Found it, first find for the day, makes me want to look for me, so yeah days not over
Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumulated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Sol's day the twentieth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A quick find here today, cache is all goodTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
Such a lovely park, we came here for the Gresswell Forest Nature Reserve Adventure lab cache and did some other caches along the way.A quick find, a bit harder to avoid muggles here. TFTC
Arrived at GZ and thankfully it was only a few minutes and the cache was spotted. Signed the log, replaced the cache was soon on my way. Thanks for another one...cache all good.
TFTC - found the not so green slug hanging about in great condition after an enjoyable time exploring the nearby reserve. Sa a fox in great condition and a roo??
I was on the way to visit the CO and his amazing fundraising whiz partner Grub62 to attend to some pre BBQ business. While in the area I stopped in for this cache on the way.I combined the special tool required, and hint, and my knowledge of the CO, into a definite type of hide. So I began searching and searching and searching.Sure enough, I had allowed my cache blindness, and my assumptions to lead me down a garden path and make the cache hide much harder than it was. .When I finally realised my path was fruitless, I reset and found the cache almost immediately right in front of me. Well played!A big thanks goes to bunadoorian for taking the time to add Not quite Greenwood to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Are you ready for Victorias next big event?Join us for Victorias first ever *Block Party* to celebrate 25 years of geocaching.**When:** March 22 - 23, 2025**Where:** Hume Global Learning Centre, SunburyLog your will attend at [**GCAP417: The Sunbury Event** ](https://coord.info/GCAP417) Visit our [**Block Party website** ](https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/the-sunbury-event) for more details on the exciting lineup of events and activities as they are released!
A nice quick find while EveTheStaffy was doing her business on the way to the sausage sizzle in Mernda. Thanks for the pit-stop cache bunadoorian.
Walking the dog with +Wife. The journey continues. The never-ending search for just one more. Today, it brings us here, and yet another find has been added to the tally.Cache spotted on approach. All in good order at GZ.Thank you, bunadoorian, for the cache.
Ive almost finished reading Robin Hobbs Fitz and the Fool series, and thought it appropriate to go caching on April fools day. Unfortunately my pen died so I scratched TRC onto the logbook. I also took a photo to share with the CO if needed. TFTC
A quick find after exploring the Greswell Forest Reserve Ad Lab. Last one for the day now time to relax. TFTC Bundoorian
Just passing by and thought that I would check this cache. All good and ready to find.
#65 30/12/2023 @11:44amCoordinates threw me off a little in this one, but broadening the search a touch made for a quick find
A magpie in the same tree didn't move while I retrieved & signed the log; a friendly local! TFTC
Traveling and geocaching. It took me a long time to spot the container. However, it was not that difficult when looking backward. Nice hide. TFTC! Greetings from China.
Came across this lovely reserve today and this was the first of our finds here. A quick easy park n grab, now on to the next! Thanks bunadoorian
Took me a few minutes to spot the blighter. I wasn't sure whether to trust the hint or not. No foxes or kangas spotted today, but I saw and heard lots of life.

In the area today and I was able to manage a quick find here while sheltering from a little rain shower. The log was very wet and full.

Missed this one in the dark a few months back. Daylight and Peckhman2008's young eyes had this in no time. TFTC
I agree the coordinates are off a little from the hint as well but widening the search from there helped: David
Today I’ve caught the train to Watsonia to see what this part of town has to offer with regard to geocaching. It’s not a part of Melbourne that I’m familiar with.
The start of a much flatter and more open green space than I was expecting. Took a while to find; these things are invisible to me once they are in place.
Thanks again bunadoorian.

I'm usually hopeless at this type but today it was a really quick find, thanks

Chooo ooo [Found] with dty73 and youban on our Whittlesea Mega trip down south! - Nice find here! Thanks bunadoorian!
Definitely helped reading activity comments that I wasn't going insane with my head stuck up this tree next to bull ants for too many minutes
Nice quick find for us today! Spent about a minute scanning the tree and widened our search area. Cache was in hand very quickly!

Oh man, spent longer than a should have in the area and had no success. I bet it was looking at me laughing. Grrr. Wasn’t sure how far to expand my search but it is a pretty big park! I’ll try again another day.
Found on a gorgeous day exploring the grasslands. Coordinates a little off but the cache is in good order. Funny how it blends in even without camouflage. Great cache!
After being here nearly every week for two years at the wrong tree bought another kid today and she goes our co ordinance is out by a bit we found it finally
Nice hiding spot for that size cache can be a bit awkward to pull depending on the muggles
The coords had me at the wrong tree until Eudes said he thought it was the next one - then it was quickly spotted. Found at 3:20pm after after out bushwalk and BBQ.
thanks bunadoorian
thanks bunadoorian
Took me 2 goes but with better light and a couple more bunadoorian's caches under my belt, found it fairly easily today... TFTC
4/5ths of the team were out today to enjoy the beautiful sunny day. Eldest Luke was happy to stay home however.
We went for a walk in the Greswell Forest , after enjoying the Greswell Link last week (a walk we had to cut short as a storm was on the way!).
As we got to the north end of the Forest , we popped into this little park to do your two caches bunadoorian.
I had my eye in today and spotted it before the kids could, saving me the $2 bounty we had offered them.
Thanks bunadoorian for the cache from team plowfive!

We were just headed back to the car after having decided not to do the adlab in the area (to save it for later) but had to add this last trad. On approach I had the right angle and managed to spot it straightaway, although it took my geo-buddies a few more minutes. And that makes 8 from 8. An excellent morning!
A guy in a wheelchair is pulling kids in a wagon. Pure happiness on all the faces.
I was in this area so I decided to tackle this cache. There were quite a few muggles around which made it a bit difficult. I looked in some obvious places and then read the hine and some logs. With this extra information I continued to search without luck. The sun was starting to go down which made it hard (at least that is my excuse). I widened the search are but still no luck. I made the PAF, which confirmed what I already knew. Finally, looking from other angles I managed to find the well hidden cache. Thanks bundoorian

So obvious when you see it but well hidden It took a while and I needed to widen the search before finding it. TFTC bundadoorian
Walked around inside the fence, no gate so had to backtrack to get out. Quick find once we were at the right tree

Found the micro cache at 4:56pm. Had a kitten drop off to a lady in Bundoora so of course it was also a great opportunity to find some caches while we are here. Had a walk around the nature reserve. It is so beautiful. Saw two kangaroos. A fav given for the location and well hidden micro.
I started my search in the wrong tree. Once I widened my search I was soon signing the log. Tftc.
I don't know what it is about this container type but I always struggle with them. After hunting around aimlessly for about 5mins there it was staring straight at me. Well camoed.

One night last year, I rode out to Watsonia on the disjointed bike path, picking up a few smilies and starting the Adventure Lab. This afternoon, the weather was perfect for picking up where I left off.
Which is how I reached this corner in daylight rather than in the dark like last time, and spotted the very cheekily placed cache after a short search.
Thanks, bunadoorian. It's great to turn a blue frowny into a smiley.

Being in the area again, decided to have another look. Its amazing what you find when you look in the right tree Smiles for us now.
Looked for about 10 minutes but unable to find it. I'll have to visit another day.
Having come over this way for a brand new Multi to help complete ** The Non-Traditional Calendar Challenge **, I stopped off while heading home to find this cache too! Parking on the road didn't seem to sensible... especially as there is a convenient parking area about half-way between this cache and another further up the road. The cache was an easy find.
Thanks **bunadoorian** for putting this cache here.

This took a little while to discover and it was only after looking from a different direction that we made this find. Thanks for the cache.
A lovely day for a spot of after-work caching with Geoturtle37.
Stood and stared for about five minutes before GT finally spotted it.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, bunadoorian

Got the sneaky little sucker. I was out muggles in the morning as there were so many dog walkers. All clear now and able to make the find. Tftc
I found this cache today on my Seven Labs Preston to Watsonia Run. With all the lab caches now done but 2, it was time to hit a few regular caches before heading home. Thanks from D B-A
Only had a few minutes left this morning before having to drop the little fella at school; had a fossick around the trees and bushes but no luck. Will have to come back for a more proper hunt when time permits!
Nice little cache, hidden well until we stood at the right angle and got a glimpse of it
Thought we'd tagged this one previously, but was marked as not found in the app. Just out driving, enjoying the sun and the post-lockdown freedom, and spotted the park so thought we'd stop in and pick it up! TFTC
