----------### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUESTED PLEASE** ###----------Hi there calebie,It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is some sort of issue. The recent logs may contain more details about what sort of issues are evident. The cache has been [**temporarily disabled**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235), so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location, until the issues/s can be addressed.**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days,** so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.#What you need to do:-#You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-- **Check On The Cache** - once checked, place an Owner Maintenance log and then enable the cache.- **Place A Write Note Log** - indicating a date when you expect it will be restored. - **Adopt Out or Archive** - depending on whether you want it kept or for it to disappear.Full details for each of the above choices can be found at [**GEOCACHE MAINTENANCE**]( https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria) on the Regional Policies page. You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Went to check cache after all the DNF's and it is definitely gone from its original location.
Spent quite a bit of time looking but no luck today. We werent prepared to get our feet wet though.
TFTC- found in my second attempt! After climbing all under the structure, looking at the log and racking my brain! I had the right idea of the hide just had to search a little further’
Thanks
Thanks
we joined the parade
we were an odd bunch
snaking through the suburbs, along the waterway, over the bridge
the usual floats and pageantry accompanied by the new crowd: lycra and jogging strollers and the odd birdwatcher
the old style reset for the new century
the rex redux
one of the crowd complained about the egret
not quite fitting with the new king’s style, or so they said
sounds like he’s more of a heron guy
for his part, the egret complained about the expense: it could barely afford groceries, plus the mortgage repayments on the nest were going up
the tabloids had a field day
we just sat and watched on
we were just enjoying being out of the house

Took us a little until we found the correct spot to look... Nifty little hide!

No go today. Looked all over and under. Couple of spots couldn't get to. Water level may need to drop a little more. Will be back
Lived in the area for 3 and a half years and have crossed this bridge many times.. normally everytime I go the water is too high. But today I thought why not risk it. Freaking out the local muggle kids while scrambling around underneath the bridge and yelling out who dares cross my bridge like I troll, I finally found treasure. Thanks for the challenge and clever hide.
With abit of wet weather recently o knew this one might be tricky. I was able to harness my inner ninja which made for a pretty quick find.
I thought this might be a nice place to bring my kids but after witnessing all the rubbish and broken glass at the near by playground, I might give that a miss.
Thanks for the cache.

Thanks for the cache.
Out and about around Geelong with McLookers, aiming at a series soon to disappear. We came prepared for several eventualities so once the appropriate equipment was used, the cache became an easy find.
Many thanks to calebie for the cache.

We arrived and surveyed the situation. Eventually, due to potential water ingress to shoes we decided on a ladder and rubber boots. Rubber boots were deployed first and tentative steps were taken. Just as we thought the ladder would be deployed, Muzza said 'try there' and there it was. Thanks calabie.
Really nice spot here, took us a little while to find but got there in the end - TFTC

Tomtom definitely sent my down the wrong path to this one, and I was surprise just how deep a water hole the CX5 managed to ford before finding a couple of boulders blocking anymore forward prospects and with bitumen just 20 metres away I walked the last 50 metres to GZ to make a relatively quick find, and then a troublesome extraction and the replaced te cache to go cross large expanses of muddy water in the Mazda again.
Thanks for fun hide calebie

We needed to head out for an emergency vet visit its morning as our big geodog's broken foot had an infection. Once we had dealt with that, we decided to go for a drive and fill in some gaps for some challenge caches and other Geocaching goals. The linear park with the waterway is a lovely thing to find in a newly developed area. This section is full of life; we saw a variety of birds and also tadpoles in the creek. This was a tricky hide, and like others, we spent a fair bit of time looking in all the wrong places. Finally, we saw an obvious spot and lo and behold, there it was. Thank you, calebie, for a clever cache.
On my way to Lifesaving patrol, just stopped to pick up this nifty hide. Last of my ancient wonders, woot. Thanks heaps for the cache!
Out with Mrs 80 degrees for a spot of caching this afternoon. It took abit of searching thou we soon had the cache in hand. The cache was in an obvious spot. Geo son loved the playground near by.
Made this one much harder for myself than I should of. In the last spot I checked, which should have been a first. Thanks for a challenging cache.
A new set of structures jus ripe for a cache, and there was one here. A nice hide calebie.
Needing to recharge our batteries in these very trying times, geocaching seemed like the perfect excuse to get some exercise and improve our mindset. Once again Na'wal was my partner in crime for today's outing. We couldn't have asked for a better day weather wise, absolutely perfect. We did find most of our targets, but a couple of DNF's did haunt us.
We spent way to much time here, going over the structure. Once we got a good fix with the GPSr, it was an instant find. Trust the co-ords, they were spot on for us today. TFTC calebie

With some time put aside for some wellbeing in these tough times, DAB and I caught up to get out and enjoy some sun and well needed fresh air. We looked at a few selected caches to target today. With a nice sunny day we were worried about muggles out and about. And we were right, there were plenty of them. Once the coast was clear, we hopped about trying to find the cache in and under every little spot. With so many hiding spots, I decided to try to get a GPS fix and once we did, I pointed to a spot and DAB grabbed the cache.
**Many thanks to calebie for this cache placement for us to find and enjoy**

Good to be "ousside" caching. With strict requirements for social distancing due to Corona virus at present, there was no fighting how 'bout dat!! Certainly a popular place for walkers.
.
Our thanks to 'calebie' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.

Found it after second attempt and a hint from a friend helped us along I think this creator is a big fan of hidey holes! Did put left foot in the creek, it’s pretty full at the moment but there’s enough big rocks for the more nimble to accomplish this cache with dry feet.
Fun story: I work in a school and one of the kids said the name of this cache to me the other day cheeky 8 year old these days!!

We thought we could take a shortcut to this cache along Lake road and were certainly grateful for the 4WD ability! At GZ one took the high road while the other took the low road and we soon had the cache in hand. It was helpful having a lookout. TFTC
Send me the people around today but we had to wipe the muggles before making the find
With so many muggles around wozzle68 and myself waited above acting as spotters while the fit Triton made the find.
Thanks calebie for the placement.

First cache after the covid 19 restrictions have eased. Feels so good to find a cache again. Beautiful day Today found this cache just in time before all the muggle families came out to enjoy the day. TFTC
After simsfamily had finished getting their car fixed, they asked if I wanted to 'Cache them ousside.' I said "How'bout dat" and soon met up with Simsfamily and Neville devil who was soon onto the hide, a lot drier than expected.
Sorry for the delay in logging, been preoccupied with other things.
Log signed and replaced as found
Thanks for the cache calebie

I was in Geelong this morning getting my car windscreen replace and while I was waiting for them to finish I planned what cache I was going to target today for my cache a day streak. A couple of calls later I was meeting Neville_devil and AusFox; here shortly after I was able to pick up my ready car.
Neville had already scoped out GZ and we decided that the Gum Boots were not required ATM and a couple of hops later the cache was found in the first place we looked.
The log is a little damp so for the coming winter some stone paper may be a good option.
Thank you calebie for the hide

Joint FTF. Bushfire BFMC and Suscoe
Suscoe had seen this one published last night but being a distance away we decided that this morning was the go.
Up quite early in the dark and off down the road
Arrived in the rain at GZ with Bushfire just after BFMC.
Nice to have a shared FTF [FTF]
Wet underfoot and up the sides of the boots, wet from above too.
A nice hide with good co-ordinates.
Thanks to calebie for this hide, A favourite for the hide, the location and the FTF.

When this one dropped I had already settled into bed for the evening, having been out and about the previous 2 nights I decided staying in was the wise option, even though an FTF was up for grabs only a handful of km's from home (and a D/T that I dont have on my FTF chart yet as was ever so kindly pointed out to me when I declined to head out).
Later in the evening a message pinged in, still no find. Maybe one for early in the morning.... well fast forward to 5:45am and i'm awake. May as well get into the office early, can swing past here. Have a better look, wading might be required, listen to the news, Melbourne copped a months rain last night. Hmm.... maybe chuck on some old jeans and put the work pants in the car with a towel.
Arrive at GZ about 6:15. Ironically, I was in this exact spot only a few days ago playing a different game & considered it a suitable spot for a cache. Still dark. Still raining. Assess from above, nothing to see here. So many possibilities for a D3 micro. Time to get on the right level. Shoes & socks were left sitting on a rock and off I waded. Nothing too deep, but combine that with the rain and I was certainly wet. Looking here, looking there. Looking everywhere, except for the spot that I ruled out based on it being a D3 micro. Well, guess where it was. And guess who else should be out and about sloshing around at this time of morning.... one half of suscoe and the Red Ant. Better prepared in the footwear department than I was too. First light and we are all in the log (which is now somewhat damp despite our best efforts). Write in the rain paper is probably needed here, particularly without a log bag. The hair tie (or similar) that was wrapped around the log paper made it almost impossible to retrieve so it was returned without being wrapped up.
All in all a fun & memorable (as well as rather damp) little adventure resulting in another {*FTF*} in the bank.
Thanks calebie for placing this Micro Traditional - this is find 1892 for BFMC

{*FTF*} Up before six and checked on this cache and still unfound so what do you do go for a look of course. On the way out the rain continued to bucked down but all required gear was on board, torches, wellies rain coat and even a brollie and a write in the rain pen. There is always an old pair of shorts and walk in water shoes and of course a couple of old towels.
Good co-ords led us to the spot but as Ben has stated in his log the log suffered from the continual downpour and will require changing shortly and maybe a plastic bag would help.
I might have to return and check what this area looks like in daylight.
I could not believe the number of folk who were heading off to work in the dark no wonder the coffee places have sprung up everywhere.
Thanks calebie for placing.
