Coords updated accordingly, otherwise no change to details required.
Thanks to Rabbitto and RoamingHowie for all there assistance in providing maintenance to this cache while I am away on an extended holiday. The original cache hide was damaged and a slight relocation and coord update was required. All good and the cache is back in the game! Thanks for all the help from the caching community much appreciated!
After a heads up of some cache support needed at this mornings CITO I dropped by here to relocate the cache after recent storm damage to the caches previous host. A new host a few metres away now holds the cache. Updates details sent to the CO.
A beautiful, but cool, sunny Melbourne day. Perfect for dragging out the bike to enjoy the sunshine.TFTC it remains firmly attached to a fallen branch. Still hidden well.
I found this cache on my Mega Walk #28 - a 23,000 step walk through Hawkestowe, South Morang and Keon Park. Now on my path back up to Childs Road, my next stop was here. I searched a little before more closely inspecting a freshly broken off limb on the off chance that it contained the cache. Unfortunately it did. Now the cache is still there and it does fit the hint but it may not last long if the council remove that limb. To discourage this from happening, I have pulled the limb off of the lawn and more leaned it against the tree. If any future finders come past, I have been in contact with the CO and know that they would appreciate the cache being detached from that limb and reattached into a tree. (Unfortunately, when I walk, I travel as light as possible and do not carry the tools to have done it myself). Also, the tree in question does not have another place low enough to discretely attach it so it may need a shift to the next tree over, which is about 4m away and may need a slight co-ords adjustment. Thanks from D B-A
Have been in the area for the last two days and was heading home for some rest. Stopped in here while what looked to be a friendly double match under flood lights was happening. I initially searched the wrong object, but once I rechecked my GPS I moved nearby and found the cache straight away.A big thanks goes to napier92 for taking the time to add Tennis anyone? to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Nominations for the **2023 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards** are now open and will close on **17 April 2024**. Busy... busy... busy! Christmas is almost here and lots to do still... hardly any time for caching but I had to get out this morning and find a heap of caches if I was going to earn the *December Solstice souvenir*. And so I was up early and heading over the the City of Whittlesea where I still had lots of caches to look for. The first hour was really productive... every cache a quick find... but not so the next couple of hours. As is the way of caching, my targets were either hard to find or possibly missing... Still, with perseverance, I got there... I got the souvenir. Thanks **napier92** for this cache... a nice easy find.
Arrived to Thomastown for an afternoon walk and a few caches. This was a quick find.
I’d need an umpire’s call but the clearly visible bison was a few metres closer to the courts than my GPS reckoned: David
Honestly can't believe I didn't spot it sooner! It blended in so well and yet now I can't help but see it. Forgot my pen though so couldn't sign. TFTC

I was needing a few more finds in the Whittlesea LGA to try and qualify For one of the Mega challenges so I decided to head back over this way and go for a ride along some of the trails.
I stopped by this one on my travels and was able to find it, the log was signed and I was on my way to the next one.
**Thanks to napier92 for placing this cache.**

So glad geo hubby was with me! I can't say how long it would have taken to find otherwise. Almost thought I was going put a dnf. Thanks for this find.
Tennis? Yes. Geodaughter #1 played Saturday morning NEJTC here, during the season & finals. She is too old now for that comp, but good to come back to cache. TFTC

I don’t like the camo tree hides it takes me so long sometimes. But not too long today stamped the log and off I went. TFTC
Tennis anyone? That’ll be a yes from me. I am here for a tennis semifinal tonight. An easy find at GZ under torch light with a good view of the courts we will be playing on. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache. It is in good condition. My 200th micro
Thanks napier92, we have enjoyed your tour around this area of the north.
We always enjoy caching in this area, it is usually reasonably quiet and easy to get a park.
Another nice hide.

A great day out with Omegaman1971, Our trip last weekend got canceled due to the five day lock down so we were glad we could get out again this weekend, we had a great day out exploring new areas.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels.

Out here today exploring northern Melbourne for a change. Once at the correct location it was a quick find.
Fun find to round off the Wonders. Haven't been up this end of the bike path before, need to get out more! TFTC.
Out for a ride with the family and stopped for this cache. Checked the description and realised it was a cursed bison in a tree. However for once this one immediatly presented itself and we quickly logged it. Tftc

Now that the COVID-19 restrictions are being relaxed and we are allowed to travel further than 5km from home, and spend more than 2 hours away from home, I was very eager to get out this morning and exercise west of Plenty Road.
There was no-one on the tennis courts so I made a quick find and was on my way to exercise more.
Thank you napier92 for this cache.

It was lovely and sunny this afternoon... and I was indoors helping a friend make the leap from his old feature phone and almost defunct tablet to a shiny new smartphone. He's gonna hate it.
Anyway...
I finally rode out the gate as the sun was setting, and the temperature cooling rapidly. But I warned up fairly quickly, especially once I'd gone over the Ring Road on the bridge to the west.
A few finds later, and I reached the Darebin Creek. Now, I've cached, played Ingress and ridden the creek trail many times and tonight, was impressed by two things: firstly, that the squares of reflective tape I placed near the entrance to the trail are holding up surprisingly well, and the trail and the creek in general continue to be improved by various interest groups.
Third find along the creek, and one of **those** hides. Fortunately, I managed to spot it without using the, er, concussion method.
Thanks, napier92

First day for 11 weeks with no kids! I couldn’t think of any better way of celebrating than picking up a couple of caches. TFTC
Another one of those caches where you find it immediately on the second visit and wonder why you couldn't find it first time

Parked at the tennis club and got this one first. Now down to the bottom two before heading north.

Well I didn't go away anywhere for the long weekend and neither did OzHockeyChick. So today we went on a bike ride along a couple of trails and this was one of them.
After completing the aqueduct trail in Research/Eltham area we headed over here for another nice and not too hilly ride. It was a busy little trail along here today with the beautiful weather but it was handy having the bikes and a companion so we looked a lot less suspicious.
Rode my bike right up to this one and as I stopped there it was in front of my face. Love it when that happens.
Thanks napier92 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Out and about with Trailstevo, on a 10km walk, which went wrong and ended up at 16km. Having reviewed the map and seen a few more cache being published in the area I thought we would do a lap. Certainly know we had covered some distance by the time we got back, but were rewarded with 14 (I think ) cache. Two of which were prior DNFs. Thanks for the exercise and adventure Napier92.
Our last one for today, was getting a bit too hot to continue.
Out with caching friend OzArtek.

Our last cache for the day while out with 2peasinapod2012. Again, I found this one (in fact I found ALL the caches we did today). Thanks napier92 for bringing us to some great areas around Mill Park.
Well, that 10km walk with Gunks to do a Mill Park loop collecting caches turned into a 16km trek. Found all except one. Good mixture of hides. Plenty of muggles out early but got a bit lonelier once darkness descended. TFTC
Very well hidden, the cache is a good colour. There was no one playing tennis today which would be just as well, because it would've made for a difficult retrieval. TFTC Napier
Last one of the day before the phone died. It was right next to where I left the bike, but it took a little while to realise that. The courts were busy today, but the Open will do that. Thanks napier92 for this hide.
I was a little off with this one until I widened my search then I aced it. Thank you again for getting me out here.

Out with xambo4u, we set out early to cache in Mill Park. A lovely day with some interesting caches along the way. Nearing the end of the day and feeling weary, it was good to have a quick find. Thanks napier92
Out and about with echidna44 for an other enjoyable day of caching. Nice easy park and short walk here. Nearly got run down by a bike - too much talking again. Thanks napier92 for all your variety of caches and spaces that you have led us today.
I've been meaning to tackle the caches along the M80 bike path for a while now but never managed to find the time. Today, the afternoon opened up so I hopped on my bike and headed off. A fairly windy day meant the return leg was a bit of an effort but a successful one none the less.
These can be difficult to spot unless you look from the right angle, luckily today it didn't take me too long. Thanks for the cache napier92.

Found while caching solo on a sunny day. Had better luck than I thought I would and found it quickly. TFTC.
Out with Bunadoorian we tried to find this one but thought we may be snookered (sorry wrong sport) due to a nearby road closure but we were able to navigate a way around to here. I aced this one by just looking in the correct direction. Now to go to work. TFTC napier92
This cache was surprisingly well hidden. I suppose it was camo but it was also a little larger than I thought it would be. It actually took Grub62 to find this cache I was just there for my good looks. TFTC.

Out grabbing the new caches tonight and lucky for us we got 3 gold medals. I usually struggle with this type of hide, they blend in so well. Today it was a very quick find.
