Checked the spot this morning, and it has definitely gone. The cache may reapear at some future time, but not right here.
First brief stop in Australia for the TBs and coins that travelled back from Seattle with us. They'll be coming westward with us next.
RedPaw64 found this cache at 11.40am. No 6 of 13 for the day. Very enjoyable cache.

I am new to geocaching and choose this as my first cache to find as i know the park, used to play around there as kids.
I had to wait a minute to let a couple of joggers past then searched and found it.
Hopefully this will be the first of many

Found by Pickupfamily Dad 2005hrs, on a detour from chasing Domino FTFs. The local kids were playing in the river nearby this balmy evening, but far enough away to be able to locate the cache easily. TNLN, TFTC.
Rated: for Overall Experience
We had quite an adventure looking for this cache. We began with one kiddy (D) in a pram and one (A) in a backpack carrier. The first river crossing was done with D in the pram, the crossing on the way back was done at a different location which meant D was carried and the pram folded up. We enjoyed the walk and D enjoyed helping find the hiding spot, A just enjoyed the view from Daddy's back. D selected the tape (who knows why a 2 y/o needs electrical tape... maybe it was the bright yellow colour) and added a toy hermit crab to the collection.
Nice and cool in the shade of that tree. Even better in the waterhole on such a hot day.
Obvious cache location. No dogs here this rainy day.

This is our family celebrating Chewinprickles 50th birthday. Off to find a cache. Found it. Took nothing left nothing.I never knew the Chaffy bros started in werribee, imagined they would have come straight from California to Mildura. Thanks for nice afternoon.
Found quite easily after a short stroll in a nice area. Popular spot - few muggles about so had to time it right.

A pleasant stroll along the path by the river, we came the long way around on a beautiful autumns day. Lots of muggles around so we were in and out as discreetly as possible.
Second for the day. Had a lovely stroll along the river, lots of people were out on bikes and with dogs today. Quick to find once at GZ. TNLN. Thanks!
Found @ 1.10pm, using a GPS unit that I thought was faulty, I decided to try one more cache before going home all dejected.
My unit led me to within 1 meter of GZ!!! I found the cache without much ado, and had to stay at GZ hidden whilst several muggles abled by.
Took nothing
Left a Fozzy card.

Cache twenty of thirty for the day. The cache was found at 17:25 on my western assault day. A nice stroll that was interrupted, by the roar of a motorbike doing a mono across the grassed area. A nice quick find thanks Maccamob.

I've done a few of the Cache along the Werribee river and it never fails to amaze me with it's beauty, this is a lovely spot that I never would have found without Geocaching, it does make you want to buy a Kayak and head off on an adventure.
Got to the location and belive we found the right tree to look under, though too late in the day, and even 'daylight savings' couldn't rescue us, this time around... As Maccarthur said... "I shall return..."
Hiya, I was the friend with Thyla and Thylo. Thanks for this cache. I'd been driving past this park for a coupla months on the way home from work.
Got to finally see what was in the park thanks to this cache.
As you can see I've also started Geo Caching myself. [^]

There may have been a river and a wonderful park at this location, but in darkness with only a small torch all I was interested in was flat ground and a cache.
We were not disappointed with both requests and not only found the cache but found a pile of dumped catalogues around the cache.
Many thanks Maccamob for the cache, we will have to return again to see what we missed.
TN (very old catalogues, and no garbage bags) – LN (tried to stuff Luke into the cache container, but no room for air)

This was an easy find as there was only one tree at GZ, and it provided great cover for a surreptitious search. Decided to move away to a nearby gate to fill in the log when my problem started. Two muggles that I had passed on the way here were now moving slowly towards the exit gate I was sitting on. And I do mean slowly. I thought I’d have to celebrate my next birthday here at the rate they were moving. I know I had my head down writing for a long time waiting for them to pass. Eventually they did and I was able to return the cache to its possie. Thanks again Maccamob. TNLN

Geojack is hooked. I'm at home trying to get some work done and in comes the phonecall, "lets go out and find another one", so how can I refuse. We tried one in your closet first but blowed if I can find that one. This one though, no problem, raced it in. TNLN. Just wrote something in the book.
Found this one easily, our first for the year.
Thear were a couple of muggles around but we avoided them easily enough. (We thought the kid with the punctured bike tyre was never going to leave.)

We arrived with my mother and mother in law at Hoppers Crossing at 8.00pm and then decided to kill some time while the sun went down so that we could get the best out of the Wyndham Lights cache. So what else to do but look for some of these caches that I have been seeing on my screen for nearly a year. Got to GZ at 8.10pm after a lovely short walk which took us past the irregation gate. Lots of people walking dogs, but no-one around when we picked up the cache. Took: Screwdriver (which came in handy for the next cache), Left: Small torch

Found at 1305, in company with barcoder. Once again, there was only one 'object' at GZ, so it was only a matter of finding where on the object the cache was hidden. The cache location was reminiscent of a cache we had found earlier in the day. Our last maccamob cache for the day. Thanks for showing around your stamping ground.

Our last maccamob cache for the day, and it was an easy find. We sat on the stone wall while we did the swap. A couple of 'muggles' were nearby but were 'none the wiser' I am behind the [8] as far as the score is concerned, but we have a couple to go yet.
I am hopeful. Thanks for the day maccamob.

I saw a couple of blokes fishing here. Not sure what they were catching in the Werribee. One thing for sure is that they won’t need multi vitamins for a few years if they eat the fish!
I left a screw driver and took the candles. Thanks Maccas.
Our third cache of the afternoon and just as well as the clouds are really getting dark.
On a wet Wednesday afternoon we strolled down to the cache, the GPS putting an obvious GZ right in the way and spent a few minutes locating the cache.
We took a Clip on Kangaroo (for G) and a Seahorse (for J).
We left a Whale and a Blue Dinosaur.
Thanks for a peaceful stroll on an otherwise ready arvo.

Lovely spot and it even had electric BBQ, which seems to impress the locals. One was in the process of checking them all out to make sure they met his standards.
Found at 1140, after thinking we were parking close to the cache - however it ended up being on the wrong side of the river!! Despite the glitch, the actual cache was easy to find - walked straigh up to it. Took the superman figure and left the candleholder with 3 candles. Thanks to maccamob for this one!
Lovely area, GPS was playing up and had GZ out in the middle of an open area. Went to where I thought it should be and found it straight away. Took butterfly keytag and left folding pliers.
Realised I forgot to log this after comparing notes with Spindoc Bob. Better late than never.
Dragon's Pearl filled in the log on my behalf. Something along the lines of "Bloody easy to find compared to the others." I think that sums it up. The Sun was shining bright and we enjoyed the shade whilst smelling the peppercorns and logging our find. TNLN.
Finally, an easy one from Maccamob! Walked straight up to it, even if I did park in an unconventional place. Took the dice set, and left a matchbox car and something else.
Found at 1.50 pm.
Was a wondeful day for a walk and the scenery was pretty, ducks swimming in the river added to the enjoyment of the walk. Found GZ quickly and had to wait while a few people went by with their dogs and children. Took star stickers and left koala coaster. Thanks Maccamob for another easy and fun cache.

Found at 4:35pm. Again another excellent Maccamod hiding spot, how do they find them? With only a few people walking/jogging in the area getting the cache was pretty easy. Thanks Swapped a mini pie cutter (out) for a superman toy (in). Also picked up TB Silvester – hmm, where does he want to go?
A very easy find and a cache I have walked within meters of in the last few weeks without realising it was there. I even had plans of hiding one nearby. Left sylvester and took a survival kit. Thanks maccamob

Found at 1830-ish - thank goodness for daylight savings!! Slight delay while some kids departed after swimming in the nearby weir, but they were soon gone and the caching could re-commence!
Seemed pretty obvious where the cache might be - someone had made things a little too obvious by placing a large rock in front, so moved that out of the way and added a little more natural camoflage instead.
Took a christmas ornament, left a seahorse.
Lived in Hoppers Crossing for six years and never knew this spot existed - thanks Maccamob!

Found at 2:40PM by Maya, Christine and Ray (The Nomads). This was our first of 6 caches for the afternoon. It was an easy find and the co-ords were good. The cache was in good gondition. We took the Glow Stickers and Film Canister caps, and left a roll of insulation tape and a glowing butterfly key ring. Despite our current drought state, there was considerably more water in the river nearby than the last time we visited the area. Thanks for returning us to the area. The Nomads.

The third to find this cache after Muzza and KiwiDeb! Really running late now, I walked quickly to the spot and waited until a man had finished brushing his dog and walked off. Peered in an obvious location, then wandered around some more. Quick hintline phone call to describe my location and told Maccadad what I had done:
I looked there but there's nothing.
Are you sure there's nothing? Look again.
Grrr.... (spots the well hidden container)
I'm sure Maccamob enjoys hiding caches in places they know I hate - my imagination always envisioning something horrible!
Left a mini basketball and swapcard and took a deck of cards. Thanks for the hunt Maccamob, this is a place I'd really like to explore some more. (I was only half an hour late to the meeting in the end!)
