Found while visiting and spending the night in Cooryong. Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
On our way back to Vic after Visiting Canberra for the Mighty Mega. A wonderful event! Many thanks SciFiRulz for providing this game piece for our enjoyment.
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. G.Ll
Bark woof bark...definitely looms larger from one side! Heading back to homebase after a spontaneous decision to head up to the Ramsheads from DeadHorse Gap . So Hooray for today and three cheers for Toowong council and its lookout. Its an awesome bluebird day with a moderately cool wind for a multi mission. Found the treasure with good co-ordinates. TFTC and the FUN!
Find # 10726Looking at my stats I have a personal goal to meet before year end and its not an altogether small one. BUT when Im on a mission anything could happen. So, on a brief work trip to NE VIC and I have a long list of caches to collect so no time for spinning the wheels Picked up the trusty SUV hire car and off I go. Making the most of the opportunity for a few hours of caching fun. Via Piccadilly Circus at long last, its been a long time since Ive been up here. Pre-C in fact. Seeking out the occasional challenge or two, or trying to mop up as many solves as I can to keep that long list under control. Seems to increase faster than it decreases Quick easy find at A Looming Tree here today. Cache container and log in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Thanks so much for the many caches SciFiRulz and of course for giving me a reason and incentive to get out here, and to experience this part of the world in a different light
A bit scary walking into the long grass with so many snakes around but Boot was sent in to do the task! Thanks for placing and maintaining the cache.
Found on our way to explore Corryong. Beautiful scenery and I was so excited when I first saw the snow capped mountains. Tftc
I knew exactly what tree on my approach, needed to do a u-turn before pulling up for the search,
Thanks for the cache

A wonderful, ancient tree. Cache and log are good. I dropped off 'White Jeep Travel Bug "Bemeere"'. TFTC SciFiRulz.
On our way to Colac Colac caravan park for the night. Everywhere is so wet and boggy after all the rain we have had.
Tree was spotted quickly on our approach, cache found quickly and it good order. Picked up TB to move on.

Last cache of the day after a fun day up in the hills exploring in the big muddy soccer Mum car.
We parked the circus just past the POI as we were heading west, and dad went solo as the Queen stayed in the car to make sure the heater stayed nice and toasty warm.
With a bit of a lull in the traffic, the cache was found and signed, and we released a new traceable of ours out into the wild so it can disappear quickly like TBs do these days…. #sigh
That really is an impressive tree.

Heading from Albury to Corryong to complete my FINAL map in the Victoria Country Road Atlas Challenge! Such a great drive along the Murray River Road, taking in the views of Lake Hume. Now on the main highway, grabbed this one quickly as I dodged the massive spider living next door! Thanks for the cache SciFiRulz.

Taking some time after the Wangaratta Mega to travel around and grab some caches with The_Tritonz.
This is a beautiful tree and pleased to see that it has survived. Thanks for showing it to us and for placing this cache.

A very impressive specimen of a tree. We hope it has never been the cause of an accident so close to the road. With Papi4506 and Geoturtle37 today we were both able to pull off the road safely and make the quick find.
Thanks SciFiRulz for the placement.

Yep! Sticks out a bit. Please excuse generic log. I proceeded to my own cache at Geehi with intention of moving its location to a possible less muggled area. No new location found so left it in place. Enjoyable weekend and able to grab a few caches I should have gotten long time ago. All caches found were in good condition apart from one in which I have notified owner. Thanks to all owners for their cache placements.
We took the motorhome away for a few days and made a few great finds along the way. Enjoyed another visit to this area.
Another quick find here but an amazing sized tree.
Thanks SciFiRulz for placing the cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

Kids loved it. We've taken the travel bug to hide somewhere else when the borders open.
We spent the night in Wodonga with the plan of going out to Corryong to grab the Adventure Lab and what ever else came up along the way. Unfortunately we awoke to quite a miserable day and we didn't get quite as many as we planned but we still enjoyed the visit to the area.
Heading into Corryong you do see of a tree looming towards you and we were happy that it didn't get any closer to the road. It is indeed a grands specimen of a eucalypt that gave us a chance for another smilie which happily was a nice easy find and our name has been added to the log.
Thanks again SciFiRulz for the cache.

A quick drive by and grab. Good to see this big old tree has new growth post fires. TFTC
We visit Corryong often to see my mum, and we never quite got out here for this cache. Then the terrible fires through the region
Wow, lovely to see the regrowth from the bushfires in this area. Thanks for replacing it. Tftc

Long grass, but an impressive tree, where we found a cache and SL on a sunny Friday afternoon. On our way to Tumbarumba, via Corryong. #7151 TFTC SciFiRulz
Heading back home through Corryong (one border crossing done another to go) and time to get a couple of caches - not enough for the Adventure Lab (I will be back) Last one (apart from a big bird in Tallangatta) and another quick one (avoiding slow traffic was harder). Signed log and on my way.

An unfound Adventure Lab Cache drew BettyBoo3747 and I to Corryong.
A lovely drive from Beechworth, the areas are so green.
The weather was a bit iffy, but not enough to stop caching.
The tree wasn't looming much in the bright sunshine, not sure if it has had a post-fire haircut, or just the time of day.
A good sized tree though.
Thanks, Robmc.

#17445. With the lure of a new AdLab cache in Corryong and the freedom to actually use our almost new camper, we decided to head out and have a night away. An early start meant we achieved all that we wanted to do today. Wonderful green pastures everywhere but also the sight of burnt trees and creeks and rivers flowing like thick rich chocolate. An awful sight. So much rebuilding to be done through this area.
Glad to see the cache has been replaced since the devastation of the fires early this year. A quick walk for the dogs and we were soon on our way again.
Thanks SciFiRulz

This one was lost to the bushfires, will be replaced once all remedial works in the area have been finished.
We're camped at Clarke Lagoon for a couple of weeks and today we needed a cache for our year calendar so we decided to run a few errands in Corryong and then drive down to this cache which is new since the last time we were in the area. This one will help with our Ausmer challenge. Not every gap we have is for an old cache [:i]
