappointed.

Loving the walk around the circuit. Found easy enough but I couldn't sign the log as gunk had crept in. TFTC
Checked on this one and its still there.
It had suffered from some cache creep though and took me a few minutes to located it.

Got to GZ and all I could see was obviously the base of the cache. I took a look around and managed to find the rest of it. Clearly some (furred?) animal is having fun with it.

A wonderful busy weekend in Bathurst as we pushed ourselves to get 25 different D/Ts in a day. The things we will do for a challenge cache!! Great to end the weekend with a walk around the grasslands and a few rouge caches on the way home. A hot walk in the sun down to this one. A tricky cache to grab amidst the dust and spikes where the kangaroos have been reclining. Thanks for the cache.
Found with Nibletricecakes. We approached this via the water towers. Should have started further down. Oops. TFTC.
Had a good search, no luck, should have known not easy when I noticed who put it there. Many TFTC
The long grass gave us the heebie jeebies!! Will come back and have a better look when the weather is colder. On the plus side we did see a shingle back lizard out doing its thing
We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Bathurst for a 9 day holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback Camper Trailer at the Bathurst NRMA Big4 Caravan Park, and plan to collect some caches & Adventure Labs in the Bathurst and surrounding areas.
Today we went on a cache collecting loop walk around Boundary Road Reserve, then headed back up to Mount Panorama to have a go at a D5 cache, which we missed on our previous visit to the mount. Then, after returning to camp for lunch and a swim, we visited Kelso for a largish MultiCache and a previously solved Mystery/Puzzle cache. This was the 6th of 10 finds for the day (day 5), and 86th find of the holiday.
This was the last cache we came to on our walk around Boundary Road Reserve, and it took a little longer to locate than the others in the reserve. Eventually found it, after a bit of scratching around amongst the nasty prickle bushes, and had the very familiar cache camo in hand. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Code1.

Winter 2020 trip to Bathurst. Day 2. I joined forces with Fitzy_1965 and MinnieK for another visit to Bathurst and the surrounding area to visit new caches and try to find caches we have all managed to not find on previous visits. It was an overwhelmingly successful trip where we all managed to find some nemesis caches that stretch back several years and many trips to the region. Despite the cold we camped each night and had a most enjoyable weekend now we are allowed out to roam a bit further.
Thanks for the cache Code1

With COVID-19 restrictions eased so that we can travel within our state, fitzy_1965, albida33 and I headed into the Bathurst region for a long-awaited caching weekend away to turn as many DNF's into smilies as possible and collect any unfound caches inbetween.
Quick find here today.

After 2 months of being in Lockdown it was great that travel restrictions in NSW have been relaxed allowing non-essential travel (ie Caching) to restart. We decided that a run up around Bathurst to try to avenge a few previous DNFs was in order. A very successful trip with 13 previous DNFs crossed off. This cache was 'new' for us having never tried for it before. Short walk up the hill for a pretty quick find at GZ.

In this time of social isolation, it was good to combine a bit of exercise and some extra fun to go for a walk and make a relatively quick find.
Not many kangaroos out today - maybe they've had word of the Coronavirus!
