Quick easy find on way to Werribee to visit a friend. Lunch and off to a event iThe Great Victorian Cache crawl see how many we do coming from SA TFTC
TFTC one of the few we havent got in Great Western. Nice team effort - dont even have to get out of the car
Thanks for the geo. I don't have a pen to sign. But yeah, a good one for early cachers
It was my second day of driving back home to Adelaide from Bacchus Marsh, taking my time driving home and finding caches along the way. Today started out as a quite cold and brisk morning though as I eventually got into the caching I began to warm up. The plan for the day was to do a few caches in and around the Beaufort area before continuing the trip slowly caching my way back to Adelaide. My afternoon consisted of just making my way back along the highway, finding caches along the way; along with visiting the waypoints of a few certain multies. All caches were found in good condition before I finished the day in Horsham. Apologies for the generic log as I have plenty to write from my trip away.Find #9808, at 02:33 pmTFTC

TFTC! 26 February 2024 11:37:55am 7332 thanks to chooknchunk for the cache! Chasing windmills, LGAs and dts local caches on the way to the great leap mega! Thanks
After coffee and dessert at a nearby Cafe I made my way to the GZ for a quick find. TFTC.
I was up this way chasing windmills which in the end was not very successful as thinks have changed so much over the years.Great Western was as far as I went and it was time to do a U Turn and head home. But since I was up here I had to find a cache before heading back.As this was a nice close one I picked this one.A very interesting read about Kerryn Manning on the cache page and well done to her on all of those achievements.Chance was soon located and I added my name to the log. Thanks chooknchunk TFTC.
On our way back from a trip to our neighbour state, we made a couplew of stops. This happened to be near one of those, an opportunistic grab but a welcome smiley nonetheless TNLNSL TFTC
Slow drive doing the odd cachesHad a great time meandering from Horsham to halls gapThanks for the smile
On my way to SA and grabbed this one as I went through town. Thanks for the cache.
On a day trip around the area and this was the next stop. Certainly enjoyed the story/history of this one. An absolute legend of her profession. Great to see a local do so well over all those years.

Nice day to head out west with Sol de lune. Off to Glenthompson for Breakfast Event and a CITO at Walkers Swamp, followed up with a Lunch Event at Dadswell Bridge and a CITO at Mt William Creek. Time for a few caches on the way up, some in between and a few more on the way home. Many thanks for the placement of the caches to all the CO’s. The caches were all found in great condition and were fun to find. Sol de lune and I thankyou for our days entertainment.
Thank you very much for this cache and your constant upkeep to keep it here for others to find chooknchunk.

Found today as we head towards Adelaide for the National Square Dance Convention TFTF
Stopped in this lovely little town and not sure if the house we stopped next to is an art exhibit or just an artsy home owner but there was plenty to look at. Cache found quickly with Astrobef. TFTC
Was looking for a certain windmill when I seen this nearby cache. Jumped on my shanks’ pony and meandered over to GZ to make a quick find, then trotted back to my chariot to continue plodding down the road.
On a new adventure to taste apples and perhaps see some devils .

Quick find cut took awhile to leave the area. Interesting building nearby which was news to me. Thanks for the stop. SL
On a camping road trip to the Grampians, Mt Gambier and surrounding areas. Currently camping at Great Western Recreation and Racing Reserve and today we were taking a trip back to Ararat, but not before stopping here to find this cache as we explore more of the area. After the GPS had us walking around in circles we finally arrived at GZ and made a quick find between passing vehicles. TFTC and the information.
Nice to see woman excel in what was once a male dominated sport. Thanks for highlighting this story and placing this cache here
Dad has been telling us for months that there's a cache right outside his house. He sees people pulling over and messing around that area all the time. So when we came over for a visit today he took us to the spot without opening a gps and said "I told you so!".
Thank you for the cache, you've made an old fella very happy!

Whittlesea Mega Wobble and Wade Tour: Day 1: No Entry - Wrong Way.
Once again myself and Anymules headed to Victoria for a Mega event ignoring the very familiar sign at the border. As usual despite leaving early and only wanting to get to Ballarat we arrived at our overnight digs just as it was getting dark. [^] We stopped for a few new caches and lab caches, many caches were found and unless something stood out these will be generic logs.
***Thanks chooknchunk for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Cache replaced today. We know it's a park n grab, but please make sure it's placed back carefully with magnet holding it in place, not just sitting loosely to be blown off with the next gust of wind!)
Sounds like this one has gone missing again.
Its such an easy park and grab, but if its not put back squarely or with magnets facing the correct way, its going to stand out or fall off and go missing. Or its simply been found with muggles watching.
Might have to rethink this one to make it a bit more muggle proof.

Tftc, found with fourtwelve and shazzaferg. Logging for shazzaferg too as she's designated driver so fourtwelves posts may be more accurate with a count
Thanks for bringing this incredible lady’s achievements to our attention chooknchunk. I’d never heard of her before, what an amazing career. Looking forward to seeing a movie called Drive Like A Girl. Loved Ride Like A Girl.
Our first for the day, found with feathertop on our journey to SA.

I was with Cybergran this morning bound for the Yorke Peninsula. A 9 hour drive ahead. This was our first stop. In the half early light I mistook the title of this cache as the Whingiest horsewoman. I thought gee what have you got to complain about??
Soon I read the full story.

Day 2 of our Victorian Winter Escape. Had a bit of a sleep in both tired after big weeks at work.
Then off for some caching around Halls Gap, Duntulum has been busy since our last visit here!
We did a few walks I nearly broke my ankle (luckily just seems jarred) and bumped into Duntulum on his maintenance walk.
After a picnic lunch we headed off to lake Burrumbeet via a few other caches. Did some AL in Ballarat and then back to camp for bangers and mash.
Thanks to all the CO for adding to our day much appreciated.
Quick find here TFTC chooknchunk

Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
We are on the road travelling up through central Australia and down the coast of WA. I hope to grab a few caches along the way.
This was our first stop, since heading off from Warrnambool this morning. I stopped to grab this, while hubby filled up with fuel. It was a quick find.
Thanks for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoyed finding it.

When I saw the size I thought it could be a long shot. I am not good with micros but I spotted it from the car. Thank you for a good quick cache.
Tassie expat and I had tried for this one a couple of times previously with no luck. Today we walked right up to it; go figure. Thanks for the cache, we like your little town.
