Logs
This one has caused me some frustrations in my previous attempts - and in my four or so previous goes I was looking in the wrong spot (obviously). GPS today gave me a better fix so finally had CIH. As reported in the log, the hide has seen better days and the log is very wet. I added a strip of white plastic with my entry in the hope this will assist others to log their finds. TFTC Angusbull and for valuable hint sent after my last unsuccessful search.
Logbook soaked hence the photo, very nice container. Although its rusty, I have my tetanus shot so Ill be ok Very cute, tftc!
Lovely little park. Very cool cache! Took a Cache Buddy and will re-hide. Left a little toy. Log was soaked so unable to sign so took a photo
Super cool!I love a cache which hides in plain sight! This one took a little while and then eventually we started again from the hint, and voila!Yes, cache is rusting out the bottom, and log is soggy.Needs a little love.Left a trackable, which wants to go back to the US.This seems to be the largest cache within Cooee!
TFTC nice hide. I dont know how i didnt see that the first time i walked up the stairs.
Took me quite a while to spot that, even using the hint. Great construction. TFTC
Have had a bit of recent success at finishing previous DNFs - but not this one! Hard to believe a 'large' can be so well hidden? Thanks, anyway
Looking for a large sized cache to drop off a trackable from Melbourne. Unfortunately despite a thorough search, no luck here today.
My son was at a birthday party at Westfield, so I had some time to kill and therefore decided to find some caches. I parked next to the cute little park and wandered in, and soon found the steps. I may have been a bit fixated on one feature, but even when I widened my search I couldn't find anything hiding a large or regular sized container, and eventually had to abandon the search to go pick up my son
A fun cache, thank you
(Didn’t bring a pen, and no pencil in the cache, so will return to sign log book another day and leave a pencil behind) TFTC

It’s not my geomobile of choice, but I drove it down here today, and it took its time to reveal the hide as I assumed it hidden elsewhere. Loved this geomobile thou.
Arrived after dark, and had a difficult time finding it. Added a trackable. Noticed that the floor of the container is rusting, and there's quite a large hole in it. TFTC!
Doing a spot of caching in this part of the world today while I wait for my snuggle muggle to have a medical procedure done at RNHS. A straightforward find here thanks to the hint.
Thanks for the hide Angusjthebull.
Thanks for the hide Angusjthebull.
I belive the cache is in the wrong spot, it is just lying at the entrance in plain view. I'll leave it for now, just in case I'm wrong, but please check it out.
Checked the cache and it was in the wrong place, back where it should be and ready for finding!
Happy caching!

I feel I would have found this but the caretaker of the reserve was there, he looked to be close to where the cache is. Very friendly and told me stories of what to go look at….wonder if he was aware of the cache?? I have a feeling he was…..need to return!!
Really tried - especially with another find just yesterday! The park is a bit soupy after the rain. Will be back to try again.
Checked the cache and it is still there and ready for finding!
Happy caching,

So cool! Once we stopped fixating on one thing and expanded the search slightly we came up with the cache. Tftc and a fave from me. Awesome Camo!
Lovely quiet little park. Love the Camo. This actually took us a bit to find as we were to focused on the wrong thing. Happy to say finally had CIH TFTC. Fav point from us
Checked the cache and it is all good and ready for finding.
Happy caching,

Searched around for 15+ mins, a lady from a car that arrived nearby during our search took pity on our circling-walking and asked if we were looking for the geocache. Although she was not sure where it was hidden, she did mention sort of what we were looking for. Even with this information we sadly weren't able to find it. There does seem to be some new looking mulch around, not sure if work has been done on the area. We'll come back to look another day after a maintenance check or if another cacher finds it in the meantime!
Checked the cache and it is all good and ready for finding!

Nice cache! It was a bit hard to get the container out of it’s exterior. You can tell why it got its name! Took us longer than expected as we were looking for something 20L+, like a large, but found a 4Lish container, should probably be a regular! Also took a while to realise that it isn’t part of the steps! TFTC
Another "Large" sized cache, another one I targeted! My favourite size of cache and I try find as many as I can when I am in a new area! Spotted this one, and went for a drive from where I was staying with family in Sydney. The hint was pretty helpful, as the cache was hiding well even though it is quite big! The creativity put into the hide is appreciated too, I liked the effort gone into it!
Thanks AJ The Bull! Great hide and a good spot in suburbia!

Finally... Took a lot longer than expected! Ascended and descended the stairs too many times .... Until I realised I didn't need to... Tftc, very creative!
Awesome cache. found with geobuddy Chippyddd. No TBs. Room for SWAPS and drops. Both cache and logbook are dry. SL TFTC TFTH Replaced cache as found ready for the next cacher.
Found ICW Geo Companion Mystic Seer. Not what we were expecting. Awesome cache container. SL Thanks to the CO for bringing us to this location. Replaced as found ready for the next geo-adventurers.
It took a while to realise that it wasn’t actually part of the steps! Once I searched nearby I found it, thanks
Found this cache some time during the school holidays, not sure the exact date.
This was the last cache of the day, and I made quick work of this one based on the hint and size rating.
Really cool container, deserves a favourite point.
Took a bit of a while to remove the actually container containing the log.
TFTC dropped off an appropriately themed tb.

Found with Anominous Sign on Sunday 27/09/2020. I think both of us were cache blind for a long time. We walked up and down these steps so many times and checked all around. It was worth it when Anominous Sign finally spotted it. TFTC.
On our way in, we had a nice play on the swing. Strangely, we had much better luck getting it to swing sideways instead of back and forth.
Then on to the cache, which we thought would be pretty easy. A large cache, good hint, 1.5 rating. Simple.
After quite a while of scratching our heads, wondering how we could be bested but unwilling to give up, we went one more time around GZ and this time spotted something. Ah ha! There you are!!
To hammer in how long it took us to find the cache, on our way out, someone had left a full lounge suite right at the entrance to the park. Matching leather sofa, otterman, and 2 lounge chairs. Not to let it go to waste, we had a nice lounge before making our way out.
A favourite point from me for the white exciting experience. Thanks for the great cache and cool Park!

Found on a day of caching when the weather was just to good to pass up.
Loved this one, nice details. Took a bit to get the cache out of the container. Worth it.
Tftc!

An afternoon geocaching with Eagle Eyed Monkey Girl. Although the plan was to drive to Georges Head in Mosman, we never made it that far. Instead we explored the quiet and leafy area of Castlegrag and North Willoughby.
Our first stop was at the Linda Way Reserve where it was not before long until we reached the natural steps. Of course we touched every step and even tried to move them. But after that was unsuccessful we looked a bit further and soon found the cache. Great hide!

Checked the cache and it was still there and ready for finding. Some non cache kids found it and left their names in the log and a little message.

Needed a geocache fix and a place to put a travel bug from Spain. This was perfect. On a very hot smoky day, I headed up here, the only human in sight. Found this clever container parked in a very findable but well-hidden spot. A gorgeous work of geocaching art and a favourite from me. TN L Light-up Chick TB SL TFTC Cheers.... Gaztek
