Ventured into Midland early before a lot of shops opened. Found all caches pretty quickly today. Sneaky.
Thanks for the hide.
Thanks for the hide.
I opted to take the train to Midland today so I could check off a couple more LGAs. My first find in the City of Swan. TFTC
Found it, pic for proof as my pen conveniently ran out of ink and I only manage to get the first two letters of my username on the log “mr” great hid btw
G’day GHFB, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find your cache today (Saturday 28/8/21 at 20:18). Cheers for the hunt anyway!
Did a PAF to confirm I was searching in the correct location, but no dice.

That was the first place I looked then the gps jumped & I moved on elsewhere. 10 mins later, back to GZ and voile. TFTC GHFB
Find 3 of 11 with 2 DNFs on an afternoon bike ride around Midland.
Twas on the second host we tried, all good here.
TFTC GHFB!

It's really tiny and hard to find. Our silly gps led us inside but that's not where it is.
Yep we agree with a previous finder I our and the GPS lack of enthusiasm for Midland. Searched way too many objects before getting the right one.
Muggle Central here but managed to avoid detection on a lazy Sunday. TFTC GHBF.
Found some time ago but forgot to log. GPS wouldn't settle and luckily COVID kept the muggles away. Soon had the right angle and the cache. TFTC
Came here the other week but far too many muggles around even though I had honed in on the right spot. A bit quieter today. TFTC
My gps is the same as me, doesn’t like midland and doesn’t know where it’s going in midland. Had to do a bit of triangulation to find it. Tftc
Nice and quiet so managed a stealthy quick find.
TFTC GHFB this is find #9255 for us.

We headed up to this area today to do a bit of exploring and of course to grab a few caches. This cache was one we were able to claim as a smiley today. Cheers and TFTC.
G’day there GHFB, I was in this area today and found your cache Midland Micro GC8EGC6. I added my name to the log book at 10:31 am on 9 February 2020. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

This is one you need to do early in the morning. There would be too many non geocachers around at any other time.
It would have been an ideal place for a crafted cache container but alas it was just a garden variety as seen in many locations. A well chosen place though. You have good Geo-sense for seeing this opportunity. (maybe a future size/container upgrade???)
We will keep an eye on this one just in case the location becomes available in the future....and if we can get motivated...haha.
Cheers thanks for the interesting location.
No room for the trackables we are carrying so they are just visiting.

Headed out early with Mr OOH YEH to try and clear up a pile of caches waiting to be found on the map. Started the day off with a spot of fishing and after a lot of neck stretching all fish were found except one that we just couldnt spot. Continued on to do the Jurrassic park series and a few other traditionals, a multi and a couple of puzzle caches. All in all a good day with only 1 DNF and some very novel containers. TFTC GHFB
The car was back in the dealer for a bit of work, so i convinced the kids that we need to have another look for this one. An early start meant nobody around again at 7.30, so we got straight in the search. Master 9 put his head under first and straight away says “got it”
Well I’m sure that wasn’t there last time .. oh well, pleased to grab the smilie here on our second attempt

Out and about with SVKR_WA prior to jasenjanine's 10 Year Celebration event in Ascot picking up a few smiley's about the place.
Our initial inspection of the obvious spot was not successful, expanded the search area a bit before deciding it had to be where we first thought. Had to go elbow deep before laying hands on the cache.
GHFB I found your cache at 8:38am, this was the 5th of 12 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5922. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

On a pretty quiet public holiday morning we were at a almost muggle feee zone. After eliminating a couple of spots we focussed on one area and Granett groped his way to a find.
Heading out today to an event to celebrate jasenjanine’s 10 year caching birthday. Picked up Granett a few hours early to grab a few extras along the way.
GHFB SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache Midland Micro today at 08:36:32 27 Jan 2020. This brings my find count to 3974
GHFB - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

I needed to pop to Midland after work so took the opportunity to clear up a few unfound caches from the map. This one wasn't here on my last visit so made sure to stop off here today. Was lucky to bag a parking spot very close by which was a good omen. Only a few paces over to GZ and on the way I immediately spotted a potential location which needed checking. It actually took a fair amount of checking in between passing muggles before I eventually spotted the sneaky hide. Pleased to make the find in the end though. All ok here - TFTC
*Sorry about the late log .. completely forgot about this DNF*
The kids and i thought we might give this one a go while the car was getting serviced nearby. Nobody around at 7.30 except for a pesky cleaner, but 3 sets of eyes still couldn’t find it. A message to a previous finder still didn’t help
Thanks anyway GHFB

Quick early morning find before work. I walk past this spot pretty much on a daily basis, but regularly busy. No issues and a find with the fingers today. TFTC
Looked around for a while but I got a few weird looks. I think people may have thought i was on drugs
Barnzy’s log had me wondering whether he dangled from a top storey window with Cravo holding his legs or some such contortion. Once he’s clarified that I would indeed be able to access the container solo, it was located in the place my GPSr thought it should be. No need to dismount the bike to find it either so this must be close to being a T1. Thanks for a reason to head out for a gentle cycle.
Just being up the road having birthday dinner for BJA3 we decided to stroll the 50 odd meters to find this one
After reading B12’s log, we thought climbing equipment might be needed , however once at the GC we located it very quickly and easily.
Another smiley in Midland, TFTC GHFB!

**FTF** at 2:22 with Cravo10.
Right place, right time.
Spent around 10 minutes here before we stepped back and spotted the location, another few minutes of acrobatics with different body parts and we had the container in hand.
Thanks GHFB - well played.
