I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, %CO%, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Psaltyranger and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Never felt more awkward. Parking area required payment, car parking was being patrolled by a security gurad. Felt like we had to walk past people's bedrooms to access GZ. We did have a quick look at GZ but in the end just felt awkward and left.
Based on previous posts, we weren’t able to locate the item. A lot of reworking going on in this location atm so perhaps item has been lost or moved
Out and about in the area collecting caches and this was one we found. A great day to be out and about. The cache is in need of some tlc, log was mush.
I’ve been saving this cache for a day I needed one for my streak working full time in Burnie saving theses caches sure do help keep the streak going!
It’s been a lovely day and certainly a lovely cache location with a pond that I never knew existed! A few muggles around so took this cache slow to not draw any attention I ended up looking at the cache location a few times just didn’t turn anything over!
While this picture doesn’t reveal anything to do with the cache it sure does show how lovey it is today!
Cache is damp but paper is still useable thanks for the find.

Late notice got find was fun, cash is in good condition and found this cash with bigdaddy69.
Second time lucky ! First time, there had been a major rework of the garden areas here and the prize was gone ! This time quick and easy with second signature on new log. Lots of moisture in the tin but log in bag dry. TFTC.
Took a little longer walk than required to get this one, as we walked down from the road, not the car park. Cache is in good condition now

3 days off from work, and Geo Kid O joined me on a journey to Stanley and then down along the western explorer road towards Corinna. We have a great time finding a number of caches and driving a road I had not travelled on before.
The Western Explorer road was closed for a while and recently had been reopened with a new bridge near Balfour. Some very interesting sights along the way, with part of the road feeling more like a forest track, and other parts felt like a place where no one else has gone in the past, other than on the road. The open button grass plains were amazing along with the mountain views.
We stayed in Stanely, and the caches in and around Stanely were very good, including one walk to the top of the Nut. Gee that is a steep 400 metre walk.
Thank you for the cache which was part of our journey

Running out of daylight, but as I could park a short distance from GZ thought it was worth a try. Unfortunately no luck, if it's one for vertically challenged people, then I'll need to wait until I have a taller person in tow.
whoops not sure what happened but the date is a month out, sorry Psaltyranger chocolate ali .
Date should be 30-09-2021

Happen to be in the neighborhood today, and certainly had to be careful of the muggle activities everywhere! None the less the accurate co-ords led to a quick find, I could see it but had to wait for my opportunity to lay my hands on it. Very excited to be the first to sign the new log book and claim the closest thing to a FTF for me!! TFTC
It was fun but hard so we didn’t find it but it isn’t impossible;)happy geocaching:):)
Didn't plan to go caching on my birthday, but as the day has been compromised waiting around the hospital, I used a couple of hours to bag several hides, and as this one was close by, a logical place to start. GPS got me to the hint eventually, and theoretically should have allowed me to step straight to it. However, there has been very recent garden activity here, with lots of fresh wood chips spread everywhere, and I fear it has been muggled by the gardeners. May be adviseable to check if CO can check. TFTC anyway. Good spot.
Replaced container, log book and sealed with sandwich bag. Room now for small swaps
I over thought it so it ended up being harder to find than required.
Log & inside container is saturated.

With GeoMaggie2. And easy find in a lovely park. The cache was half filled with water. The log book is absolutely saturated but because we had stamps we manage to stamp it. Found, stamped and replaced, with Maggie and Mollie, my GeoWesties, while roaming around Tasmania with our motorhome “Mylittlebus” looking for content for our TASMANIA ALL OVER facebook. Join us there. Thanks for placing this cache (and others), keeping us on our exploring toes.
Thanks for the cash. Found with G with Angus 88 thanks for the cache and easy find and a lovely area
Up in Burnie with daughter. She had work at hospital so I took advantage to get a cache. Nice little walk
Nice easy find at an awesome park.
Found with CupcakeCookie54.
The frogs were putting on a great chorus fur us.
Loved it!!!!

This one successfully resisted my efforts to make a quick find last time I was here. Came back with a few more minutes up my sleeve this time and a proper search soon saw the cache in hand. Peaceful spot. TFTC
Caching in the area we found your cache along the way.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

There were no muggles when I was here yesterday and the clue was a bit scattered. The cache was quite exposed and I suspect an animal was to blame.
Put it back where I thought it should be and hope it stays put.
I imagine this would be a nice place to sit and ponder life but not on a drizzly day as it was when I was there.
Thanks.

At GZ there was a muggle who was having a bit of quiet time, so let him know what I was doing.
He was extremely interested in the concept of geocaching, so gave him a quick rundown of websites...apps etc.
A lovely chap who most likely will become another geocacher...so gave him my phone # to offer any further help if required.
Without this cache we would never of met..just awesome to be able to assist someone.
A top cache in a special tranquil spot.
Many thanks Psaltyranger chocolate_ali....all the best...cheers ST.

We had just finished logging our finds from our afternoon trip to Port Sorell and Hawley and had settled down to watch the news when notification of a newly published cache came through. Checked and it was only 30km away. Do we put our shoes back on and head off or leave it until tomorrow. As we had been waiting for this cache to be published we decided to go.
Wow what a beautiful spot for a cache. The evening light highlighted the light-coloured bark of the tall tea trees close by. We did as the hint directed and soon had located the cache container safely tucked out of sight. All was well with the container and contents.
After replacing the cache we checked our GPSs. The readings were jumping about, varying from 2m to 8m away. So we decided to take a series of readings (see below).
After checking the coordinates we spent some time enjoying the beauty of this little spot, one we never would have found but for this cache.
Thanks for this cache Psaltyranger & chocolate_ali and for showing us this spot that helped you at a difficult time in your life. We look forward to more of your hides in the future. A favourite point for a beautiful, peaceful spot. As there were no other entries in the log book we will claim {FTF} at 20:07
(Given the additional note provided by the reviewer, we spent some time measuring the coordinates of the hide. Both our GPS units were somewhat erratic and took some time to settle for each measurement. We took eight sets of measurements and the average was S41 02.912 E145 52.921, a discrepancy of 4.5m from the published coordinates. This location seems to be one of those odd spots where the coordinates "bounce around" and we are not sure why. It could be a combination of the nearby tall trees, the gazebo roof and the hospital infrastructure, especially the nearby helipad. The explicit hint is invaluable to overcoming the hassles and leads to a quick find.)

When I look at your coordinates on Google Maps, they seem to point to a location half way between the gazebo and the building.
However in that location, and with the fairly explicit clue, there should not be a problem, so I'll publish the cache as is.
Next time you hide a cache, please use an averaging technique to get your final coordinates.
There is a free app called [GPS Point](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sk.grecnar.gpspoint), developed by a geocacher, which makes this process very easy, and which will get you the most accurate result possible on your phone.
Afterwards make sure you test the coordinates by approaching GZ a couple of times from different directions.
Thanks.
