On a midnight adventure with my geobuddy Mizcupcake tonight. We came through Menangle to log this one thats being a little unloved right now. Parking the geomobile across from the park, we actually didn't even realise there was a park there. Making our way to gz, it was a quick and easy find for tonight. Completing siging duties and replacing, we hung around for 5min to enjoy a little swing and some fresh air. TFTC!
Out with Littl3Vix on our daily (nightly?) midnight caching adventure and this was our first stop.
Upon arrival, I unknowingly stopped right across the road from the park and GZ while we were checking the maps, so we quickly jumped out and made our way over. As we were beginning the search, a car pulled up not too far away but Littl3Vix was still hidden enough to continue her search. She quickly found the cache amd we made our way over to the nearby table to complete the signing duties.
Thanks for the cache and this slice of history ??

Drove to Campbelltown and Narellan today to try and get a lot of caches in the area. I had not been there for a while since for some reason Campbelltown is my caching nemesis. Today only 2 DNF, so came home happy. A quick find here.

Disabling due to COVID19. Geocaching is not an essential activity and I feel that to protect the caching and muggle community/s we should put a hold on our caching activities for the time being.
Cheers

My phone lead me to the storm water thing out front. Opened it and got covered in dirty water. Eventually worked it out though.
I found it within about 10 seconds from entering the park, it’s not often I find caches that quick!
#6567 (4 of 9 today)
Finally had a day where I could devote a big chunk of time to caching. First day like this for two months! But still needed to be home in time to go out with Geoson #3 and be at our destination by 6pm.
Even so decided I could target Mount Annan / Menangle for a decent plunder. Started with three previously solved Puzzles, then hit five Traditionals including a precious DNF.
On the way home went for a First2Find, but came up well short.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
This one had me for a bit. The park was nice and deserted, but I missed it when I checked the spot the first time.
Just had to be here, or very nearby.
So came back and made the find.
Completed signing duties and replaced. Then off to my next target.

Took advantage of the day off by clearing out more of my 50km radius. I put a significant dint in the map, finding 26 caches in total! Thanks to all the Cache Owners for their caches.

Not sure why I didn’t come to this cache sooner as I work quite close by. Still, this afternoon I was driving past and realised it was awaiting me. A bit of loitering was needed before I felt unobserved, then I got a quick find and moved on.
Geocaching is a great way to explore different locations. This cache has lead us to a nice location in an interesting old town. Some nice older houses nearby and an interesting church up the hill. Back to the cache, very accurate coords lead to a quick find. In fact the first place we looked. TFTC
Had the park to ourselves, always helps to make a quick find. Geokids made the most of the swings while our OC did the legals. TFTC. xo
Tftc. Team Canary was just leaving as we arrived and said he’d put it back for us. Quick find, signed at the table and replaced.
Arrived here and a water tanker was filling up. Waited before starting my search. Looked and looked eventually locating the hide in a places already searched. Have my self a back slap.
Signed and placed as found. TFTC

Opportunity to grab a few out-of-town newish hides (since a housesitting stint up this way earlier in the year) arose short notice and in time to assist with the last few smileys needed for the Museum challenge. Arrow had me closer to the bin, but logic directed me to a better hidey hole a few metres away. Unlike last finder, had no problem removing log, just needed to roll it a bit tighter before replacing.
On a lazy Sunday arvo decided to to take a drive for the find, coords bounced at first then settled for a nicely hidden cache, tftc

*FTF* at 15:41 after having an FTF in Camden we noticed this one showing on our map and decided we would attempt this also and after search and rechecking we finally located the cache and placed our names on the fresh log sheet
Thanks 007mushu for placing this cache.
