Great cache, shame about the large number of dumped domestic ducks nearby TFTC!
Had an hour or so to fill in between shifts, so after finishing what I had to do at the library nearby, I thought I would try to locate a couple of caches. Very clever hide, and all good at GZ TFTC
Checked on cache as nearby and container containing log was missing but cammo still there down the bank. Have placed new log sheet and rehid where it should be.
Great cache! Log is a bit wet so we could write our names in. Heres photo evidence instead!
Had many friends (ducks) for finding this cache. It was slightly damp inside so moved it up the bank a little so hopefully it stays dry.
Only found thanks to looking through the activity of others. Cache had rubbish on top of it and scattered around it unfortunately
I found it after about 15 min of searching, I am new to geocaching and this was a fun one to start on. Thank you creator for putting this here
Pretty difficult, even with hint! Found it after looking at other activity, so thanks for that. Very well camoflauged, so thanks to the creator!
Bloopy kids loved this one. We signed the log with the ducks watching us. Cheers!
Suddenly realised I needed quite a few extra points for Signal, so after a couple of appointments in the area decided I’d best have a look for a few caches. Of course I approached this one from the wrong side, but the ducks didn’t seem to mind me doing a bit of bush bashing and traversing waterways trying not to get my feet wet. After a bit of a look around I checked the hint …mmm? Found a cache very recently from the same CO with the same hint? But this time it didn’t match the terrain. Had me looking further afield ever so briefly and wondered did I need to go back from where I came? Figured that the hint meant something different and continued my search, finding the cache fairly quickly. Sat and chatted to the wildlife while I signed the log. Thanks whitewebbs for an interesting cache in an interesting area.
After shopping, walked on track with lovely day .. at here GZ took me searched for 15mins, finally got it , little mts off.. amazing cache..
Sign the log as little fullnote.. TFTC

Figured that the cache would be close to the water and as it turned out I picked the correct side of the pond.
Phone had GZ out in the middle of the pond but I knew better.
Found the cache in about 45 seconds once I decided on the actual GZ. Took a little to extract the log today.
Thanks for the cache #3998

Gps just about had me in the flooded creek but fortunately this was pretty easy to spot even in the rain and fading light. Thanks.
Another day down from the north west, and devoting it to logging more caches. Weather not the best with drizzle, but not cold, not windy. Found this one eons ago, but had nothing to sign log at the time. Mrs rhubarbroad remembered what we were looking for and went straight to it ! Found in good condition tucked away very conveniently with no muggles today. Thankyou whitewebbs for another good'un, and another favourite !
Like others, the gpsr wanted me to go into the creek and the cache was almost in there! Found out in the open at the edge of the creek replaced where I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be. A very cool container, always look forwards to finding a whitewebbs cache. Log signed at around 14:30, just as it started to rain. Thanks for the cache whitewebbs!
After ages I finally found this cache!
This track was very fun to explore and I’ll definitely be coming back

This took us a little while and we needed help from past logs but what a great container and thanks for showing us a track that we didn’t even know about. Tftc
Good Geo but there was a huge spiders nest built inside the Geo we cleaned it and put it back
I had some time to kill so I thought I would get some nearby caches after work. This one took me far longer than it should of. I was wasting time deciding which side of the creek to look on as the GPS had me in the middle of the creek. I went back and forth across the creek at a nearby crossing instead of what I should have been doing and actually looking for the cache. Once I did I found it straight away it was exposed and out in the open so I placed it back in it’s likely hide. TFTC.
Tbh this is a white Webb’s special and as I went to but it back I found a duck egg. TFTC
Another clever and sneaky hide. Covered in little ants which thought it was a great home TFTC whitewebbs

Absolutely love the container. Nice to watch the ducks
Cache and contents in good condition

Crossed from the other side and almost went head over on the slipway. Scared all the ducks off too!
Got to the likely spot but I think I was thrown off by the tree coverage before spying a likely log spot. Soon had cache in hand and was a bit more careful about my steps crossing back
Tftc. I will be back to walk this properly

Be careful finding this. It is very dangerous and I slipped all over the water and duck poo. It’s verrryyyyyyyy hard. Good luck finding it!
Today we decided to tackle this series while we were in the area shopping. Not been here before but have used the golf course many moons ago.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

TFTC - brilliant find thanks! Added challenge of spiders, ants and ducks provided extra excitement. No coffee today but good find as a reward after the supermarket shopping! Thanks ️
Came her before and left empty handed so today I was determined to get it and after a good search I got it. TFTC
Had us stumped especially since the distance was out. Great cache - up with my favorites found 30/12/2020 with Craig
A quick find.
Love the container.
I was worried that I might have to do some wading.

Pretty baffled at this point! Tried on the 4/10 for about an hour and a half, just in the golf course side of the rivulet. Tried again today and I guess I just don't have a eye for this kind of camo everyone talks of. Oh well. Maybe third time is the charm!
Scratch the last DNF! Went to grab a drink over at Eastlands having given up but after sitting for a bit the spark was reignited to get back there. I lay under a tree, so out of ideas, thinking about what it may be. When I sat straight up to adjust and saw something suspicious down near my feet. Sure enough! So happy about this one. Third time really is the charm. Fantastic hide! Worth every bit of the challenge
Nice bit of camo there whitewebbs! As others have reported, both the GPSr and the phone wanted me to search 6-10 metres into the ponded rivulet.Given the cache description and terrain rating I searched for too long in the logical area before this excellent hide came to hand. Adding to the adventure, I came to this one from the bus exchange and so I was on the wrong side of the rivulet. Not wanting to walk all the way south to where I knew I would be able to cross, I continued north in the hope that this frail old bloke could find s place to cross without a watery disaster. I did find a reasonably secure, but testing (for the aforesaid frail old bloke) to attempt a crossing. Fortunately the outcome was positive! Thanks for the challenge and fun whitewebbs!
Found with AddisonPascal. Had to pass a few guard ducks to get to the cache!

I had already done the hard work for this on a previous visit.
Tonight i needed a find, for my found date calendar. I didn't have much luck so after going for a walk elsewhere, not finding that cache, and looking for 2 others, I decided to use a 'reserve' cache to fill in the dates. Given it was raining (it had actually snowed on me earlier in Fern Tree and I was wearing short sleeves despite it being 2-4 degrees outside, and my earlier unsuccessful attempts on other caches (due to muggles, too cold, too far, too slippy).
A very well put together cache and clever camo!
