Just adding our blue sad face to the others, as we didn’t see the note from the CO until logging today. Yes, the sign does look new, but the view was lovely on this gorgeous Easter day in Bermagui. Hopefully the cache will be here on our next visit from Victoria!
Can confirm along with previous logger that there has been a new sign erected with no evidence of cache.
My local cache guardian is down our way in Victoria this weekend, will send a replacement back with them.
The sign looks newly replaced and the grass freshly mown. Pretty sure the cache got lost with the old sign.
Me own migration is slowly taking me south
And today I ended up in Bermi again for another cache or two.
This was the easiest cache to get too
And with the area free of muggles,
I could poke around to me hearts content,
to find this cache
Not too hard to find thanks to the clue
TFTC
And when I turned around and looked over the towne,
I discovered where the supermercado had been hidden
Time to go shopping !!

We're camping at Narooma for a few days and today I headed into Bega Valley Shire to grab a couple of caches in the only county in south-east NSW that I've yet to make a find.
An easy find here as we did a lap of Bermagui before moving on to Cobargo and Tilba ... thanks for placing a cache in such a picturesque location.

On holidays from Wodonga, a stop over at Jindabyne and finally arrived at Bermagui tonight. What a beautiful area to find a sneaky little nano. TFTC
Well 12 months and 3 cancelled trips later we are finally in town as of 2am today and will replace this in person in the coming days.
Thanks for the reminder Tiddalik. Sadly, we were due to be arriving in Bermagui today, however the Victorian border closure put paid to that. I will mail a replacement cache to our local cache guardian who will replace on our behalf.
Had a good look but still couldn’t find out will have to come back for it next time
Disabled pending check. Our local cache guardian is out of town at the moment but hopefully returning soon. Worst case we are heading up at Xmas so can check it then (pending borders opening of course!)
As per previous two logs, looked where logical and from hint and picture in logs but nothing was found. Will have to come back another time.
Similar to CoomaClan- looked in the obvious places but no find on cache but plenty of finding whales!
Hmmm.when you know it should be easy and check the obvious places. Busy time down here at moment. Muggled suspicions........
It sure was!!! We saw whales!!! Visiting my big sister who lives here I thought I’d show her what geocaching is all about. She loved the nano.

A frequently visited spot for whale watching. My favourite spot to watch them jump out of the water
A nice simple find.
I pulled up at the GZ to find a great view out over the water. There were a couple of other cars here who were checking out the view.
I wasnt able to spot any whales which was unfortunate.
The cache was located quickly and i soon had things signed and returned to its place.
The container is in good condition and the log is dry.
Thanks.

Out caching today around Bega. Yours was one we targetted and found. Our thanks to BFMC for placing this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Found with Mummypenny and Jamathong. We must have just missed the new log. We all signed over a faded old spot, #19 as I recall. No whales on the horizon but cold gusts and an impressive swell. Thanks BFMC.
High on the headland with a beautiful 300 deg view, you can sure pick em BFMC.
Then off down the cliff for a bracing swim in the blue pool.

Thanks to those who reported the full log. A new log is currently en route to Bermi via Aus post, whenever it eventually arrives our local cache guardian will swap it over
After a pleasant walk around the headland, and a quick chat to the grey nomads, enjoying a morning cuppa outside their massive RV, we wandered along, and ever so casually reached up for the find. Squeezed an abbreviated moniker and date 'clc 290220' in amongst the full to capacity log. Great spot for a cache... big views. Spending (literally) 2 weeks on the South Coast, Bermagui to Moruya to Mollimook. TFTC BFMC

Disabling due to the current fire situation on the South Coast. We are receiving first hand reports from those still on the ground in Bermagui as communications permit but this will remain disabled until such time we are confident that the fire risk has subsided and the town is in a position to support visitors. Our first maintenance check & a log replacement was planned for a couple of weeks time however this trip has had to be cancelled not only due to local conditions but the inability to travel through East Gippsland. Stay safe everyone!
We are staying here on a holiday. It was very smoky this morning. When the smoke cleared we went out to find the Geocache.
Thanks

We are staying in this area for a few days, and noticed that this geocache has been placed since we were last here. Thanks for bringing us to this location, it is always one of our favourite areas. This afternoon the sky is a mix of smoke and storm clouds, about to hit. Time to head back! Thanks

Unfortunately no whales but what a beautiful view! A bit further down the road was a good spot to swim and see seals. Tftc
Quick park and grab on our way north. Found the cache out of place, and hopefully placed it where it should be!

We have been at Depot Beach for a few days with friends, and are now travelling a bit further south before turning north to return home. Hoping to find some caches along the way and with the hint, this one was an easy find! We saw whales as well, so that was a bonus! Thanks for this cache and for bringing us to this beautiful view!
Thank you found this cash from Jackie I need a nice rock pools down the bottom TFTC
Our caching fun continued today as we went on the hunt with ilook4geo. We found this cache exactly in the right place and used the car as a shield to keep the muggle eyes on other things.
Thanks to BFMC for placing and maintaining this cache, which brought us to a place with great views.

What a fun day it was today with all the caches found with goingplaces2. This was a very easy one to find, log was signed and replaced and we moved on again. TFTC.
In Bermagui with Cool Ridings cycle group for a couple of days cycling the area. Found quickly and even spotted some whales. Great spot and a favourite.
We were going for a ride and I wanted to go geocaching so we looked at the phone and there was one nearby tftc
Quick find. Will be sailing past this point tonight on our way back to Melbourne.
Nice little weekend away with fitzy_1965 catching up with friends in Merimbula.
Spent a lovely night in Merimbula visiting (caching) friends...stayed up way too late but was worth it! LOL
Now time to head home picking up a few stray caches along the way. We made a quick find here with a bit of diversion tactics....however, fitzy dropped the lid and it took us a bit to find again. By the time we found it, more muggles had parked near GZ so again diversion tactics and we were on our way.

18,711. Found with minniek on a caching run down to Merimbula and region.
Heading down to Merimbula with minniek for some caching and to catch up with some good friends. After staying with some local cachers for a fun night of relaxing and talking all things
cashing we headed out this morning with a few goals in mind, mainly 2 walks - around Long Point and the bushland next to the Pambula Merimbula Country Club. After finishing both walks and all the caches we started heading home. Stopped at this new one in Bemagui. Quick find. The muggles made replacing the cache a bit of fun but all good in the end.
Thanks BFMC !!

Tftc. Quick detour through Bermi in our way home to clean up the newish caches. Too spot to sit and ponder.
Such a rare occurrence having a cache to find within our day drive radius, great day out and always love this view. Thanks for placing and helping us get a start on the mystery in museum game too. Tftc
