Thanks Nataliec1234 for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, The Cliffs of Doom? (Signpost), was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #1976 at 09:10 on 8/9/2024. FTF: Found with: Swampy Weather: fairMuggles: noneLight level: goodCache condition: goodDistance from GZ: Your cache was visited by my trackables: TB9QQD2, TB9KZ39 and TB7HH81
After further investigating of previous finds of this cache, I went and had another look and found it successfully
Amazing! Im new to the game and am coming up with a list of must haves Bring a pen with you.
This one took us way too long. Scoot went back through the logs which gave us the answer to what we were looking for and we found it within 2 minutes after that as we knew what we were looking for.Very very tricky!!Now to google the answer to the question
Heute bei schnem Wetter die erste Cachrunde in dieser Gegend gemacht und nach etwas suchen auch diesen gefunden. Besten Dank frs legen und pflegen.
We are from Switzerland...We do houssitting all over the world and this time we are back in Tasmania the second time ...We traveled around here 14 years ago...its nice to be back and this time even better with geocaching ..Today we walked on the beach on nice tracks ..were we spotet a Wallaby and heard Kookaburras We had beautiful sceneries and flower power..on the beach was a draft ..I wore my wintercoat .,,but sunny ...from time to time it got hot walking on the tracks....on we went to the bush loop no cache there but I spotet kangaroo hopping away. I also saw galas and rabbits We met friendly people and had nice chats. We found most caches straight away !Thank you very much for this DslioinkoinkFast find ..Text #holidayhome
Last cache to be found today on walks with a client. This one was tricky! The gps was pointing me towards the treatment plant, where there is a lot going on at the moment, having me wondering whether the cache may have disappeared. Then it settled down a bit, and brought me back down lower. The hint wasn't giving me any clues, when by chance I spotted something that looked a bit familiar - ah hah! Cache in hand So all goodTFTC
Took a few minutes to spot and sent the required question to our son who answered it immediately. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan
FINALLY we found it! We were looking literally everywhere except the right place last time sussed it out thanks to the activities left by other geocachers
Today Zozetta and I headed down to the Kingston area to do some caching, ending up with a total of thirteen finds and one DNF. We began the day on Proctors Road before going to Kingston and getting a few there, then down to Blackmans Bay where we found an old DNF. We found six traditionals, five adventure lab locations and two mysteries. I also found my hundredth adventure lab location, hundredth mystery and eight hundredth overall find. A fun day out with a few milestones achieved.
We first looked for this one in June last year, and then again in October. Both times the GPS put us in the same place, both times we felt like we searched everywhere and both times we could not find it.
Today we returned and after five minutes of hunting around Zozetta found it eight metres away from where the GPS told us it would be. Nice to finally turn this into a smiley.
Thanks for the cache Nataliec1234!

After a bit of searching, and a few hints from other cachers, we were able to locate the hide.
and retrieve the clue for the bonus. Will tackle that tomorrow.

Returned to the dog park today with my geocaching buddy and decided to try and have a second look for this cache.
This time I was even more confident in what I was looking for but for some reason I just couldn’t find it.
I started to widen my search and eventually conceded I may have to give up again.
Just as we thought we’d give up the other half of peaches just happened to see something of interest! Finally! The cache! I don’t know why we struggled with this one so much!
Forgot a pen so photo of log book as proof of find.

I studied the satellite imagery to work out the best approach. Wasted time as it was easier to just park and walk.
Took me a little while to locate today as the pointer kept moving around a lot so I concentrated on the types of trees visible from above.
Thanks for the cache

We've recently checked on this cache, and confirm that it still remains in play.
The camouflage employed may be something relatively new geocachers are unfamiliar with, but is something experienced cachers will have likely come across in their travels before and be able to recognise fairly quickly. We had graded the cache as a 1.5 for difficulty for this reason, but have now changed this to 2.0 to better reflect the slight challenge posed to some cachers.
As a parting piece of general advice, we suggest finders leave no stone unturned when searching for this (or any) cache.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Nataliec1234 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

No luck for me today. Spend a decent time looking and after reading a few other logs (and assuming some hints from them) I still couldn’t find it.
THIRD TIME’S A CHARM!!!
This took us a few visits to FINALLY find!!!
TFTC!!! Such a relief to get it

Be good if you could increase the difficulty (whether it’s still in play or not), considering the last six logs are DNFs.
This must be harder than indicated, or maybe we're just not very good, because we didn't find it after looking thoroughly for halfa. No signpost at GZ, nothing looking out of place beside the hut, which is not at GZ. Ah well...
Following a few recent DNFs, we’ve paid a visit to GZ. We’re happy to confirm the cache is intact and still in play.
Note to self. Learn to read cache descriptions. I went and do the other cache around the back of the sewage plant first, walked back around the dog park to this one where a friendly dog followed me, jumping up at the fence the whole way. Almost stepped on the cache just as I looked down. Signed it and returned to the car where I did happen to read the description. So back to the cache again to get the info. Thanks Nataliec1234
Parked the GeoMobile in the roundhouse carpark near the treatment facility.
Wandered down to make a quick find of the cache and SL at 10:45 on TGIF 13 August 2021.
{took note of the info for solving [GC88DJ4] then made my way back to the GeoMobile to nut out the solve for the Finale }
The cache and contents in good order and the log within is dry

Tool about 15 mins to find as our GPS has been playing up something shocking today. Fantastic hide, well done.
A late night find to fill in a calendar date. I don't have many to go but i made life hard for myself by finding everything wise that was close to home!
Cache in good condition and information noted!

Today we decided to head to Blackmans Bay - Snug and surrounds to find a few more caches that we have not found and to make them a smilie. A great day out, not too cold, sun out allowed us to enjoy the great outdoors.
We gathered the required information for the next cache. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. We retrieved the required information. Thanks Natalie1234 for the cache.
Walked the bush loop as today was a nice day for it, and found this one on the way back. The GPSr seemed to be indicating a couple of other areas that weren't quite right, but there was no doubt once GZ was found !
Thanks for the well hidden cache, Nataliec1234 !

We’ve just checked in on this one, unfortunately it appears to have been muggled. We’ll try to replace it ASAP.
Hi Nataliec1234,
TFTC,
Out and about tonight with EeePees whilst he drops me off for an activity nearby.
On the way to the venue, I asked whether there were any caches nearby and he initially said no but remembered when he found this one and we were off.
Thanks again,
KingSmev

gps wasen't being cooperative today but with perseverance i located the cache . all's good at gz . thanks Nataliec1234
GPS led me straight to the right spot. Quickly signed the log and back on our way. Tftc
GPS all over the pace so this took a bit of finding, but the geolids have good eyes so spotted it eventually. TFTC
I really enjoyed my walk for this cache today. As I approached I was drawn to a feature that proved to be the wrong spot. I moved on, as I did something looked out of place. I moved it and there it was. TFTC. PS. I’ve never watched the show.
We would not have found this without phoning a friend.
