I found this cache today on my Mega Geocaching Walk #13 - a 30,000 step walk from Epping Station, winding my way up to Wollert and back down the other way to Epping Station once again. After the previous find, it was over 1km to this one in a straight line, but I had stopped at the Ampol for a drink and could no see any way across Epping Road due to the roadworks. Finally, I spotted the makeshift pedestrian crossing, which was weird, and I managed to wind my way here after that. A nice sculpture. Thanks from D B-A

Quick find here. The cache was in the last place we looked.

November 2022. Time for the second Victorian Mega of the year. This time in Whittlesea. What is it with W's? Time for another epic road trip. Who will join our merry crew? We traveled from South Australia and camped in the pig pen. It rained. It blew. It was sunny. It was not sunny. All four seasons. Beautiful location and some awesome caches.

Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke für den Cache. Gracias por el caché. Bedankt voor de cache. Kiitos kätköstä. Zikomo posungira. Terima kasih untuk cache. Hvala cache. Köszönöm a cache. Nga mihi mo te keteroki. Dankie vir die kas.

A nice find in the suburbs today, cache found and is all good

This weekend was mega weekend and we headed over with Freddo, team Waldron, e.gregory1 and Davidwazza as part of our team called: ‘Aussies on Tour’, the log books were either signed with the name, AOT or our individual caching names.
A great weekend away and a very well organised mega despite the horrible weather thrown at us we still managed to find quite a few caches

Thanks for the cache

Found while in the area to attend the Mega Event at Whittlesea.

Today I joined up with Team Waldron, Freddo, gridge98 and Davidwazza as we made our way to Whittlesea and targeted caches of interest. All caches were signed 'A.O.T.'

Thanks napier92 for the cache

Having come over this area of Melbourne to complete a Wherigo only to be thwarted by far too much water, I decided not to waste my visit and slowly head for home while chasing caches in an area that I don't get to all that often.

Thanks to the detailed instructions it didn't take long to spot a likely hiding spot... and sure enough, on inspection there was the cache.

Thanks **napier92** for this cache.

I have been patiently waiting for the past few months to go geocaching more than 5km from home. This morning I set off to Epping/Wollert to earn some smiles.
I had a fun time here searching with my eyes and hands. Of course I missed it initially. I should have read the hint earlier.
Thank you napier92.

Oh, it's so good to be on the pedals again. I finally got around to getting a new handlebar bag, and shoes that fit, and today's sunshine was too tempting to let slip by. By the time I arrived back home, the sunlight was just a memory, and I'd covered over 45km of bike paths, the zigzag between the top end of Edgar's Rd and the newer parts of Epping's sprawl... and a number of ride-by Geocaches.

Next time, though, I'll remember to pack the extra thermal top for the temperature drop when the sun sets. The chill was definitely an incentive to keep the pace up.

Thanks, napier92... it didn't take too long to find the container, as I figured it'd be on the less conspicuous part of the area.

A lucky quick and easy find.
We dread rock walls and always worry about the residual integrity of the wall.

After a very exhausting first day of school for 2 of our munchkins this cache popped up in my email alerts. Half way through cooking a roast chook we decided that we would jump in the car for a go for a FTF. After Duke hubby navigating to exact spot everyone had a good hard look using the great clues. After 5 min and no small box with the goods it took mum the Dutchess going back for a proper look after her Princesses to prove that many good proposals happen when roast chook is involved. Lets hope we can still be a happy family moving forward. Thanks for a great cache

So pleased the Lalor Brennan's were the FTF of this cache. Joint Second To Find with Bunadoorian tonight after finding a nearby cache.Thank you for the hint. Bunadoorian found this one first. I like the placement. TFTC napier92 and for placing more caches in places we had not been before.

Equal STF with Grub62. This cache I actually found before Grub62. We meet up with the Lalor Brennans, who were 1st to find this cache, at our last find. My GPS was a bit wayward but with some advice from the Lalor Brennans the cache was found. A well hidden cache thanks Napier92 for another local cache.
