Staying close by and after finishing a lovely breakfast at The Windmill I detoured past this cache. A quick find and then off for a day of family fun.TFTC youngoldfella
Beautiful day biking from the marina over to Bargara. Perfect day for caching and riding. Thanks
A planned weekend away to Bundaberg and a visit to Gladstone to check on the property to see how far it has advanced. It all started with the usual friday afternoon traffic crawl. I had left my run a little tooo late and it was not until Gympie before it seemed to flow a little better, so many people going away. Today I got to join a few other cachers to walk around the Barolin Nature and Pastoral Reserve. There were some very good caches and a few that had us searching for longer than we liked. We even walked to a few of the outer lying caches and drove to a few others. This was a great walking area and just a simple set of trails to follow. I enjoyed our walk around today, thank you. We signed the logs as "Bugaras" to save time and space, sorry for the generic log. After our walk it was time for a little refreshment and a snack so a local cafe was in order. While I was there I managed to go for a walk and grab the local caches with Princess. It was a great walk and we signed the logs and replaced the caches as found.
Today we spent caching along the Coral Coast from Burnett Heads to Innes Park and everywhere in between! Overcast conditions made for good conditions for searching and successfully found all that we looked for. Many thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining these caches for our enjoyment.
Out caching around the Bargara area and along the coastline today. Weather was overcast and by the end of it we were having intermittent showers. Arrived at GZ and after short searches, the cache was found. TFTC
No longer under rock but we put it under one. No log either. Added new log.Signed as The RoosHere in Bundaberg with kiwisteve2 drobbonz and kimmy533. Randomly heading north.Go north they said. It'll be warm they said!Tftc

My wife and I were staying at a hotel next to the golf club and decided we would walk to the Thai restaurant and share a bottle of wine rather than drink and drive. It seems like Bargara is such a sleepy town that even the police dont want to work too hard but its not worth the risk.We enjoyed a cracking dinner and were walking back and took the opportunity to look for this hide. We were already dressed in our Sundays finest so we didnt look out of place bumbling around.I cant help but feel we looked for this cache quite a few years ago when we were here last but if we did we never found it. Maybe last time we didnt have a belly full of food and wine which helped us tonight. tftc
Today was a big day caching. I was chasing a few different caches for two challenges. I was joined by GreenGecko1 and Muggles65. I found about 50 caches today. I was the chauffeur for today. The Nagagator was GreenGecko1 the back seat driver was Muggle65 or the gopher. Caches were either hidden in a log, base of a tree or hanging in the tree. Too many to remember. Thanks for bringing me to the outback roads around Bundaberg. Youngoldfella thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for geocaching community enjoyment.
Tricky little hide if not for the hint.Love the helmet thats been placed on the statue.lol.TFTC!

Up for a weekend meeting in Bundaberg... and staying in Bargara. While wandering around with friends before dinner, the topic of Geocaches came up and I decided the best way to explain them is to find one. Fortunately this was a nice easy find... otherwise I might have been rather red-faced.
Thanks **youngoldfella** for putting this cache here.

Found without any bother, new log in great condition, signed and replaced as found. TFTC
Log sheet is not water damaged. It is made of RITR paper ( rite in the rain) and this sort of paper does not like ink stamps or the incorrect biro being used as they will smudge and this is what has occured here. I have replaced the log sheet with a log book. All good to go.
Info boards unfortunately weren't there. Cache was quickly found while on a nice afternoon walk on a picture perfect day. TFTC TNLN
Our final day at Bundaberg and the plan was to grab some caches and Adventure Labs on the Northside than make our way out towards Bargara to grab a few more caches and to do a bit of sight seeing before heading home.
We parked close by, wandered over to GZ and found the cache fairly quickly thanks to the hint. We signed the log and replaced the cache as found afterwards.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Driving past so after reading the last found log checked on this one. Enough room for 4 more names so New Log Sheets and clip seal bag in place. Good to go. have Fun.
TYFTC. Beautiful day for a stroll along the pathway here at Bargara. Had a walk through Mon Repos first so am now going to treat myself to a gelato at the cafe in the Bargara Pub across from this cache. A nice spot to sit for a while.
The cache might need a new piece of paper soon.

T4T$ Amazing how easy caches are to find when you have good directions. A quick find here then down to the esplanade to do some caching along the coast.
The first cache for the day, soon after 9am so there were few muggles about. Made for a straightforward find.
Our first full day in Bundaberg. We decided to head out to Bargara and see how many caches we could find along the coast and surrounds. This included 2 Adventure Labs, puzzles and traditionals. These were mixed in with great scenery and some interesting nature reserves.
Combined with the lunch we had it was another great day.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache youngoldfella.

Another sunny day in Bargara enjoying some R&R and the occasional cache too.
As we were walking around town I suspected this spot might be worthy of a cache. Sure enough we checked the app and here it is.
We enjoyed finding your cache today as part of our memorable road trip beyond Victoria. Thanks for the cache.
