Nice to have a different kind of event, combining with a quiz, and did we really get third ???
Thanks for organising this evening out.... even though I am now a "Traitor" to the team I am usually a member of. Was great to see us get 3rd - was a slow start but got there in the end.

Thanks Ricardino, we enjoyed meeting some fellow caches and gain a smiley face without getting dirt under my finger nails nor any blood letting which seems to be a common occurrence during our quests.
It was good to see a solid turnout for this event, or at least at the upper end of what I had expected.
I got there early as I indicated I would and caught up with TBD. We chatted for quite a while, then some familiar faces turned up.
I went to register the team, came back and suddenly there were twice as many. Ok, maybe we need a bigger table?
In the end, no, we didn’t. But it was good to meet a couple of new faces and hang out with them for a couple of hours.
And with regard the quiz, we came home with something of a wet sail due to a judicious use of our Joker rounds, scraping into a very respectable third place in the end and giving Raisinpig and myself temporary bragging rights over our usual team which was a bit further down the track.

Great this is being held on Wednesday. My day out. Left home at 7.30am to spend a few hours at Grovetown Lagoon. Then to town running around shopping before parking up outside a bit too early for this Winter Celebration. Caught up with Ricardinho early for a chat. Met up with the rest of the crowd for some geo chit-chat, before bowing out and heading home. Thanks for this celebration Event.
At least 1 of us and hopefully 2 (to include the brains) will be there for the questioning.
