Just a quick tweak to keep everything running smoothly. The Owl wishes you good luck.
I don't mind these smooth country roads ...found this cache (left over from what I didn't grab at the Mega last year) along the way.
Day 200 in a row. Hasn’t been easy but on the way.
Found the puzzle relatively easy from memory and a find to match.
Thanks!

Find No. 4210. Found with FUF009 at 9.00am.
Another day trip to Whittlesea to see if we can finish off caches we still have to find in this area.
Three months ago, back in March we done a day trip and found quite a few caches, but we still had quite a few to find, so today we hope to get most of these finished. FUF 009 came with us.
Back then we were in our van, today we are in FUF009's ute, that will go places that our van won't.
The plan today was to drive around and get as many caches as possible within daylight hours.
At the Yan Yean Reservoir we went up past it and grabbed the ones in that area before returning and finding more at the Reservoir. Found it surprising that there was a grader working today on the narrow dirt road.

Found with Tyred n Cranky.
Take 2
Back in March we didn't finish off finding all the puzzles.
So day 2 (3months later) we back for another drive around the Whittlesea area.
Plan for the day (same as last trip) is to grab some of the caches we missed out on when we were here for the Mega. We have quite a few to choose from, as we didn't get much of the compass done back then.
A couple of premium TOTT on board required for those higher up caches.

It was decided that I would meet memorychip at the Mernda Bunnings and we would attempt to work our way through the caches that have been placed out this way.
I've had the coords worked out for sometime so very happy to finally get out here and collect. Sooo many more of this series left for me :p
Thanks for the cache

Out and about today completing the last of my Whittlesea puzzle caches I have to find. Great day for it cool and overcast and schools back so not many people out and about. TFTC
Although the dust has settled on an amazing Whittlesea Mega, there is still a bit of unfinished business I need to attend to.
This was the eighth find for today.
Confused by the two logbooks, but went with the original.
Dropped in on Philip Pullman whilst I was here…

This Event the Whittlesea Mega has been on and off for a long time due to that rotten COVID-19. The sad part is that due to MND I really think this will be my last Mega as I am in the area for a week thanks to my two great SA friends who travelled from SA visiting Ballarat for a couple of days and then moved down to Geelong only to pick me up and we are staying in Craigieburn for a week and then they are taking me back to Geelong. It’s generosity like that Geocaching folk are renowned for, plus all the help that I have received in the past few days which I will be forever grateful. We logged this guy on the 18th November, thanks to Wiser than Owlsfor placing.
I was back in Whittlesea again today soon after the MEGA, on a bus driving job.
This puzzle drove me a bit nutso, until it was explained to me. I'd never have worked that out without the assistance of a far more experienced cacher.
I'd planned to find this cache on the way home from the MEGA but the road was well under water.
All dry today, and even dusty.
This was my last find for the day before duty called.

Well, after spending several days in Whittlesea over the last weekend and the Mega, the very next weekend I have some time free and where do I finish up, yep, back in Whittlesea, but at least this time I'm finding geocaches
The time to find power trail geocaches is obviously just after a Mega as the geotrails were clearly defined and lead straight to the prize, happy days
The downside to just about all the geocaches found today was that they were heavily guarded by mozzies , generally a quick in and out in all cases.
I solved the range of puzzles over the last year or two and am only finally getting around to finding them.

Thanks for bringing us to this unique location. Came across a really old aqueduct built from bluestone. No longer used but with this much water around it definitely was flowing again.
Unfortunately the road was flooded and not feeling too adventurous we made a different approach and found the cache safe and sound. Was asked by a local if we were logging water levels as there were so many people stopping in the same location. So l explained what we were all up to and why.
TFTC Wiser than Owls and special mention to Let Them Eat Cache for your assistance with solving.

After a long grueling day walking around the challenge trail, today was going to be a car day with nearly all park & grabs in a convoy. It was a big group effort to solve as much of the Geoart as possible, and in the end I think we got almost every one.
The bevy of cars all belong to the WCCG, being the Whittlesea Canberra Caching Group.
Thanks to all the CO's who placed caches for us to find!

Whittlesea Mega Trip Day 4. The second day of the Mega was a day for a whole bunch of Canberra cachers get together and make a mass effort on the TWC puzzle caches and any other caches that are on the roads we pass along the way. A huge effort had been put in by everyone in the team to solve all of these over the past year or so. There were several cars and our full group was Kitty Katch, Joolay, Barb2e, Isopeda, Dt773, Tankengine, Youban, Aquilus, Grayhams, Sol de Lune, LuckL10n, Smitten Granny, Contesta, cosmonaut97, Nibletricecakes, Gliss!, Fitzy_1965, MinnieK & I. We signed each log as WCCG - Whittlesea Canberra Caching Group. After grabbing a coffee at the on site vendor, we headed off and started tackling caches. There were some very rutted and wet tracks, a few trees that had to be cleared and even a walk or two. There were a few highlights, I will mention those in the relevant cache. It was a long tough day, but we made it back for the farewell event and a chance to get something to eat.

We have been planning our Whittlesea Mega trip for quite a while now, and then it was postponed, so new plans were made. It was finally time to make our way down with a convoy of myself and the FFLL ladies. We had a big weekend around Whittlesea with the ever-changing weather, fighting some hay fever, and finding a range of cache types. We also managed to catch up with a few cachers we had not seen for a while. We had a great time away, so thanks to all the COs and event hosts. Apologies in advance for the generic logs across the weekend finds, it in no way devalues any of the hides, we just have a lot of logs to write up.
Officially day 2 of the Mega, however day 3 for us in Whittlesea. Back to the Whittlesea showgrounds, a day of some more Showtime multis, TWC puzzles, labs and whatever we come across along the way. A lovely walk along the Yan Yean Reservoir wall, no issues solving this one, log stamped with our FFLL & RWLD stamp.
Many thanks to all the COs (including the event hosts) and thanks to the FFLL ladies for another funfilled weekend away.

After much planning and waiting, the time had come to head south for a few days to attend the Whittlesea Mega.
So, with the car packed, the convoy consisting of us and Rapidlywild hit the road. Our plans for the weekend included grabbing this series as well as others around the area.
The Victorian weather was interesting, definitely agree with the four seasons in a day, but it didn’t dampen our plans too much.

Apologies for the generic logs, thanks to all the CO’s for the placements, we had a great time solving the puzzles and collecting them and many others along our journey. Most if not all were stamped with our FFLL and RWLD stamp.

Last full day of caching before heading home.
Throughout the weekend we signed as fitzy & minniek, F65 & MK, MAFS, WCCG or similar depending on who we were with at the time.
Today we cached the TWC with our friends from Canberra. Unless otherwise mentioned, all caches were found quickly and easily.

With the Whittlesea Mega, its GPS maze and a number of events on over the weekend, GreyHams and myself set of for our four-day caching trip. Perhaps one of our trips with not much of a plan but we seemed to fill the days fully and ticked of what we had in mind.
The trip down was one that followed the most sensible route... past lots of virtuals and definitely not the most direct, perfect! With a number of AL's as we passed and a few caches of interest we arrived at Whittlesea in time for the evenings event.
Saturday's forecast wasn't the most favourable for caching but the challenge series at Mt disappointment was of interest, and it's a challenge series after all so what's a little rain! We did get lucky really and a few showers blew through but for the most part it was dry enough. It was a long walk and a huge push, but we made it back to the car, a little broken and sore but it was a great series and worth the suffering! (There was suffering!) The day also saw us through the maze, a few AL's, caches and events.
With the prep of the puzzles prior to the weekend it was a group approach of the solving team, the Whittlesea Canberra Caching Group, logs signed WCCG for the Sunday. So great to head out with this group, a great trail of such variety of caches and locations. The huge storm overnight made it a little tricky with so much extra water about, a few downed trees, wet feet, some walks and a couple of leaches (was that just on me!) Great to collect these caches, or at least most of the ones we could.
It's not a caching trip without collecting new LGA's and we did manage a few extras, into Melbourne and its surrounds, feeling a bit stiff and sore from our huge walk it was a limp about for the rest of the weekend but cache on, we did!
Monday saw us back at the Mega for another event, a chance to finish of the AL's and a few last caches. Our journey home taking us through a few new LGA's, more virtuals, and caches of interest. A great weekend away, we filled all the days to the fullest. Many thanks to the Committee for organising and to all the CO's in the region and as we travelled about for your caches.

It’s the Whittlesea MEGA weekend and we are out and about collecting caches, having solved the TWC puzzles in preparation for the cancelled MEGA. On our way down to Doreen to collect the gadget caches we took a short detour to find the cache “Don’t Drink the Water” when we realised there was another cache just down the road and around the corner. It was indeed a tricky approach but we managed to reach GZ and find the cache. The log was surprisingly dry considering how wet the area was. Thanks Wiser than Owls for placing and maintaining the cache.
Today was tiring, very successful and great fun. It was a joint effort by the group solving all these puzzles before we came down. Today was the day that we decided to go out and find them all together with some traditionals, letterboxes and multis as we passed them along the chosen route.
As I said it was a very successful day with no DNFs and all logs were signed as WCCG - Whittlesea Canberra Caching Group. Well everyone had lived in Canberra or nearby at some stage and it was great to join up with those who have moved on - without our permission I might add.
Big thanks to all the COs for the placement and maintenance of all these caches that added to the fun and excitement of the incredible MEGA.

The JAMS (JJ52, allister w, mogni, sir_spectre) crew went on a MEGA adventure. We all managed to get a 5 day weekend so we made the most of our trip out of state. Our main targets were old caches, different LGA's and those that have lots of favourite points plus of course the MEGA and all the caches put out in celebration
Thanks to all those who have placed, hosted events and kept all the other caches alive for us to find.
All caches signed as JAMS.

Day 4 of our Mega Trip. After three great days of our trip this was to be the biggest day plus heading home. The Canberra Region Cachers gathered for coffee and food before heading out to tackle the TWC, Letterboxes, Beginner Puzzles and anything else along the way (and there were a lot). Next cache of the day. A quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.

The JAMS team ( JJ52,Allister w, Mogni, and sir_spectre minus mitchell&hound ) we where out for there usually monthly caching adventure. This time it was to Victoria for the Whittlesea Mega. We left thrusday morning and came back monday We targeted as many Vic LGA's on the journey there and back plus trying to get some extra's around the " melbourne CBD ". A few letterbox D/T's that don't exist in S.A. where stamped and selected D/T's in victoria for our fizzy grid only using victorian caches ( 11 to go before this trip for me ). Where possible old caches where targeted in the missing LGA's ( 2000 or 2001 ) or caches with high fav points. This filled holes in some of the teams Jasper grids. The recent rains caused localized floods that caused a few road closures that slowed our team down and meant we didn't get all LGA's targeted, we where also slowed down by the parks that have turned in to marshes with the rain. Also one tree was climbed which was a record low for the team. It was good to catch up with some teams we have seen for many months or a year or two at the mega and meet some new teams as well.
The JAMS team (JJ52, allister w, mogni, sir_spectre) have hit the road again, this time heading to the Wittlesea Mega event caching along the way. We had various goals that we wanted to achieve on our 5 day road trip concentrating on old caches, LGA's, unusual D/T combinations and caches with lots of favourite points. [^]
We covered a lot of ground and had a fun time touring around Victoria. We also really enjoyed the Mega and caught up with lots of people, some we hadn't seen for quite a while. There was plenty to see and do at the showgrounds and we managed to fit events, labs and the maze while we were there before heading out to find more caches.
We were lucky with the weather, which turned out to be much nicer than what was forecast and we were able to get out there and find the caches we had targeted. All in all a great 5 days.
Today we stayed around Whittlesea finding as many of the TWC caches as we could and others we came across on our travels.
Thanks for the cache Wiser than Owls.

Great to be picking up some of the many puzzles and multis solved over many months and trips, as well as collecting some letterboxes and trads and whatever else was in our path. ??????
Today were some joint finds with Whittlesea Canberra Caching Group and signed WCCG. Caches in good condition unless otherwise stated. Many are the worse for wear from all of the flooding and wet weather events.
Thanks so much Wiser than Owls for getting us out and about, and for the adventure highlights around Whittlesea. ??

Chooo ooo [Found] with dty73, youban and a whole bunch of other Canberra/ex Canberra cachers on our Whittlesea Mega trip down south! We had dedicated today to collecting as many of these caches for which the puzzles had been solved prior to the Mega (and a few others) ... After last night's storms and much rain, it was lovely to see the sun again today! Mind you, almost everywhere we went was flooded, and it didn't take long for our shoes and pant legs to be completely soaked! Some lovely caches/locations amongst these! Signed as WCCG (Whittlesea Canberra Caching Group) - Thanks heaps for the cache!
Having a blast down at the Whittlesea Mega. Teamed up today with a group of friends from Canberra to tackle the puzzles and caches around town. Have come home covered head to toe in mud and smiles. Thanks for a great day. Thanks for the cache!
Out with a big group of caching friends picking out the puzzles that we worked on for a few months and got a few others on the way. Once again it comes to that time of year, Victorian Mega-time! With this one being rather close by to home.... only roughly 90 minutes away. So with little stress to grab caches needed for stats a nice and easy pace was followed.
With Brain tagging along many caches were found and many showers dodged. Thanks for being part of a great weekend away and can't wait to head up this way again.

This series was solved a few years ago when it was published, back today to find the caches in the series for the mega. All caches found are all good
This weekend was mega weekend and we headed over with Freddo, team Waldron, e.gregory1 and Davidwazza as part of our team called: ‘Aussies on Tour’, the log books were either signed with the name, AOT or our individual caching names.
A great weekend away and a very well organised mega despite the horrible weather thrown at us we still managed to find quite a few caches
Thanks for the cache
This weekend was mega weekend and we headed over with Freddo, team Waldron, e.gregory1 and Davidwazza as part of our team called: ‘Aussies on Tour’, the log books were either signed with the name, AOT or our individual caching names.

Mrs W today joined "Team Tassie" consisting of stainless-steel-rat, gooseandegg, Budgietas and Tassie Trekkers to find caches around Whittlesea while attending the Mega. It was a fun day to be out with great friends finding great caches. TFTC
Found while in the area to attend the Mega Event at Whittlesea.
Today I joined up with Team Waldron, Freddo, gridge98 and Davidwazza as we targeted caches of interest. All caches were signed or stamped A.O.T.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for the puzzle and the cache.

**This Cache:**
We did not drink any water near this cache! But we did find the cache!
Thanks
*Signed the log as **AB!** for "Adventure Boys! which for this cache consisted of Loci612, DARKSIDEDAN, injuryman, sebass19 and pantspeople*
**Today:**
After being around Melbourne since Monday, the weekend had finally come and it was MEGA day!
After being split up in numerous places during the week, the "Adventure Boys" finally got all together in 2-3 cars for a day of fun! We all met at the "Welcome to Whittlesea" event and had a plan to smash out every single TWC cache we could, whilst detouring to each event that was held when the time came! We started off with the Maze & gadget caches on site, which took us to about 11am
We started this assault with the first TWC cache found at 11am, and after a busy day we had visited and signed every cache except for five of them by 9pm at night! pantspeople and Sui_001 had to leave a little bit early, but myself, DSD and sebass19 stuck together throughout the day. We also had numerous people join us for small sections including Roostaman, FurfacesLL, Rapidlywild and BellaHappyChappy. Apologies if I have missed anyone!
Thanks to all the CO's

Today I started with the Welcome Event, then we did the GPS Maze, followed by a caching drive around with Goosenegg, Stainless Steel Rat, Tassie Trekkers and WhiteWebbs

All caches stamped with "Team Tassie"
November 2022 was planned as a trip to the Mega in Melbourne, so we flew from Hobart to Adelaide to find quite a few caches that we had missed last time. Some great caches were found, but the planned boat trip was canceled due to the weather. No matter the showers we found quite a few caches on the trip (Around 600) including a number with high Terrian values.
The drive-through down the Murray river on the NSW / Victoria border showed the impacts of the current floods. A number of caches planned were canceled due to the flooding. Unfortunately, many of these caches will have been lost to the flood. The Mega, as per the whole week, was on and off a wet time, even so a number of caches were still found with Goosenegg, Stainless Steel Rat, Whitewebbs and Tassie Trekkers

Run away.
November 2022. Time for the second Victorian Mega of the year. This time in Whittlesea. What is it with W's? Time for another epic road trip. Who will join our merry crew? We traveled from South Australia and camped in the pig pen. It rained. It blew. It was sunny. It was not sunny. All four seasons. Beautiful location and some awesome caches.
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.
Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke für den Cache. Gracias por el caché. Bedankt voor de cache. Kiitos kätköstä. Zikomo posungira. Terima kasih untuk cache. Hvala cache. Köszönöm a cache. Nga mihi mo te keteroki. Dankie vir die kas.

On our way to the mega and went via SA just so we could finish off the OYB series, We did these with TT and marked our territory with a stamp that said Team Tassie, most of the caches we found in good order and those couple that weren't we fixed up as best we could with what we had to hand.
All found now well till some more come out anyway!
Another year, another Victorian Mega, so where do we fly into, Adelaide like you do, after a few days in the city we ventured out into the wilds of SA before heading Northeast towards the border (You remember the name of the town, don't you?) before crossing over we teamed up with Tassie Trekkers and we all finished off the OYB series.
Our attempts at a few caches as we moved South that were near rivers were as half expected we were thwarted by floods so we didn't get to those but added the odd on in here and there.
At long last we arrived in Whittlesea for the Mega late in the evening of Friday 11th and after a quick event headed to our accommodation for the next few days. While in the area we explored the area finding caches all over the place and we even got to meet up with our Victorian ex Tassie cacher 1Toolman who traveled up from down South to join us for the day
Thanks for the cache.

I ventured down to Victoria from Orange yesterday for the Whittlesea mega event, but with only 3 days spare for the trip, the visit on site was extremely brief. With the little time I had, I managed to get around a few of the local puzzles and geoart. Whilst not every cache I searched for was found, I managed to have a great time finding the ones I did.

Today we teamed up with Tassie Trekkers and Mrs Whitewebbs to make a start on the TWC series, the maze and attend other event. It was a busy day!
It’s become a tradition to fly to a Mega via somewhere else so Stainless steel rat, budgietas and I flew from Hobart to Adelaide a week before the big event and, after a few days around the city, worked our way up along the Murray (where we could due to flooding) via Waikerie, Mildura, Swan Reach and Echuca before heading down through Shepparton to Whittlesea where we caught up, and cached with, a few other teams including Tassie Trekkers, Whitewebbs, 1toolman and icybeetas.
Thanks for all the caches.

This was tricky, but thankfully my new caching buddy knew the answer so found it together.
Spending a few days on the road with Wilbert as we travel to and from the Whittlesea Mega event.
Having a great time finding an array of different types and D/T rated caches.
Thanks to all the CO’s for hiding your particular cache.
Day 1 of the mega and it’s a hive of activity, gadgets, puzzle room, the maze and a plethora of caches around town. Thanks to all the volunteers who’ve made this a lot of fun.
My apologies for the boiler style log.

Day 1 of the 2022 Whittlesea Mega.
The kids woke up early, and we got the day started with AdLabs and TWC’s before heading to the Opening Event. After saying hi to lots of friends we set our sights on the beginner puzzles series (a great informative series ????). They all fell into place quickly and we were then back on the TWC trail hunting down almost all of the remaining from a previous attack.
The winds picked up significantly and blew our gazebo out of our campsite so our plans began to change.
After a few more caches and AdLabs we headed to the CITO but only caught the very end of it but still braved the rain in our rain jackets. Huge shoutout to NoWorries for offering his empty truck to us at the CITO as a replacement shelter for us to cook and backup to get out of the storm!
The afternoon brought more high winds but welcome sunshine ??
We finished off the Mrs Pac-Man Wherigo which was fun, then the town AdLabs before packing up for dinner.
With the campsite bunkered down and dinner complete we raced over to stick our head in at the awards event but couldn’t stay long as the thunderstorm was just about to hit the show grounds. We started back to the tent and got organized to call it quits for the day. As I write this it’s still raining and the wind appears to have dropped off, hopefully enough for the fireworks to still go ahead ?? but I think we might be out of luck.
Thanks to all the COs of the caches we found today. This is the first Mega I’ve properly brought the kids to and they’ve really enjoyed it, as have I, and I fully appreciate all the effort that’s gone into placing and maintaining the caches for everyone to find. ????
Bring on Day 2!

Attending the Whittlesea mega with Luckyl10n, along with lots of like-minded people from around the country. Spent time at the main event area in the morning grabbing a few AL's, visiting the maze and the puzzle room before setting off for a few caches around town. Then it was back to the main area for tonights awards event.. All up a good day's caching.
Many thanks to all the CO's for the caches....

A busy day at the mega with plenty of events to attend and so many caching mates to catch up with but we did manage to find a few caches close to town. This was a solved puzzle from many moons ago when the series was first published.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for the mystery placement, it was good to finally sign the logbook.

#16873 - 4:01:00 PM; After attending the welcome event, surviving the maze, juggling the gadget caches and solving the puzzle room, Sol de lune and I headed out for a bite of lunch and some caching, before attending the CITO in the Tambo Conservation Reserve. With the CITO complete, we set about doing some more caches in the town, before heading out to the Yan Yean Reservoir where we streched our legs and enjoyed a stroll along the dam wall and the wetlands. The wind really picked up while we were out there and really caused some white caps out on the reservoir. All caches were found without incident and in unsurprisingly good order, with one exception. All logs were stamped/signed to evidence our visit. Picked this one up as we headed south to the reservoir. TFTC Wiser than Owls
Found and signed DSD or DARKSIDEDAN or AB or Adventure Boys to save space in the logbook. Thanks for the cache and the adventure.
Whittlesea Mega review/summary of Saturday 19/11/22:
Our first mega and a mammoth day of caching in and around a lovely town to mark the occasion! We travelled down from Canberra yesterday with the day off work, before being adopted into the adventure boys today.
We convened at the welcome to Whittlesea event before making a beeline straight for the maze and gadget alley, where we were first in line! This was the start of a pretty solid lab cache haul, before the rest of the day would be spent tracking down physicals.
The GPS maze was incredibly interesting and informative, with so much to learn. I am sure we will have more to learn from another visit at the next mega!
As for gadget alley, there were so many clever and confounding contraptions that I’m glad we had a team to divide and conquer them. “Manfred was bored” was a particular favourite, as was the gnome in the tree. Turns out the artist who created said gnome is a fellow adventure boy!
From there we returned to reception, bumping into a few Geocaching HQ lackeys along the way (!) and collecting some loot . A few more labs were knocked off and then it was on to the road, in search of TREASURE.
Our main target was the Whittlesea Compass series, which we knocked off the majority of before I had to depart for other social commitments. May have to return another day to finish the job. There was a very solid mix of types collected today, with Wherigos, a CITO, a locationless (signal!) and a few other varieties as well.
All in all a very solid day on the geocaching trail, with a very good haul of swag and cache finds (and no DNFs!). Thanks to all the COs for their placements, puzzle/gadget creations, and all the effort that goes into keeping the heart of this game beating strongly.

Puzzles like these I find so frustrating!!! There are simply so many hidey holes it is shear luck that I manage to find them. Thankfully this one was in a spot I had seen before so I could move on with my life after a brief search. On the day it didn't take us too long to find this one - looking forward to a caching filled weekend. TFTC
Our 2nd MEGA Event, congratulations to the Whittlesea Committee !!!
Completing the TWC series was the main objective of this MEGA, it's one of the best series of puzzles undertaken in our short 3+ years of geocaching, very challenging, and many new puzzling techniques learned, along with some awesome new puzzling group buddies !!!
Bumped into weirdobiker, ConnieandRick, Larafolk, and some GC HQ folk in our TWC travels and shared our TOTT as required, so glad my beach fishing rod turned out to be the most awesome pole retrieval TOTT
Some improvisation required at certain GZ's such as Mrs poolpool climbing on to Mr poolpool's shoulders, and best of all NOT 1 DNF in 4 days of caching:
Day 1: 32 caches
Day 2: 38 caches
Day 3: 33 caches
Day 4: 4 caches (more TWC finds foiled due to the flash flooding)
Escaped the puzzle room with GC team: Hexograb, Riddell and Ronice88
The gadget caches were just SOOOO COOL
We left Whittlesea with 7 TWC caches remaining out of 78, pretty damn happy with that effort !!!
Thanks to all the COs for their placements, gadget creations, and all the effort that goes into making a MEGA memorable

Once again myself and Anymules were in Victoria on our way to a Mega event. We made a detour via Geelong and picked up Bushfire. It had been three years since we last all cached together. [^] Many laughs with friends at events and on the trails, many caches were found and unless something stood out these will be generic logs.
***Thanks Wiser than Owls for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

I arrived at Whittlesea for the mega event. What a great place and with so much going on. I meet up with my caching buddies for the weekend and off we went, chasing caches all over the place. There are some fantastic views from up in those hills. It was a great weekend and I got a lot of caching completed. It was nice to see the rewards for the hard work solving those puzzles. Sorry for the generic log but I am sure others will supply hints in their logs. But as you know there lots of caches found on weekends like this.
This TWC series had us all over the place, some of the puzzles I found worthy, but then a few were really challenging. The hides were in nice locations, thanks for working on these. I enjoyed the drive around collecting the caches.

Grub62 and I were out replacing cache containers for Wiser than Owls and this happened to be one of them. We couldn't help ourselves so we signed the logbook of each one as we went around just prior to the Whittlesea Mega. We found/maintained a cache now in good condition. TFTC
Found with gwd.aussie and Sharon 14 while enjoying a Whittlesea Mega caching adventure. We (mainly gwd.aussie and Sharon14) solved many caches so there are plenty of caches we want to grab however sadly we will not be able to find them all.

Out and about caching around Whittlesea while attending the Mega Event. Thank you to the CO for placing these caches -much appreciated. Cache found and log signed. TFTC
We started solving soon after the TWC puzzle caches were published,
Due to delay of the mega, we had a lot more to solved them.
To bad, we won't be able to find them all.
Signed as 'GWD' and found with D@geo & Sharon14 (S14) on our Mega weekend visit
Thank you for the cache.

I found your D2.0/T1.5 Small Mystery called TWC - Catastrophic at 11:43 on 18 November 2022. It was find #16220 for me. Thank you Wiser than Owls for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of Victoria.
Day 13 of our Whittlesea Road Trip and we are finally in the mega town! Today was a day of searching for information for Adventure Labs, wondering where the puzzle corrected co-ords will take us, some traditions and an event to finish off the day.
Thanks to all the COs who set up ALs, developed puzzles and also maintain all the types that are out there!

Last one for the day, found at night. Time for bed, another Geocaches day tomorrow. Tftc.
After spending the morning caching in the beautiful sunshine it would have been churlish not to do the same in the afternoon. I had solved most of the puzzles so it was time to get my name on the logs. TNLN. TFTC.
Found this while attending the Whittlesea mega.
Depending on the log size and who I was with this is signed as nikid1, ND1 or TQ5 (team Queensland).
This series was solved back in Brisbane over quite a period. Some of these were easy and some just plan hard, lucky I have smart friends to help.
Thank you for all your efforts in setting up this series Wiser than Owls I do love a piece of geoart

Today was our first of four days of caching together as TQ5 (Team Queensland Five) Our team members were chamad, Willis007, nikid1, KerriMG and Snickersallan.
We had an extremely long day including night caching travelling many kilometres to make a start on our very big to-do list.
All caches found were in good condition and were quick to find with many eyes on the prize.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for placing these caches for our benefit and enjoyment.

Bunadoorian's and my stamp are in the logbook - after doing a Cache maintenance run before the Mega started.
With all the puzzles in this series solved and the mega about to finally happen, it is time to find some caches.
A little bit of water laying around but nothing to be concerned about.
A nice, quick find at GZ.

Day two of our Whittlesea collection effort.
We have solved all the Whittlesea caches, but had not gone to find any. As the Mega is quickly sneaking up on us, BettyBoo3747 and the geodoggies and I decided to drive out to Whittlesea and collect a few.
The roads were quite busy for a weekday, and apart from the 400ml square containers most caches were in reasonable condition. (all the 400ml's we emptied out!)
Thanks for maintaining this great series.
A nice quick solve so I didn't have to stare at the Cat too long!
Thanks, Robmc.

#20476. Day 2 and we headed back for more smilie faces. With the Mega less than 2 weeks away Robmc and I decided to head out to Whittlesea and surrounds to sign off on many of the puzzles we have solved and collect a few others that popped up on the radar. The scenery was beautiful and fortunately there were no DNFs. My total was 58 for the day. Unfortunately, as so many others have mentioned those square 400ml Sistemas seem to need emptying every time a cacher visits and this is exactly what we did at each one. Found 26 caches today.
Solved by Rob and cache found by me. Making our way home now.
Thanks Wiser than Owls

A lockdown solve I'm very pleased to finally convert to a silly grin.
Fortunately, the road was open from the end I chose after a walk along the wall. Just... the road becomes a lake some thirty metres away.
Thanks, Wiser than Owls.
Now I'll have to take the long way around to the cache around the corner.

Two days of perfect weather! How lucky could we be, to be caching with our special friends Suscoe. A well planned trip, with a set of plotted cache loops centred around Whittlesea.
We enjoyed the variety of puzzles, hides and locations amongst some amazing views.
Thanks to Wiser than Owls for your amazing contribution to the gameboard.
