Great little cache that put a massive smile on our faces. Sadly we forgot a pen so have included a photo for proof .
Took us a bit of time to find. Deserves a favorite point, with the fantastic camouflage! TFTC!
Camping away with memorychip and co. I live very close to Anglesea but this is our first camping trip as a family of 5.Such a beautiful part of Vic. Even if the weather is windy and overcast haha. All is in good condition here Thank you
A message from the last finder informed us of a damp log and split ziplock. As chance would have it we were actually driving through Anglesea at the time so a detour was made to preform maintenance.Replaced wet logbook with a fresh one and a new ziplock bag. All good to sign now.
Today we headed out from Winchelsea to do our second day on the GOR. We made our way down through Wensleydale and picked up a few trads in tiny little none weatherproof pots. Nice little series. Then on to Anglesea which seemed to be very hipster/surfer vibes and we enjoyed a nice walk around The Wetlands, more caches and ate our packed lunch at one of the murals. Onwards to Aireys Inlet to visit the lighthouse and more caching. Lorne was our last stop on GOC seemed to be a bit more exy here and lots of posh Melbs people here . Back to Winchelsea via Erskine Falls, surprised no cache there and via Bambra area to collect some super cool woodland caches. Ran out of time to do everything we wanted but you can never get them all .Thanks to all the CO for some really great hides and especially to Bushfire we were sad to read of ill health.Always nice to find a bigger cache quick find and sign TFTC
While on a base camp with my bush walking club we had finished our walk for the day i decided to check out this area. I enjoyed the walk around the wet land. Nice easy find. Thanks for the cache its in good condition. The Tritonz
Such an enjoyable walk to this cache, beautiful bush and lots of wild flowers. Located the well camoed cache with the perfect co ords. All ok thankyou Tritonz.
Find # 12696
Found with Tyred n Cranky.
A family weekend away in Anglesea. Down here to enjoy and cache the area.
Last time I was in Anglesea was Oct 2018 and I had left a few unfound. So back again to claim some more finds in the area and tackle the AdLabs
First cache grab in Anglesea for the weekend. Now it's a race against the sunlight to see how many we/I can get for today.
Cool little walk in the parkland.

Nice family walk for the geofamily looking for caches along the way. Thanks for placing a cache in such a beautiful spot
Find No. 4194. Found at 9.23am
In Anglesea for a couple of days with Geodog Penny on board and staying at 'Maroo Park Cottages'
Today, before heading home we went into Anglesea to have a look around, take Penny for a paddle on the beach and to find some caches of course.
This was our third cache find for the morning. Another good area where Geodog Penny could walk by herself and not be on the lead.
Once we got to the area where our GPS took us we soon had the cache in hand and log signed..
For the effort and time taken for this cache hide we are giving it a favourite point.

SueHut and I are out prowling for caches!
We had our first find, then stopped at one of our favourite Anglesea establishments for some travellers. I had some business in Anglesea, so we got that out of the way. I was a bit bemused by the fact I had to go down Parker St followed by Peter Ave to find the house I was looking for. This proved somewhat prophetic for this cache - and many others today. Close to GZ, focused on potential hiding spots, I didn't see the cobwebs... until they were over my face. Spider-man indeed!
Thanks heaps for the cache, Tritonz!

An easy and simple find here today, but, it very much only just fits so there was some wrestling to get it out and back in. Very nicely cammo'd.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.

TFTC! After crawling around for a bit I found this well camouflaged cache, while trying to avoid the close by spider nest I got it speedily signed.
It was a fun walk to GZ today.
Was supposed to be cold but surprising it was quite warm.
Typical Melbourne weather.
At GZ it was a quick sign.

I decided to do a road trip along the Great Ocean Road this week. It’s been a long time since I travelled along this area and it was certainly before I was into caching! Today I’m traveling from Anglesea to Sugarloaf, just before Lorne.
There was no track to this cache showing on my map, but I was pleased to find maps don’t always tell the whole truth. The biggest challenge was working out how to get the cache out of this natural trap! Cache extracted and stamped!
Thanks The_Tritonz for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Visiting the area for the week with Bogonghazy. Quick find. Thanks for placing the geocache
Found while in Anglesea for a bit of stand up paddleboarding and swimming at the beach.
We enjoyed the walk around to this cache.
Nice trails through this wetland and some good river for playing on.
Cache is a fantastic construction.

Forgot to log this having found it in the first week of January great hide and placement but couldn’t stand still too long due to monster truck mosquitoes everywhere! Love the Anglesea backwaters though tftc
Worried we were barking up the wrong tree with this one for a minute but found it and loved it. TFTC.
Nice camo job near a nice walking path in the bush. Interesting bird life here too! Tftc
We missed out on the night cache version so with blue sky and sunshine there was no excuse not to grab this one today! Approached from the East which hindered our progress somewhat but got there in the end with a great camo hide. TFTC
Out on a Saturday walk, taking boys to the pirate playground. We decided to check out the old swimming hole, then made way back detouring for the find. Thanks Tritonz!
Good spot went past it a few times but found it!! We especially enjoyed this one!!

A day out with SorceySal and Bree the Geodog heading from The Marsh to Angelsea caching along the way there and back.
Nice walk into this one with Bree loving the smells along the way. Plenty of rosellas entertained us here which was a nice bonus.
Thanks again for another quality cache Tritons, love the cammo job too

Out with bogonghazy and bree the geopuppy for a day of caching from the Marsh to Anglesea and return.
A lovely walk through the wetlands today. Great co ords led us straight to it and although I had my hand on the container, it was BH who said "that's the cache" Great cammo. Thanks Chris and Lorraine - another fave of course

Heading home after visiting some magnificent waterfalls in the Otways. We are so lucky to have wonderful playground in our back yard .
I had a couple green icons in the area so we stopped and headed off for a gentle walk
I was grateful for the walk to be on flat ground as I was still suffering from the steep uphill climbs earlier in the day.
I think I had an easier find than I should have because someone had not put the cache back in the correct location. Being with a previous finder the cache was rehidden as it was originally intended and as per the hint.
Thank you The_Tritonz for the hide

Out for a beautiful walk in the wetlands. A hot day! Easy find - thank you! No pen in cache so have photo logged.
While the kids are kayaking around the back waters I have come to find this new cache. An easy find that had some good Camo. TFTC
Went for a walk with Mrs Phetlern and found the cache safe and sound. A great bit of camo too.
This would be the last cache today but I don't know where the wetlands where as it was only dry dusty tracks the way I went today but I must admit the river looked terrific as I crossed over one of the many bridges and checked out some of the landings along my way.
Good to be out and about again after so long not going anywhere. I only hope that now things a starting to return to a sort of normal folk all do the right thing but knowing people some either don't care or think it's all a hoax.
Thanks for placing this guy all those months ago.

Deciding on where to go with my new caching buddy. We decided on Anglesea to introduce her to caching.
The stroll to GZ was a little wet but didn’t dampen the enjoyment of the walk.
At GZ I located the familiar hide while my caching buddy looked out for muggles. We continued on our adventure through the wet lands.
Log signed and replaced as found

From times long ago, we remember:
A pinch and a punch on the first of the month!
The calendar shows Sunday the first of November:
No pinching or punching, - a great afternoon for geocaching!
(The saying apparently originated after Geo.Washington provided local Indian tribes with a supply of fruit punch laced with a pinch of salt each month)
Our thanks to 'The_Tritonz' for fascinating & informative cache notes & a neat hide at an interesting location.

Thanks to The_Tritonz for this cache in the Wetlands.
We decided that a trip to Anglesea was in order early this afternoon.
With sunny skies and a strong south easter blowing we set off from home to venture down the road.
We have always appreciated the walking trails in this wetland area and today was a delight.
Sun shining, shelter from the wind, birds calling and flying about, and to cap it all off, a new cache to find.
With excellent co-ordinates we had the cache in hand very quickly.
Nice to be second to find here.
Well done again and thanks for placing caches for us to find.
Time to head home now with perhaps a few moments to stop off at that special choccy place for a warm drink.
