Mouse ear chickweed flourishing nearby. Pretty but so invasive. Thank you, kiwipothole
A nice quick find. Heading back to Invercargill now. Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are off on a cruise around the south of the South. Great to be away. The day was fine, though quite overcast,as we travelled around SouthlandOccassionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs. Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.
Thought we would grab a couple while out for a Sunday drive. Easy park n grab TFTC
Up to Lumsden for the night, then back to ChCh tomorrow. Get some in before I go, and hopefully ahead of the rain... See how that pans out. Nice and easy.. Cheers!
Found by gate, but all spread out. Lid, container and log all in different places. Signed log, put back together and in cache location.
Easy find but about 10 metres from where my gps said I was at ground zero. It was kind of out in the open and not very well hidden so not sure it it’s really where it’s supposed to be. We put it back where it was and tried to hide it a little better. TFTC
Quick find with The DoolittlesNZ, but was a few m out from where it said it would be. Cache and log very dry which was a bonus after all the other caches we have found today! Tftc
Finally an opportunity to reduce our solved puzzle list and pick up trades as we went. The rain didn't dampen our spirits and a good day caching was had. TFTC
Out and about grabbing some caches between showers.

Nice little afternoon adventure for me! The GPS took me to a very exposed corner, so I followed my geosense to the correct gz. TFTC!!
Cache 959 it’s time to climb this months geo challenge mountain Mt Everest, the last in the series of 7 mountains so decided to head to Winton to clean up some solved puzzles and Trads to get me on the way, this was one of those trads Cache was a quick find but GPS cords were bouncing around a bit but just used caching intuition in the end. cache in excellent condition T4TC
Quick find. iPhone gps has me at the other end of the gates. Cache in good condition. Tftc

#9041. Today it was raining in Southland and that put paid to some of my geocaching plans. So mainly doing park and grabs. This was the last of the cache finds today before heading back to Invercargill. Parked nearby and wandered to GZ using my car as a shield to hopefully prevent nearby muggles in houses from seeing what I was up to. Nice quick find. Signed the logbook and put it all back where found. Thanks kiwipothole for hiding the cache here. Well done on your first cache hide.
We wanted to find a cache before we left and this was a nice little spot to find a cache!

#18940. We toyed with the idea of walking across the park to get to this one, but decided we'd done enough walking (just as well, as it turned out there was no access). Quick find. TFTC.
Today, StreetWalkerNZ and I are heading north to Winton, to find some caches in the big W. It was an extremely windy day, and after a wet and thundery start to the day, the rain held off which was a bonus.
Thanks for the great start! TFTC.

Cheers for the cache.
A quick easy find of a nicely hidden cache, although for us it was a few metres north of the coordinates. TFTC
Quick snag and tag here. Cheers.
Thursday 5 November. Wintons wherigo is on the radar today also visited Foresthill. Time to go exploring Toby!
Toby, Zara and I are on a 3 week geo adventure of Cromwell, Southland, Catlins, Balclutha with a day in Dunedin and quick stop in Timaru. With Lenny, my trusty navigator and TBD my companion/mascot. we managed to visit lots of green boxes, now happy faces with the odd sad one. Did some LABs , earth caches, virtuals and wherigos, all chucked into the mix to rack up 500 odd caches. Lots of kilometers, lots of exploring and lots of fun. Thanks to all COs for our wonderful experience.

Visting parents tonight in Winton so grabbed a couple of caches while in the area. Thanks for the cache.
Found on a caching two day journey into Central Otago and Southland with Bitsprayer. Really enjoyed the challenge of the puzzle caches and the many hours spent to unravel the coordinates. Also great to travel along the many roads in the area. Many thanks to the various cache owners for placing and maintaining their caches. TFTC
Had a great drive around Central Otago and Southland today, a wee bit of rainat the start, then a hot day many thanks to all the cache placer's. Thanks Bitsprayer
The Sh!t Southland Summer continues, its not ideal caching weather.
Not really ideal watching the Black Caps collapse in the Boxing day test in Melbourne either.
We had a New World voucher to use, so decided to drive out to Winton because "its not a world away" and because we can't buy booze in supermarkets in Invercargill.
A quick find, look forward to many more KPH.

What came first? the tree or the fence? Good place to hide your first box mate. TFTC
This weekend is my last chance to access the vault for the Mystery at the Museum. Heading in for the event so hopefully thd last few on the way.
There are a few who have signed this log, but not yet done the online log.
The TB dropped yesterday is not here, and no logs since - unless he who accompanied the logged finder picked it up. The only "-TB" is from a finder who has not logged online and who signed the book with a date a week before publication date.
That aside, all is well with the cache, lots of swag and a sheltered spot that should stay dry.
Wondering what the new building is to the south...
Thanks for the smilie kiwipothole.

*Winter time dots are thin on the ground for August soon to be rectified picking up some local green dots turning dozens of dates from one singular shade of green to a multiple darker green on the 'finds' table since the MATM challenge has been done with spades*. I luv Winton, only 20min away from home and has the best community maintained gardens. The Rotary trail encircling the town has been walked a few times while exciting new caches started filling up the spots devoid of caches as 2nd generation cacheri had their caches archived leaving only one solely-owned cache at the cemetery. Now interest in the Big W geoart will get to attract swathes of visitors. The suburbs are literally bursting at the seams right up to the farm boundaries here. A wee walk to the end of the no exit road soon had me 22ft away from where the cache was hidden, noice job on the camo paint for a P&G. No bag for the swag and after SL, grabbed the loose log pages with a paperclip until the CO can staple the logbook. Popped in some more swag and grabbed the goods in a big baggy. Snaffling the coin for the next roadie now that it's time in the South draws to a close. TFTC
