A good-sized cache in a good, quiet place - I caught up with a friend of the family while I was here, so it was a good day out. TFTC
Came here today as the kiddos Nan will become a permanent resident in just a few hours. More to add to log later.
Replace the cache with a new one . Replaced the log book and placed out travel bug into cache
Found It!Another quick find here. Nice cemetery that I've never visited before.TFTC
Visiting family nearby, so I headed out after dinner to search out a couple of caches. A quick find in the deserted cemetery. The log is in reasonable condition given the lightweight container. Quite an impressive view from this peaceful spot TFTC tb142
It was a drizzly afternoon. Replaced cliplock bag. Log damp and a little mouldy, nearly full. . TFTC . TNLN
Spending the day caching out with @mtrill3 this one was a nice quick find today. TFTC
Cache out in open, with scattered grave tokens . Replaced and covered per hint. Tfth.
We didn't have to search hard for this one as it was clearly visible as we approached, lovely views of the valley too.

This was a quiet little bone yard although when I think about it, it's not gonna be noisy now is it? Well at least from the inhabitants that is! Some fairly elaborate headstones too. I never quite get it when families spend, sometime a fortune on elaborate headstones; it's not as though the dead can appreciate the gesture. I wonder if it's more about appeasing the guilt of those still alive: "We're sorry you have passed on and wish we had done more with and for you while alive so we'll make up for it with this engraved and polished rock." It's nice to have a place to remember and reflect on a life now past but these headstones? Really?
Oh dear I off on a tangent *again!* Sorry. Yes we found the cache and enjoyed the views . . of the valley!

On a road trip to Tarra-Bulga National Park with our caching friends and picking up a few caches as we go. This was the second cache of the day. This was a quick easy find as the cache was visible on approach. TFTC and bringing us to this quiet quaint little cemetery, the views nearby were amazing. TNLN
On a sunny morning I took a stroll through this cemetery before seeing a client in the area, and what a wonderful day to visit as many beautiful bulbs were in flower, so lovely to see flowers growing rather than plastic. The native birds were laughing and tweeting with the breeze.
The log was wet and lots of rubbish around the cache.
TFTC and a lovely location

Had my daughter and I stumped at first but we found it! Bug retrieved. Chain link placed. Nice little cemetery.

Found while travelling with sharkiefan, on an extended long weekend.
The Sale trip is almost over. Today we packed up and headed for home (well Werribee for me for the night)
We targeted a few caches along the way and added more to the list as we went on our last cache was going to be in Pakenham but with a new Virt in the city we detoured and We even managed to get the FTF, This city grab sparked more smiley gathering and after a walk around the MCG an the tennis courts i had added another good handfull to my list.
This would have to be the best end to a great loooooong weekend out.
A quick find while being watched by the local guardian. Woof Woof

Our journey back to Melbourne after a long weekend in Sale.
I made a list of caches for us to find on the way. We found almost all of them, added a few and dropped a few.
My caching day started in Yinnar and ended at the MCG!
Quite a big bit of land here.
A huge dog appeared in the cemetery while we were there.

We really enjoy cemetery caches. The geokids are respectfully curious about the history and stories of the people buried, and we wander around and read the headstones. Thanks for bringing us here and TFTC ️
A quick find. Walked to the other end of the cemetery to admire the view, even with the bushfire haze. Peaceful spot here. TFTC!
I found this one while out for a ride on my motorbike today. A great day for a ride and find some caches while I'm at it.
A lovely little cemetery tucked away here. it can be fascinating to look around these country cemeteries and try to imagine the lives of those buried here.
Found the cache, signed the log, then on my way.
TFTC.

Really didn't expect to pass a kid on a bike on the road to the cemetery, as I would have thought he should be at school. But at least he vanished the other way as I was parking.
Pretty quick find after I worked out which side of the fence I was meant to be on.
Thanks for the cache TB 142

With work yesterday we were not able to head out and start the New Year with a cache so today was our next opportunity. We waited until after tea when the weather had cooled off and set off into an area we have seldom visited even though we have lived in the area for a long time.
We were unaware this cemetery even existed, but great to see a well maintained tribute to those passed.
After a bit of wandering round as the GPSr settled we soon had the cache in hand.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache tb142.

Beautiful drive through the countryside with the partner great little find! Left some small crystal tumbles ~97
I went for a drive in the gorgeous sunshine today and found myself searching for a geocache here. Such a lovely, serene spot. The cache was a quick find, and the graves were a reminder to live life to the fullest, while we can. Thank you for the cache.
My first day out and about to geocache (work & lockdown) and had nothing urgent to do so it was joyous to just have time to explore and see what I could find.
Lovely cemetery, I would be happy to rest in this spot if I was a local here.
Thanks Kezza1211 for bringing me to this lovely spot (a cemetery can be lovely)

Tftc Kezza1211, and Lorna. Jogged up the back way from the airstrip to get to this one. Uphill of course but now the reward of running back down. Quick find. Log and cache in good condition.

Yarragon, Trafalgar, Thorpdale, Narracan Falls, Coalville, Mirboo North, Leongatha, Korumburra and Loch.
Aquick find here - there were a lot sheep mingling around inside the cemetery grounds....

YAY - I found Narracan Cemetery today . A very peaceful place to be at rest and great views too. Thanks Kezza1211 for setting up this cache.
PS: The Troll Dolls (TN6TR0) were with me today on my caching adventures.

A cemetery out in the bush! It was isolated with bush around it. It looked very well cared for and I’d suggest a blade of grass wouldn’t dare put itself out of alignment here. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to stroll among the graves. I was surprised that the cache was found so close to the car park. The cache was was quickly found in good condition.
The Sun had come out and living in Baw Baw shire we were not locked down so i decided to head out for a day out of the house and what better way than a drive around your own area picking up caches, Gippsland has some great locations to visit and lots of caches that have not been found in awhile, so with my new caching gear gloves and sanitizer I had a great time touring around the area finding caches and exploring new places. I had no trouble finding this one.
Thanks tb142 for the cache.

I live in Latrobe City Shire and not in lockdown. Needed an afternoon out. Didn't know this little cemetery was here so thanks for bringing me here.
Beautiful place but very sobering. So sad to see how the old graves are no longer taken care of.
Some nice views coming here, this is my 99th cache. Thanks for placing it there. Also left some swops
Couldn't get this cache yesterday damn muggles but got it now just as the heavy rain hits which gave me no time for a wander around this is a well hidden cemetery. Tftc
