A cool and grey day, the best days for hunting around for hidden cache without attracting suspicion. Well hidden. TFTC
Had no problems here. Signed in, replaced and went on my way.THanks for this one napier92
Found with the fa.ily on our walk today. A bit windy, but no pr9hlems with cache and no problems finding.
I found this cache on my Mega Walk #28 - a 23,000 step walk through Hawkestowe, South Morang and Keon Park. My second last cache on the path up to Childs Road. Probably my easiest find for the day. Thanks from D B-A
The weather was much nicer today and since I was heading back up this way again I stopped in for this quick find. I put my GPS away too early as I spotted something suspicious, only to discover I jumped too soon. In the end I trusted the GPS which took me to the obvious spot.Cache and log is in good order.A big thanks goes to napier92 for taking the time to add Sycamore to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Are you ready for Victorias next big event?Join us for Victorias first ever *Block Party* to celebrate 25 years of geocaching.**When:** March 22 - 23, 2025**Where:** Hume Global Learning Centre, SunburyLog your will attend at [**GCAP417: The Sunbury Event** ](https://coord.info/GCAP417) Visit our [**Block Party website** ](https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/the-sunbury-event) for more details on the exciting lineup of events and activities as they are released!
Suscoe was enjoying a morning out caching in this area.We left home early this morning as we knew there would be significant rain later on, and it arrived around midday. We enjoyed the wander around these new and older suburbs.A good variety of caches were found in interesting locations. Thanks to napier92 for this hide. This ended up as an early lunch spot in the carpark overlooking the soccer pitch. The rain was slowly getting heavier.

I got here early before the sports started. Surprisingly quiet! Nice quick find. TFTC
I remember coming to this nearby bmx track as a kid when I lived in Mill Park many moons ago. Good to see it’s still here and being used by all the kids on a Saturday. Great hide TFTC

2 containers at this one, both logs signed.
I was needing a few more finds in the Whittlesea LGA to try and qualify For one of the Mega challenges so I decided to head back over this way and go for a ride along some of the trails.
I stopped by this one on my travels and was able to find it, the log was signed and I was on my way to the next one.

On a windy afternoon caching while casing out Mill Park for our daughter we stumbled across this one and we’re slightly befuzzled why there were two containers random page.
Easy find, both boxes are here, the old one is wet. New one is dry, signed logbook and replaced.

Cache was lying in the open. Full of water.
Then we continued to search and finally found the new cache. Ended up putting the two caches together.

On a cloudy Sunday, my partner and I took her kids caching and after the first cache.. “But mummy, I wanna find more”. Off we go to find more. But Mother Nature had something else in mind. We did find the cache though, in the pouring rain. The walk home was not fun.

This one had me going around in circles but I got there in the end as it wasn’t hidden in the obvious spot. I went to sign the log and realised I left my pen in the car. Back I went and it has now been signed and returned. TFTC
The geokid loved the BMX track here - he had a good go of it on his scooter. A nice hidden gem in an area we'd never been to before. Found the cache OK, then continued on our way.
Very tricky find but well worth it, the GPS is a bit off so looking out for camo the key

With the need to blow the cobwebs out of the bike , I mosied on up this way for a spin on such a glorious day. I intended to do a few caches on the trip but unfortunately, this ended up being the only one. Once at GZ, it took a few moments of scrounging before I spotted the geocamo which then had me signing the log at 15:40 to open our account for November.
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins nad a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks napier92.

A great day out with Omegaman1971, Our trip last weekend got canceled due to the five day lock down so we were glad we could get out again this weekend, we had a great day out exploring new areas.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels.
Thanks napier92 for the cache.

Thanks heaps to the Riddells for coming to the rescue on this one...I will pay a visit shortly. In the meantime the cords have been updated.
We found this cache muggled when we arrived at GZ....only the separated lid and box remained.
However, we managed to help to keep this cache in play by adding a new log, cache note and snap lock bag.
To save it from being muggled again we replaced it 7 meters to the west of its original location.
These co ordinates are now S 37 40.103
And E 145 02.464
The same hint applies.
The CO has been notified.

After a bit of mucking around to find the right path to the cache, all went smoothly and I was signing the log in no time.
Kato Potato and I had booked accommodation in Mill Park for the Whittlesea MEGA event.....non-refundable accommodation which thankfully opened up to us regional Victorians this very week. Despite not being able to attend the now-cancelled MEGA, we got back in the saddle of geocaching and realised how much we'd missed it in 2020.
We relocated to try another trail and started here....parked next to a wee-weiner moron in a doof doof car. Off we went and made a quick find here - despite the toilet paper that clearly wasn't well hoarded. TFTC napier92

After a particularly long caching hiatus thanks to COVID-19, Mummy Short Legs and I finally got to hit the road again for our annual caching weekend away. This weekend was originally planned to be celebrated with the nearby Mega event, cancelled for obvious reasons. We still had an accommodation booking though and thought waste not, want not! A great weekend away and an opportunity to just enjoy the area.
After parking nearby and getting eyeballed by the occupants of a flashy yellow car and being very disappointed by the lack of open toilets in the area, we headed for GZ while being serenaded by some magpies. A quick find, although by the looks of the surrounding rubbish, other people had also been disappointed by the lack of open facilities in the area! Signed and on to the next, not to be deterred. On my way to drop some items at a friend's house in Mernda I decided to take the opportunity to do some caching on the way there and back.
A busy spot as there were a few families out bicycle riding and they decided to stop at the intersection to check their bikes. I walked around the oval and then doubled back when they moved off.
Thank you napier92 for providing this cache.

Picking up where I finished on a recent bike ride, this time for a pleasant evening stroll around the trails and streets. Four caches in a 5km loop encompassing the creek and the transmission line.
Thanks, napier92, for another smiley.

Spiffy made the very quick find here.

Well I didn't go away anywhere for the long weekend and neither did OzHockeyChick. So today we went on a bike ride along a couple of trails and this was one of them.
After completing the aqueduct trail in Research/Eltham area we headed over here for another nice and not too hilly ride. It was a busy little trail along here today with the beautiful weather but it was handy having the bikes and a companion so we looked a lot less suspicious.
From satellite maps I was not sure if this would be fenced off so we took 2 different ways in to it and I was the lucky one on the shorter route. In the end it didn't matter which way we went really. Had a bit of fun jumping over the nearby jumps on the bike and continued on.
Thanks napier92 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

What a great bmx track just here!
The container is a little damp. Not surprising after all the rain we’ve had. Enjoyed our walk around here!

After a disappointing day yesterday looking for nano's in high muggle areas in Newcastle Grub62 and I needed a cache still for the 23/02/2020. A well hidden cache away from muggle eyes and a good size too. I logged this cache today (24/02/2020) for yesterday (23/02/2020) as I went strait to bed after arriving home. Thanks napier92 for the cache.

Out with my grand-daughter to do this cache which is close to home. Her first time caching and she was excited with the find plus it was an easy walk for these old bones. TFTC.
Thanks again napier92, I see my old mate has been here too and introduced his granddaughter to our wonderful hobby, I hope she continues. A well hidden cache, left a trinket and a couple of coins also took a tb to further it's travels.

Out with xambo4u, we returned to Mill Park to do a few more caches in this area. Despite the forecast of 33 degrees followed by heavy rain and hail, we had a very successful day.
Another quick find, but not where I expected it with a title like that.
Thanks napier92

Out and about with echidna44 clearing out some more in the North in 33 degrees heat the promise of rain. Finding it interesting to see the northern suburban sprawl with underground wiring - excellent. Nice easy find here. Thanks for the cache napier92
Out and about with Trailstevo, on a 10km walk, which went wrong and ended up at 16km. Having reviewed the map and seen a few more cache being published in the area I thought we would do a lap. Certainly know we had covered some distance by the time we got back, but were rewarded with 14 (I think ) cache. Two of which were prior DNFs. Thanks for the exercise and adventure Napier92.
Well, that 10km walk with Gunks to do a Mill Park loop collecting caches turned into a 16km trek. Found all except one. Good mixture of hides. Plenty of muggles out early but got a bit lonelier once darkness descended. TFTC
Found on a lovely days bike ride in Millpark. Drop a lovely USA TB.

Today we went for the FTF. I saw the notification at 5, said to Young Bruce "Do you want to go for it?" and we jumped on the bikes and went. Truth be told, we weren't even in the hunt because atsmug had signed before we left the house, but we didn't know that. Boosted by a tailwind we roared up Cheddar Rd and Dalton Rd, and made a quick find. We signed second. No matter, we did a few laps of the BMX track and went home by the Darebin trail, picking up a few more on the way home before my phone went flat. Thanks napier92 for the excursion

Leaving work and planned to get another cache when I noticed this on the map, a slight detour a short walk and I soon was signing in first place.
Oh I think to forgot to write the date , I wrote the time.
