I'm not sure where, as there are a couple of options. It's definitely a gate, but is that the remains. There are two other spots to explore but not found today.
DNF and Found on the same day. I stopped on the way back from collecting all the other cache on this stretch. I thought it had to be in there, and with a lot of effort and determination, I proved it wasn't where I was sure it was. Just as I was expressing a word that I can't print here, there the little brighter was at GL. They don't make them like that anymore.
Happy to find this after a couple DNFs, although did need a bit of a shove from a previous finder to do, with such a wide area to scour. Its a cool spot though, and a clever hide. Thanks for replacing. Cheers
Nothing today. Im guessing the structure was destroyed in the flood. Checked a few possible places, so who knows.
A cockroach jumped out at me from under the wood so that was me done lol. Nails are no bother but cockroaches are not worth a smiley for me lol
Had a look around here today lots of exposed nails from broken fence posts hiding in the grass found one through my shoe no cache though
Gateway destroyed due to Cyclone Gabrielle's flooding. Hope to replace cache when gateway is fixed. Cheers.
Visiting from Tauranga to bike some of the wonderful trails - and find some of the wonderful caches! Cache is all good. TFTC
Found it. Good condition, clean and dry.
Thanks for another easy find.

#12,889. Parked on Gordon Street in Fernhill for a walk to explore this part of the Hastings District in Hawke's Bay. GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Quick find. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Thanks for the placement, and for bringing us to this site, and …

The GPS seemed to send us in the opposite direction but common sense led us right to it. TFTC
The ladies from rattll and watcache decided a girly weekend in the Hawkes Bay was in order, so left the boys a list of chores, packed their bags and headed off for a weekend of frivolity and mischief.
We were surprised to find the Hawkes Bay was remarkably quiet, especially considering it was the last few days of the school holidays. However, the exception was the night club that was next door to our room at the backpackers, that provided us with a free live band that played predominantly loud reggae music until the wee hours of the morning. Too old to 'bop' the night away? Apparently not! Mrs watcache however can sleep through anything!!!
After doubling back from #1 we headed out for our walk on this lovely little river trail.
This cache was very quickly located, signed and returned without any issue's.
Many thanks for putting it here for us to find

I have to admit when planning to trip Napier with Rattll I had doubts in my mind that we would gets lots of DNF but to my surprise we only had 3 over the two days out of approximately 60 odd caches found.
This one was no problem to find thank you for placing a cache here for us to discover another area we never knew existed.

We had some time to kill in between events for our weekend get together, so we went out to explore more of the area. I was aiming to find a good walk for ourselves, but this one is best done on bike IMHO. This was the first find of the four we got here this afternoon. Found no problem; hardly anyone around.
Stayed a night in Hasting, an early morning start for a ride along this cycle/walk track . Easy find. Thanks Cee Vee for the cache.
Another nice tidy hide..as we continue on our cycle journey..it our first time visiting this area ..love the view out to Te Mata peakthanks for the placement...we found this much easier to extract than a couple of similar hides on this trailthanks CeeVee
One of 12 caches located today on day 4 of our motorhome summer holiday to Hawkes Bay. Picked up 11 on a bike ride along this trail today. Found this one reasonably quickly. #3648. TFTC.
The gps wouldnt settle here and I went from one side of the track to the other looking for some fishing then bingo got it
just a short bit of line now but all good

Found fishing line broken. In pill bottle nice n dry.... But hidden internal where I found it tftc
Somehow this got tucked away in my drafts. !!! Found while with a group of friends doing some cycling around the HBCheers ????
I decided to get the bike out and do one of the trails in the Hawkes Bay today. The Fernhill Iway won the draw. So after swapping towballs on the cachemobile and then removing the bike from the snail shell and putting it on the back of the ute I was away. Parked in the suggested place and got ready.
Very interesting location.
Cheers for the cache.

Heading home to Gisborne having finished a week of work in Whanganui. Had time to stop and collect some of the newer Hawke’s Bay caches. Enjoyed this walkway. The clues were helpful and generally didn’t take too long to find the cache. Thanks
After a big day's caching, I thought I had time to attempt a couple more finds. I parked at the end of Gordon Street and headed east to this site where I immediately found this neatly hidden cache.
The question I asked myself before heading out was what does the "i" stand for? As far as I can tell, no signage explains it and Google doesn't seem to know either.

The first of five caches found on a morning walk with Libranj. Thanks for the nice hide along this trail.
Grabbed this one on our way back-these are nicely spaced caches-makes for a great walk
