Grimm Reaper 1 I didnt find your cache Hectors bridge on 2/10/2024, 8:56am. Found the tree with barbed wire in it but no cache. Looks like the area has been renovated recently.
Searched around on two separate occasions for a good amount of time and came up empty handed, disappointingly!
A couple of caches I haven’t found as I decided to phone found one thong and ask if he wanted to join me. I’m glad he did, it was a great day out, glorious weather, I’ve never been out this road before and I drove all the way to the end to the picnic area and we had a dip in the crystal clear river. It was cool but refreshing.
Found cache and replaced container as I had a spare in the car, it still has a write in the rain log.

As with the last cache this one is just 10 days short of two years since it’s last find. Sadly unloved so obviously many have missed out on enjoying the beautiful scenery and drive out beyond this cache. The lid is missing from the container ensuring the log had glued itself inside it after being rained on, dried and re-wet over and over. We placed a RITR log inside and did our best to help protect it but sadly we did not have a replacement container that was suitable for the hide.
The hide is clever and the area scenic. We spent some time scouring for the platypus but it remained illusive.
Thank you Grimm Reaper 1 for these caches that brought us out here.
Cheers and Happy New Year.

Didn't see the platypus but glad he has such a lovely home, this is a very special place.
What an absolutely magnificent spot. I could stay here forever. Don't blame the platypus for living in this gorgeous place.
The log is damp and sadly I had no replacement, Celeste Poulin and I signed as best we could.
Tbank you Grimm Reaper we l9ved this one.

Was wandering the countryside enjoying a rainy drive. Realised in time there were caches to find here too. It was only spitting so was able to faff around with getting the log out as gently as I could. Resorted to a TOTT from.my handbag caching kit, paper is writeable, barely. Rerolled tightly and replaced. Water is hooning along under this bridge. If we get much more, which is expected im guessing this road will be cut by Monday afternoon. Tftc
What a gorgeous spot! A quick find was great, as we’re sneaking in a cache before a picnic lunch . Thanks!
managed a quick find here, only thing is that the log is soaking wet and mush, to the point I couldn’t get it out of the container. Thanks anyway
Joint [FTF] with theprodigalgoat on 8/9/19
Really hot weather today but taking about 20 mins of searching
We found something surprising in one of the trees

Joint [FTF] with JessYoung96. We arrived at GZ to find someone hooking up a pump, unsure of what he was doing to the water.
Cache was easy to find but my gps was pointing me to the other side of the bridge (not sure if just tree coverage or something else), but still a fun find and had no idea this area was here and although the pump nearby was loud it didn't take away from the atmosphere.
