We had an enjoyable day caching around the area. Thanks to the CO for all the caches placed in this area. Fast find here. Signed KTD (KabbellaQld, ToucanKB and Danielle46). Tftc
A nice easy one to start our day of geocaching, all good with the cache. TFTC youngoldfella
Found on a day when there were motorcycles Galore coming past so enjoyed the bikes then sorted the cache. TFTC
Quick find in our local area, decided to do some easier caches after tackling Harriet Island. TheKiltedKacher uplifted the trackable to move it on. TFTC!
Hi there youngoldfella, we found your cache Maybe Armed today.
We are camping with friends halfway between Childers and Bundaberg. While they are doing their thing we are doing ours.
A nice quick find. The squash to snake nearby was interesting.
We’re thoroughly enjoying our jaunt around the countryside today, & so far we’ve found quite a variety of container types, sizes and ratings.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Good.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Tftc Youngoldfella,
Today the weather is great for a day on the back roads around Bundy. Plan to finish the TAF series and then head out to Moore Park Beach.

Caching with my main squeeze, Oddiewan, BitternA4 , and our geo pup. We are on a trip
up to the Townsville Mega taking our time driving up (as best we can with limited time off work). We chose your cache in a goal to find a cache in every QLD LGA to/from
why not make it a YOF hide?!? Camped not too far from here. Easy find cache and logbook in good condition.
Thanks for the fun, youngoldfella

TFTC. We had been housebound for a week after QOGM21. Time to go and find a few caches. A perfect caching day. not too hot and a slight cloud cover. We decide to head out to Moore Park Beach and attempt the caches in and around that area. A good couple of hours for 17 finds and no DNFs. All youngoldfella caches today. Some TAF series and others. All good co-ordinates and caches in good condition.
In the area today as I head north and picking up caches along the way and this was one of them.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for me and others to enjoy.

A plan was hatched with Konie to find the caches in this area. A quick find here, log signed and we were on our way again. TFTC
Today we headed out to find a few of the T.A.F. caches but have decided to do a detour to Baffle Creek as many years ago we were interested in buying a property here. We ended up buying a place in FNQ. We had only seen this area on the internet so it was great to come and see it in reality.
We have started what we are calling Stage 1 of the TAF caches, over the last few days we have solved the very easy puzzles. Today we have found that all the cache co-ords are very good, a huge thanks for this and for placing this series for us to enjoy goes to the CO. We do say we found ourselves going up and down and around in our travels, all cache containers are in excellent condition and all have some swag for the little ones to enjoy.
On our journey we collected three TB’s.

A quick find on the way to the beach. I think I disturbed a frogs home. Sigh. Thanks YOF

Bundaberg Day1
After setting up camp in the caravan park we took a drive out to Moore Park with the Snakepitters.
The puzzle was the 1st one we stopped at then moved along locating caches until we reached the mangroves.
Our last cache then it was on to visit the seaside village of Moore Park. Isn't that the name of a football teams home ground?
The weathered had cleared by then & the ocean looked calm & inviting. Just a few people walking along the beach.

Moved to Bundaberg in prep of the event hosted by YOF. After seting up the caravan and the rain abated we headed out with DiMorgan to pick up a few before happy Hour. All caches in good condition.

Some heavy rain forecasts scuttled the planned Bromance camping weekend in North NSW. The forecast around Bundy looked reasonable, and there were 70 FTF's with some generous DT up for grabs. Swellerfungus opted to continue the repairs arising from his 10 cent bathroom washer replacement (current cost is into the $1,000's), leaving the Bromance Lite* heading north early this morning.
We had missed this one on the trip out on Moore Creek Rd, opting to grab the others first. Now we backtracked in fading light and a heavy storm. The log was signed with our Bromance stamp. Many thanks youngoldfella

Despite the poor weather forecast, Crookedpete, JezNDez and I set off on an impromptu road trip from Brisbane to Bundaberg chasing a large patch of potential **FTF** 's which appeared to still be on offer. After encountering rain on the drive up, we lucked in with the rest of the day remaining pretty well precipitation free. In the end, a great day to be out caching.
Well our luck with the weather had run out by now, with steady rain falling as we pulled up at GZ. At least we had a good idea where the cache would be hidden so only a little time was required out in the rain to perform the logging duties. TFTC
