A quick park and grab after a bit of a search. Lots of bugs around today wanted to help me but not required thank you. Nice little park. TFTC
18:15Checked after a bit of a quiet period and a DNF and query message.Sitting comfortably where it's supposed to be. The greenery has done what greenery does, so the cache is slightly more hidden than it used to be.
*Back On The Bike Adventure #10*Found the cache... and bags of litter. Disappointing such a nice park seems to be regularly abused. Thanks heaps for the cache!
A quick, great find thanks to all the others who have cryptically described the location Got my eldest son to locate it due to my aversion to low levels/shrubbery
I found this cache today on my Mega Geocaching Walk #12 - a 35,500 step walk from Glenroy Station, through Strathmore Heights, Oak Park, Pascoe Vale and on to Coburg Station. After having my last Mega Walk cut short due to the storm in early January, it seemed right to start and continue from here again on the day after another Melbourne storm. I picked up from where I left off last time and first headed in the other direction a few hundred metres to pick up this cache. A man was just finishing cleaning up the barbeque after a hot breakfast and left so that I could find the cache. Very hard to be inconspicuous getting to this spot as you are in full view of the street. Thanks from D B-A
Out for a few caches nearby after an event with some Norwegians by the airport this morning and was now caching solo after a few finds with Robmc and RoamingHowie. This one was a quick find, with easy parking nearby.
TFTC JENPETEH, The H,s , South Africans living in Tassie GeoCaching our way around Australia and loving it # 3019
Found it well on to pick up my sister from school I saw there was a near bye cache so we went parked and found it loved this one giving it a fav point got some money from it to!
Well the wheel of challenges for this month has been spun by HQ and it has come up with Streak Month.
This means that I will have a lot of detours and kilometres to do on the way home from work as I have found a lot of the caches in my area.
Melbourne has turned on a beautiful sunny afternoon and as I have to keep the streak up I headed home this way after getting the Geocruiser serviced for its next trip away.
The place was fairly deserted luckily for me as it was later in the afternoon as well.
Looked in one spot then the other and bingo the cache was in hand.
Added my name to the log so now to head home for tea.
Thanks Cliff5009 and nirgalagrin TFTC.

Haven’t spent much time in Glenroy before, but found a nice cafe near the station, then popped over to grab this. Found some neat bugs in the vicinity. A nice, simple classic. TFTC!
Nice to get to this one and a nice clean log sheet.

Found quickly, however the log was damp and started to fall apart when signing. So I left a new log in a small zip lock back. Thank you nirgalagrin for the adoption of this cache,

We had a good look for this cache but could not find in proper area then found this container on grass near bbq. This cache may need attention possibly. We will leave this container at base of sign
Container was empty, so found a piece of a flyer in the car to stamp.

A sneaky detour on my way home.
What a great park. Lots to do here.
A convenient picnic table for me to sit and sign the log.
Wooden creatures everywhere, even a faux grass hill to roll down.
A nice quick find at GZ. Thanks Cliff.
Oh, and nirgalagrin too.
*My thanks to the COs for providing ample parking for the truck. *

Logging this one really late I’m sorry...found about a month ago.. this was such a fun find! Took a couple of tries due to muggle presence so retrieving it on our third try was quite the thrill! A nice hide - just challenging enough for us geo-newbies (started back in late 2019 but.. pandemic, lockdown..and lockdown...and lockdown..you know how it is)
Out and about with echidna44 for another great day of caching and laughter putting a few more smiles on the page. Nice easy find here. Thanks for the cache nirgalagrin
Out with xambo4u in the Jacana area for a fun day of caching. A pretty park and an easy find. Thanks nirgalagrin.
I've ridden past here a few times but there have always been a few too many people in the park to stop and search. When I came back past the other night it was empty so I quickly stopped off and after a quick search was able to add another smilie to the map. Thanks for the cache Cliff5009 and nirgalagrin.

Were looking for this and found a uncapped syringe in the location of the hint so decided that was enough for today. Have reported to council.
What a delightful little park we found here! Unfortunately there was quite a bit of rubbish around, some of which we put in the bin. We admired the animal sculptures scattered around and took advantage of the seat while signing the log. A few families were enjoying the park too, so we took care to conceal our real reason for being in the park by taking photos of some of the sculptures.

Another one?
Up all day and half the night in an online fantasy world, I slept through this one's publication, so it had already been found before I awoke.
No matter... It's a fine sunny afternoon to take the long way to the supermarket. So I walked around the perimeter of the golf course, and caught a few Pokemon on the way, before popping out past the RSL.
Courtesy of the hint, a quick find.
Thanks, Cliff5009. That's a cheeky hide.
Now, why'd I go out? Ah, yes... the milk.

Wow that was so close... Damn traffic lights. Only seconds earlier I would have my first ftf but alas next time. Great to see a new cache in the area and nice to finally bump into fellow cachers. TFTC
