On our Australian trip we stayed at the campground for one night. In the morning I walked along the beach to find this cache. Had to search a while until I found it.

A walk in one direction and then in the other helped me to locate this sneaky hide. Log book a little wet but still able to sign. Lovely morning to grab a cache. TFTC
Log soaking wet, cap missing, signed as best we could. Coongoola & Geodog are on an adventure after attending the Townsville Mega event in Qld. We found your cache today 10 May 2022 12:25 pm , while enjoying another day out adding to our tally. TFTC alphag_25

Jodsta83 making another quick find here with yet again another interesting cache thanks
We were staying nearby for the night so I decided to pop out between rain showers to find a couple of local caches. As soon as we got here of course it started to rain again but we decided not to let that stop us. Thankfully, it was a quick find as it was spotted on approach so we didn’t have to get too wet. We sheltered under the trees to sign the log then replace as found. TFTC alphag_25
We bolted that fine in signed and returned cache as found..We took time out to go along the beach.. thanks for bringing us here
Needed our self taught spidey geo caching skills for this one.....then like a bolt out of the blue it presented itself to me!

With overseas travel currently out of the question and state border closures still a lurking as possibilities, my family and some close friends decided that travelling from Brisbane to North Queensland was our best option for a Christmas/New Year escape.
Following a few nights each in Clifton Beach and Port Douglas we were now on the southwards run towards home with a stop planned at Cape Hillsborough for a couple of nights.
Unfortunately the weather here was not very accommodating with heavy rain falling most of time since arriving. I decided to head off to Mackay for a day of caching, where the weather was forecast to be a little less wet.
The terrain rating for the cache had me scratching my head as I tried to find locations around GZ that would match these conditions. Luckily there were no muggles about to witness my extensive search. With time ticking on I decided I had spent enough time and was prepared to log a DNF. It was only as I was walking away that I spotted something that attracted my attention, but nothing matching the terrain rating. A closer inspection soon revealed the hidden cache container. TFTC

Day 22 and the start of our return road trip home from Townsville to the Gold Coast with hatzofff, grannysmith1947 and RoddyC.
We did a detour off the highway as we had targeted a few caches in this area which we ran out of time to do on our previous visit whilst heading north.
After having to grab a ToT for our previous find we thought we'd better walk along further and find this one as well even though we were all red hot having spent a lot longer than we should have at #5.
Glad we did, another great hide, well done CO.

Beautiful spot. Local to me and on a favourite running route but I’d never taken the tiny detour to see what was beyond the car park. Thanks for bringing me alphag_25 and thanks for the cache.
