>10:15Lunch packed, water on board, ready for our final day of caching with Suscoe before heading back to Victoria.Having completed the Adventure Lab one or two days earlier, it was a real bonus to add our name to the log here, after some advice from a PAF. FP awarded for an interesting AL and tricky Bonus. Our thanks to 'Brad&Janet' for adding this bonus cache to the gameboard.37866*This log composed and published using Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK).*
Well another delightful day around Adealide with our good friends Phetlern. We enjoyed this wander and cache finding having a good chat as we went.Again we were impressed with the range of housing styles that we saw and the delightful street trees that adorn this city. The day was mostly fine with a little drizzle around lunch time, a cool breeze that kicked in after the drizzle but before and after that it was pretty good with some sunshine peeping through. Thanks to Brad&Janet for this bonus cache and for the Ad Lab. USed a PAF and got a hint about how to find this bonus and we did. A favourite.
Thanks Brad&Janet for the cache and adlab. This was solved a long time ago, and was a second attempt here. Last time it was dark and we didn't have the suggested TOTT. Here today, with OzGuff and makingpie, it was a relatively straight forward find. OzGuff for the find and effort.
Back on 15th March 2020, I tried the Adventure Lab entitled "Who were they?" and finished 8 out of 10.On the next day, I did one more.On the 28th of that month, I completed the last one.Now it's been over four years, it's time to find the bonus cache of this Adventure Lab.This morning, I went to city for business. I left home 10 minutes earlier, so I can try this cache on the way.I had the equipment loaded in my car, before I went there. At the final location, I set up the equipment, and found the cache.Nice hide for the cache. A favourite point from us, for the cache, and the Adventure Lab.Signed the log book, and placed it back.It was early in the Saturday morning, so no muggles around. Thanks for the Adventure Lab and the bonus cache, Brad&Janet.
I tagged along with the second half of ozguff and pie_moms pole and ladder caching adventures. There was lots of fun to be had and a heap of new skills like pole fishing to learn. Not to mention a lot of cache finds that I never would have been able to get without tagging along. An awesome but tiring afternoon Tftc
Out with pie_mom and makingpie, and having a ball!Had completed the AL a long time ago. But couldnt make the grab here because I didnt have the right TOTT. Today we werent to be defeated. The container wasnt as high as some we had found today, but it had a twist. Log signed by all. TFTC.
I didn't bring ladder so another time. Enjoyed the adventure lab. Thank you again.
In the city early to grab a few caches before heading to the mega today. We were able to quickly work out which spot to target. Thanks
Stopped and walked over to gz. Looked and then checked the cache listing, the T3 bit noted. Back to the car for the ladder. Quick find when at the correct terrain level. Found with Mogni. Found before attending The Great Leap Forward Mega event. We walked over 5km's today mainly doing over 20 adventure lab stages ( and even completing about 3 ). We stopped and found any cache that we were passing or solving any multi's.
Finally time to be in Adelaide and we arrived a few days early. We set up camp in Walkerville and settled in for a few days.Today we took the vehicle and the pole and tackled some of the higher terrain caches. Thanks for contributing to our holiday Brad&Janet
After a very hot night last night we decided to leave the deadly treadlies at home and take out TOTT around today. The Morris and I started in North Adelaide and finished at the Adelaide Parks event. I finished this AdLab a couple of days ago, now the Bonus. Our tree at GZ was occupied by a few possums, but we tried not to annoy them too much.An interesting attachment of the cache. Thanks, Robmc.
Out for long stroll around the Adelaide CBD. And this one was on my list.I just want this in the record that making a bonus cache, after having found 10 stops all over the place, making it something that you need a ladder to retrieve, that just sort of sucks. But thats just my opinion. the container could definitely have been hidden within a few feet of ground level.Suffice to say that as I was walking around the area today, I did not have a ladder on me.P.S. im not really all that upset. We get to pick and choose which geocaches we attempt, and they arent all for everyone. So thanks for hiding geocaches.
This cache has been quite a while in the making!Several visits to North Adelaide visits and overthinking re. how to get coords. Once GZ was confirmed, I headed there on a different day from when I finished the AdLab. On approach to GZ I assumed it was one of the huge gums and began looking there, thinking that I was going to have to leave it for lack of a pole. But then I realised it was the spot Id originally noticed, and the recommended TOTT was not a pole but something else but I dont have one of those either. Never fear this Ninja needed no TOTTs!The only question was how to get down? But it wasnt as hard as I expected! Thanks for the AdLab and the bonus cache!
The journal entries for the AdLab are in the correct order regardless of what order you complete them in. This matches the order they are listed in (as mentioned on the cache page) if you look at the AdLab. Hopefully this helps remove any confusion
How do you find the order when the sequence of the list depends on how far away you are from each of them? Is it the order that you get when standing in this spot, the spot that the mystery has been placed?
Clocking up cache finds for the July Wheel of Challenges, whilst working toward other challenge goals and milestones!

Remember, if you take a TB be sure to:
- Read the Goal and Description
- Correctly 'Retrieve' it.
- Log 'Visit' for the TB at each cache, event etc. that you go to. Unless the Description states otherwise.
- When you want to put it another cache you 'Drop' it, so the next cacher can repeat the process
This avoids TB's going missing and respecting the TB owner with the kindness they provide by putting them out

A day out caching with AussieGal88 & pineapplegoldy was organised after last night's event.
This was a very tricky hide and even trickier to retrieve, but using Goldys height and a couple of tools provide by us, we all managed to get our names in the logbook. TFTC Brad&Janet

This pineapple is out with doineedthis for the day for some more tree fishing. SpidermonkeysMum also tagged along for the morning.
A total of 11 finds for Goldy and about 18000 steps for the day.
We got to GZ and the cache was eventually spotted thanks to a variety of tools.
A challenging retrieval but managed to use a third item to fish it out and sign.
All remains well here.
Thanks Brad&Janet for this cache and adventure lab, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3150 on the 21st of May 2023.

Teaming up with WayneAPN again, targeting high Terrain caches…….we’ve been hitting them hard over the past couple of months with somewhere around 80 getting the from us.
We are both big fans of the high Terrain caches especially when they involve Tree Fishing.
Did the Lab many months ago and only got to this bonus cache today

After doing the AdLab some time back, I had the final for this one, but stowed it away for a safe day. Today I had big plans to head north after work and grab the last 8 caches in the Barossa Grapes series, then the weather came in. I pulled the pin on the trip north at about 3.30pm, and then the sun came out. Plenty of wind, but sun. Meh.
So I left work and popped over here instead, to grab this one and fill in a daily square. I looked from below and was unable to see the cache, and there could be so many locations too, what an awesome tree. Like others nearby, they have so much character.
Up the ladder, I quickly spotted the cache, and signed it accordingly. Thanks again Brad&Janet for another great cache in a suburban location. Find #8085 at 4.40pm.

After the event Freddo loaned CeeJayDenno his pole. Owl wasn't going to let such an opportunity pass by and with Anymules lending his expertise the trio were able to remove some boxes from the map. There were also some ladder caches attempted in between and this was one of them, Owl having completed the labs some time ago but unwilling to climb ladders alone without a safety net involved. The first climb had her confuse the cache with a bit of the tree nut having come down to make the ladder longer CeeJayDenno spitted it and took her place for the retrieve. The labs were fun so it's nice to finally follow up with the cache.
Spent a week in Adelaide. Thanks to all the Cache Owners for their contributions to this recreational activity.
Thanks for the interesting Adventure Lab experience. A physically demanding bonus cache. Got there after a bit of huffing and puffing. TFTC

Went on a Tuesday Mystery Meander with a rat, started at the rat's den then meandered where the caching took us.
This was one of quite a variety found before it was time to head home.
Having completed the AdLab quite a while ago this one has been on the Must do list for far too long. In the area today with the time to find this well concealed cache and get my stamp in the log.
Thanks to Brad&Janet for putting out this cache for us all to find.

Out every day locating and logging using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Quite a bit of that!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*

Please do stay safe when caching.
Keep a lookout for slippery rocks, crabs, snakes, surprise cliffs, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Ensure that Travel Bugs are the only bugs you share and pass on
Now our borders are open - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
We do really appreciate all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside,
it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting

Completed the Lab some time ago but today I was in the area with SpidermonkeysMom and Jolly0 and we had the right TOTT!! Thanks Brad&Janet for the hide .................. and the Lab!!
I have been here before! It was dark, windy and I was alone. Couldn’t see anything for some reason.
Today we had parked almost on top of GZ and couldn’t leave it. I was feeling brave, very brave today, not my normal self.
Having company helped a lot. Someone to pass things to, someone to hold the TOTT, someone to cheer you on, people to block what you are doing. No one seemed to care what we were doing today. Thanks for the adventure carried out a while ago and for the cache today Brad&Janet

A spur of the moment decision was made to head to South Australia as we had no work on for New Years Eve this year (first time in 23 years) and without any planning and so many unfound caches over here we decided to concentrate on Adventure Lab caches and anything else that popped up nearby.
Another Adventure we finished our a couple of days and must say we did enjoy learning about the people we met and what they had done.
At the end we did what was need to be done and got a set of coordinates that were spot on and we are happy to say our name has been added to the log book.
Many thanks Brad&Janet for a very interesting Lab and this bonus cache.

Out for a days exploring around North Adelaide picking up some solved puzzles and info for some multis and discovering our TOTT's did not help in some locations . An update to making a mark in the log book. After completing the adventure we gathered the required info and made our way to GZ. Thankyou for the cache Brad&Janet found 20 July 2020 15:08
On a perfect winters day, I escaped the office and jumped on the mountainbike and rode out of the CBD to GZ. The bike provided a handy TOTT to assist, although a bit of free climbing was necessary, which was great fun. The hint certainly helped with this one and the cache was found in a brilliant natural hiding spot. Fav point for great hide and the fun in getting this one - loved it!
I had completed the Adventure Lab in January but wasn't in the position to come and find this bonus cache back then. Kept the required info and when I got home I got the green tick on Certitude.
Today I was in the area and had the right TOTT to make the retrieval, stamped the log and replaced as found. [^]
I really enjoyed the Lab caches and the history of the locations.

I started 2020 with some improbable caching goals that only lasted until mid February.
With so few caches within 20 kms of home they are now to just complete the Calendar to have found both a mystery and a multicache on every day. Should be able to do one probably not both. [^]
Today I didn't need to find anything in particular but it was a Wednesday and that meant getting together with other members of the Puzzled Puzzler's group and going after puzzles we have solved and anything else that presents itself. Last week we went to Waikerie, the week before the Yorke Peninsular. Better stay close to Adelaide this week!
Having done the lab cache quite some time ago it was finally time to grab this bonus cache. Having a full plethora of TOTTs on hand I wondered just which one would be needed for this one. [^] Cache spied it was time to employ the old PTED to gain access to the cache. Excellent series of lab caches and fantastic bonus cache equals FP from me. [:X]

After completing the lab adventure tour around North Adelaide we had the required information needed for this bonus puzzle. With baited breath the strong was entered and the required information was gained. A trip from the scaffolded church to GZ soon had us with cache in hand and a few extra itches. TFTC I do love these bonus ones.
We what a nice tour of North Adelaide. Very interesting poking around and checking out address mistakes and historical plaques and even churches with names a bit like mine.
In the end we arrived at GZ where a TOTT was required. Not only was a TOTT required but also some serious anti-itching cream. Heck- another medical TOTT that I need to pack in the car. Just be a little careful if looking up and there is someone above you. Safety goggles could also be handy - so bring your PPE too.
Thanks to Brad&Janet and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!

This evening, I was on the hunt for a multi-cache that unfortunately I never found, followed by some geocaching requiring a TOTT with [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY).
There were two adventure labs that I was yet to experience in Adelaide at this time, with this series being one of them. They make great lunch runs. However, [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY) had completed it, and mentioned that a TOTT was required in accessing this bonus cache. So while in the area and with my TOTT, we called past this one as a final for tonight. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [@Brad&Janet](http://coord.info/PR8T99X) - I guess I will let you know how the Adventure Lab goes when I run it in the next few months.

Well, another excellent offering in the Adventure lab series. Once again, the adventure had all the elements we all enjoy, informative, educational, fun, frustrating, especially when the object of your attention is surrounded by scaffolding and there are large ugly barking dogs who do not like you staring at their premises. In the end, got all the answers and noted the requirements for this bonus cache and put the data into the checker only to end up with a couple of red crosses. Hmmm. This once again highlights a major flaw in the adventure lab app in that you cannot go back to review the questions to ensure that you have entered the correct information. Anyway, after a PAF to Brad the info was sorted and the checker agreed with my data and coordinates were obtained. Surveyed GZ on the way home last night just to decide which TOTT was required. This morning on the way to work, with the correct TOTT on board a quick stop at the correct object and a very quick find of the cache, but to really access a little re positioning was required. Then, extract the log, stamp and replace it all in its rather surprising hide. Favourite for both this and the Adventure lab. Well done.

A solo Saturday ‘cleaning up’ the current lab caches and a few mysteries around the place.
Stop 20 was a place I had already driven past previously at the beginning of my lab adventure.
It seems like I experienced the whole journey back to front.
The most memorable visit was the only lab cache for which you needed to go indoors. I walked in together with about 100 others that were there to witness a wedding. Speak of the odd one out!
Anyway in the end streets were traversed, a string was constructed and a tree climbed and to top it off a cache found!

Well was suposed to be quickish, but ironically had a call from this CO, whilst surveying the options here, about another matter, muchly appreciated though!
A nice set of historical labs to find first.

Thanks

Adelaide Trip Day 12. After a peaceful night of fireworks, I headed to North Adelaide to do the newest Adventure lab set of 10 caches. There were a few issues, but the CO sorted them out promptly and it was completed successfully. Along the way I stopped and did as many of the local caches I could before heading off to lunch. Although this one was not published, I was given the chance to find it as I had found all 10 Labs today on the 1st of January 2020.

Having done the Adventure Labs yesterday, I had all the answers that I needed for a quick solve.
Sitting at work I thought it might have to wait until after work. But I snuck out.
At GZ, I was bouncing between a couple of options so sent a frustrated message to the CO.
As I continued my search Brad phoned me and offered some assistance. Even offering to bring me a ladder if I didn’t have one. But I did, so I used mine.
After returning the ladder to my geomobile, look who’s here. Brad has come for a look and a chat.
Getting later in the day, I think it’s time for me to head back to work in time to knock off for the afternoon.
Thanks for the adventure lab and the fun bonus cache Brad&Janet.
